This company has good costumer service and their prices are more reasonable I liked their service

I bought a set of laundry and dryer and also a small vacuum chargeable. I am very happy with the variety of products and also prices and customer service. An acknowledgement customer representative patiently helped me too much, her name is Razia. I recommend her as a customer service?

We bought our fridge and stove from this store. Many options were available to choose. They gave us a discount and Dunkirk warranty. The fridge's got an issue when it was shipped. Dunkirk sent us two technisians to fix it immediately. We are happy with them.
Just delivery guys were not careful. We also asked them to take their shoes off when they're coming in, but one of them didn't pay attention to us and came in with the dirty shoes. We had to clean the kitchen after that.

I recently bought a Samsung dishwasher from there without any box or packaging the price $799 however 2 days after my purchase I saw the same model and brand new in the Homedepot for $795. So, be careful with them. They make you feel that their prices are the best but the truth is different.

They carry quite a lot of stuff but their pricing is similar to other retailers that are willing to discount items that are minor imperfections. Needed a stove and fridge for my rental unit and despite some damages and issues the cheapest on the stove was $700 the fridge was $1800. I'll wait for a better deal somewhere else.

Large warehouse with a large selection of appliances. My nephew recommended this place to shop for an