Very disorganised and untrained - they are accommodating however it’s always done in chaos.

I am already searching for another clinic. Besides they being terrible in answering the phone and getting back to us when they say they will, my insurance has been waiting for them to fill in a health report for almost 2 months! I am already paying the insurance but I do not have coverage because they refuse to do their job! I called multiple times, first they said they would fill in the form because they had two weeks to do it. After 2 weeks, I called and they lied they had just received the form and had 2 weeks, when I mentioned they already had the forms 2 weeks ago, they said they would call me back but they didn’t. Now my husband went there in person to try to talk to our family doctor directly and they said he should come back at 12: 30pm to see the doctor and get the forms done. My husband skipped work to do that, but 10min before the appointment they called him cancelling.

That’s so frustrating! What happens if I need my insurance? Are they going to do anything for me or my family if anything happens to me while I am waiting for them to answer a simple form? That’s ridiculous!

I do not recommend this clinic at all!

I have been going to this Clinic for around 8 years. For the past 2 years my Family Doctor is Sheena Makan. Doctor Makan is very knowledgeable and patient, she has excellent listening skills and really listens to her patients to better help and direct them to the proper exams and treatments needed. Doctor Makan always practices evedince based medicine and never assumes to know if she is not sure on a medical issue. I highly recommend my family doctor to new patients considering a new family doctor. The staff at this Clinic is polite and respectful. The Clinic also provides blood work and Urine analysis which has helped me avoid having to go to another lab to draw Blood and urine. The Clinic is also very well organized and clean with plenty of parking for patients.

Reception staff is beyond terrible, out of 10 phone calls you’ll be lucky to have them answer once.
The doctors lack compassion for people situations, and will let a $20 charge on your account stop service.

Chaotic and extremely incompetent staff! I would give negative stars if I could. Probably the worst clinic I’ve ever been to.

Pathetic staff! Dr Jalayer is very good, but the desk or admin support staff need to be fired enmasse! They do not deserve a salary! They’re rude and worse, they’re lazy and incompetent! They lack follow up on prescriptions, which aren’t faxed to pharmacies for timely dispensation of medication!

The Doctors are OK but the reception sucks. They are very disorganized with the appointments. They do not pick up the phones are are generally rude.

Very nice place. I'm very grateful for the work they did to my dauther infected piercing. The doctor and nurses were great. I recommend this walk in clinic. Thank you for taking care of my dauther.

Marjorie the office manager is really helpful. She goes above and beyond with customer service. She's is a gem.

The staff cancel appointments after a patient has confirmed and does not tell them untill they drive 30 min to get there after waiting 6 months to see a dr when you ask why they had done that receptionist will claim they have nothing to do with it and give your appointments away.worst place to book.

Reception wouldn't acknowledge the error and refused to believe me when i said that i did not cancel my appointment and still gave someone else my appointment stating you have wait 1 hour after my appointment time she was rude and ignored me multiple times as i tried to ask questions and resolve this issue would not recommend this place by far!

Everybody in this clinic are very supportive, compassionate and helpful. My doctor Dr.orebei is an awesome person. Always caring. I recommend you with full confidence.

Doctors are very nice and treat you well! But the way appointments go are very disorganized and unprofessional. My wait times for this clinic are 2 hrs + i had to reschedule my appointment 3 times already. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to patients that value their time.

I visited this clinic as my family doctor is not available. I was hesitant at first but after my visit with Dr. Lina Alam I would highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Alam is very knowledgeable, friendly staff and have more physicians on staff to see walk in patients.

Dr Tiao Kattygnarath and the staff (esp Marjorie) from this clinic are so friendly and accommodating. Got a booking for Dr Tiao right away. I have been under Dr Tiao’s care for a long time now (from his other clinic) and he is one of the brilliant doctors I have ever met, yet so humble and so compassionate, so patiently explains everything. I would love to have him as my doctor for life!

Marjorie is friendly and great my son needed to have his stitches taken out and Marjorie was patient and wonderful with him and when it comes to Doctor Emanuelle he is just great! They are great! Great experience.

Zero! Rude staff. They book the appointment and when you manage your work schedule they call you and cancel the appointment. Happened more than 3 times in past 2 weeks. They really need someone to manage things around. Not just from the doctor’s side but from the patient’s side as well.

Dr. Kattygnarath Tiao is quite possibly the most impatient doctor I've come across. He claimed that nothing was wrong with me despite my blood test results. Also, the report was sent to my family doctor FIVE MONTHS after the appointment.should have looked at the other reviews prior to booking an appointment. WASTE OF TIME.

Not sure if the listed times are inaccurate/outdated or not. As much as I'd like to (and have been) giving them the benefit of the doubt, the receptionist staff needs to take more responsibility. Every single time I need to book an appointment, I need to call and email several times, and with how busy the psychiatrist's schedule is, by the time I get a call or email back its for a month or more after I first emailed. The appointments so far have all been over call and at maximum around 15-20 minutes. Even when I hear back through email, they're pretty much always vaguely coherent and often difficult to understand. On top of this, they do not see or respond to any follow up emails. I am beyond frustrated.

I can understand the impact of COVID-19, and language barriers over email, but as a medical establishment my experience has been disappointing.

Not respectful with other people's time. It supposed to open at 9 am. However, the doctor just go after 11: 00 am.

My family doctor at this location has always been great.
Unfortunately I had to give 2 stars to warn of the reception staff. There is one who is amazing and helps you right away and efficiently and then there is another who seems like she has better things to do or has no idea what’s going on. Documents have gone missing and pretty bad communication.

Definitely a 5 star! Dr Emmanuel Orebiyi is one of the best. Takes his time to evaluate. Doesn’t rush you out.

I went to this clinic to get my lab test done but their staff is so nice that you don’t have to ask twice for anything which influences me to make Dr Orebiyi my family doctor. Dr orebiyi listens to you problem very carefully.strongly recommend

I called this clinic to ask a question about a PCR test for travel. The receptionist who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can't believe this is Canada!

Horrible staff.long wait of over an hour after they told me it will only take 15 min. Doctor Syan walked into the room and after talking for a bit left because realized she had the wrong patient. I was left there waiting for another 30 min. I came out of the room to ask if they overlooked me. Shortly after same doctor walked in and said that it was me after all?

Unfortunately there are no negative review available other wise would have given this to center. Appointment was given at this center for Dr. Kattygnarath Tiao (Gynecologist Specialist) and it was confirmed 2 weeks prior that IUD replacement is required. It took us 1 hour to drive to this center and both of us took time off from work to meet this appointment but when we reached the center we were advised that they don't have IUD device available as it is expensive. We offered to get the IUD device from near by Rexall pharmacy but were advised that Dr is not willing to do the procedure today as he needs to go out early today. If that was the case why was the appointment given out at first. We understand that Doctors in Canada have a busy schedule but this kind of unprofessional behaviour should be discouraged as even the patients are traveling and taking time off from work due to these appointments. We were asked to rebook after 2 weeks again for the procedure. Highly disappointed with unprofessional behaviour and discourage people from going to this center

Dr. H. Jalayer is a fantastic doctor, great staff very helpful, Looking for a one stop place this is it.

This clinic is highly recommended. I had a great experience in this place. They have the best service compared to other clinics I have been into. I commend Dr. Jalayer for his professionalism. Will definitely be going back to this clinic for consultations in the future.

The worst medical clinic ever. I left a medical clinic because they made me wait well over an hour with an appointment. This clinic is worse, 3 hours, which encapsulates my experiences with this clinic. 3 hours for an appointment to have prescription refills. A 2 hour wait in a waiting room filled with other people waiting multiple hours for service, which is followed by another hour wait in the examination room. Just a horrible group of people, one can tell they don't care about the lives or health of anyone under their care.

Unfortunately there isn't a "zero" star rating available for the staff and their professionalism. After a few phone calls from the clinic and confirmed with the doctor that is available I was finally able to book an appointment at 10: 40 a.m. For today and it was confirmed. When I arrived, the young female receptionist told me that I do not have an appointment. I was confused and tried to sort out the issue but the receptionist kept on repeating in a very unprofessional and uncourteous manner that there is no appointment booked in my name for today. She would interrupt my every word and denied that an appointment was ever booked. Instead of attempting to find a solution or see if there had been a booking error she kept repeating that I have the wrong date and kept raising her voice. I then spoke with the manager who attemted to sort out the issue while all the time the receptionist kept shouting that there is no appointment and that I am very rude while I was speaking with the manager. Clearly this individual lacks interpersonal communication skills and empathy training. I don't think this is the first time nor will it be last time that this receptionist will treat other patients like this. The receptionist is the first point of contact at any institution and unfortunately the reputation of this clinic is drastically lowered with this type of behaviour. The manger did assist me and understood my position - hence she is the manager.

I was impressed with this clinics large cleaning waiting area. The front staff were very kind and empathic to my situation. With the clinics help I was able to get an specialist appointment quickly!

Best clinic I have been to. General Physicians are always available either in person or on call. Specialist doctor are also available in the same clinic. For Me and my family this is the place we rely on for our health care needs.

We were told to get appointment for allergy test after 2 months!
After 2 months, assistant calls and ask the same basic information that was asked previously and now again got told that will need an allergy test and lets see when is doctor available to do the test!

Great location, and the staff was super friendly. I was also able to get an appointment to a specialist within the month.

For the physiotherapy team- Ravi is the most genuine and supportive professional I’ve experienced in all my years of getting help. Both myself and multiple loved ones only trust Ravi with our injuries, we wouldn’t be where we are in our recoveries without him!

My husband was looking for a family doctor when this clinic recommended dr.idicula.what a disappointment-i wish i could give a zero rating.thank goodness i did not take her as a family doctor, it seems everytime we went to see her we only had a maximum 3-5min appointment.she did not seem to know much, nor was she of any help wit anything.when my husband booked his physical, we were always used to 40-45min check ups, when he was done in 5 minutes i was shocked.she did not do a proper physical where she checked his back or abdomen or anything for that matter, all he did was some bloodwork. Now when he needed a refill, he had a telephone consult and she didnt evenask any appropriate questions, but she did give him his pills.we would not reccomend this doctor, and we are currently looking for another one.please do not accept just any doctor look into their training first.

I have been to the clinic recently to visit Dr. Syan. She is a very nice doctor, she is very professional takes her time with patients, explains her diagnosis. I'd most likely visiting this clinic again.

I saw Dr. Swaran Syan at a walk in clinic and was very impressed with her professionalism. I was able to ask questions regarding my medical concerns, she took her time to explained and made me comfortable the whole time. Friendly staff and the clinic is very clean.

Came in for a simple allergy test and walked out 3 hours later with this prescription from this doctor who wanted to put me on these meds for the next 3-5 years and he even doesn't know if it will solve my problem but claims he cured his patients with it. I checked these meds online and 2 are under development and all 3 have same side effects that are alarming. None of this was discussed with me in detail throughout my 3 hour ordeal. Walking out I felt like an animal from a slaughter house. Unbelievable, will be following up with the Ministry of Health and Dr. Kulpa

Disgusting! Omg I did not know a doctors office in Canada could be like this! I called before hand and the receptionist told me if I come now the wait would be 15 mins. I get there 5 mins after I called in and waited an hour to see the dr. The receptionist are horrible, talking to each other while there is a huge line waiting to check in. The female dr was horrible, insisting I do invasive tests even after I said I don’t want to. And the pharmacist there has no idea about what over the counter creams she has, after waiting another 20 mins for her to try and figure out what cream to give me (looked like she was googling it lol) I just left. 1.5 hours of my time wasted and left with no solution. I hope my review will save you your precious time and let you go to a clinic that will actually help you

Reception gave my health card to another patient who left the clinic with it. I had to wait another 45 minutes for the patient to return to give me back my health card. Reception did not confirm the identity of the person giving or getting back the health card. Clinic was not even that busy. Poor organizational skills.

This place is a disorganized mess. Wait times are horrendous. I called ahead they said there was no wait. Five minutes later when I arrive they said it is a 15 minute wait. I waited over 1 hour. Many people in the waiting room show visible frustrations for the same issue. The waiting room is crowded and messy. Do not go here.

The staff and doctors are great, very friendly and good at their jobs. The clinic however feels chaotic and appointments never run on time, often waiting easily 40 mins past your appointment time to actually be seen by the doctor.

I did online research and decided I’d like to meet with Dr. Idicula about becoming a patient. I completed a form on their web site requesting an appointment. They give a choice of times and I selected two possibilities. The site says they will get back to you within 24 hours. No one did so three days later I phoned. I asked if they respond to web enquiries. The woman wouldn’t answer the question and I asked it twice. She would only say “What do you want to do? ” I’ve learned in the past of you can’t get along with the office staff you’ll never have a good experience so I gave up. I guess I’m on the lookout again.

I was looking for a family doctor with flexible hours (weekends and/or weekdays after business hours). Found one in this clinic but right after I joined, her schedule change. Switched to new doctor in the same clinic that use to work on Saturdays, but after she gathered a few patients, she stop working on weekends. When I try to complain with the clinic, I got no answer from management. Poor service and staff.

Great walk-in clinic and facilities available on site. I was impressed by the amount of specialists that they have on site and the friendly staff that helped me.

Nice clean big spacious walk in clinic i visited recently. They have lab facility on site where I got my blood work done without the hassle of going to an actual lab. All in one place. I have also learned that have been serving the community for 4 years.

I went to see Dr. Joanita Idicula for two issues and one was to fill out a medical form. This doctor was more interested in making money off me than to look after my issues. She left the room to go ask her staff about my form cost and did not even bother to come back into the room until she had an amount. After quoting me $125 she filled the form and told me to come back another day for my other issue. She basically rushed me out so I could pay that money. I dont recommend anyone who needs help to see this type of doctor. I hope you have fun spending my money thank you!

Rude doctor that would only see my grandfather with dementia if I left the room. Don't understand how this dr.kulpa can run a medical center and be this disrespectful. Waitied from 10: 30 until 1: 45 when we had an appointment at the clinic.

I was looking for a new doctor and found Dr. Idicula, she is amazing! What my old family doctor couldn't find what was wrong, she did. Thorough exam, labs, and a specialist appointment. She is friendly, truly listens, and knowledgable. The staff at the clinic, have been friendly, and fantastic. Like any medical office it is busy. Patients need to realize, the staff are busy, and every one can have an overwhelming day.

Not fair to base my review of entire clinic here I state my review of Dr Joanita Idicula and it is not good. I had an MRI from another doc and it clearly states that "severe narrowing of neural foramen" and that gave me severe pain in my arm. She said many people have no pain from such things. Took a few notes and I had to tell her to refer me to a specialist
. So she is young and I hope she can learn but note she seems to be a clueless doc 2 years out of med school.

Dr. Joanita Idicula is amazing! I’ve been looking for a family doctor for a month. Went to so many doctors and they didn’t seem to care or want to help, I almost lost hope in finding a family doctor. Dr. Joanita Idicula is amazing to easy talk, caring and understands when you are in pain. I’m blessed to have found her. I highly recommend her! Our family is switching to her. Wish all the doctors are like her.
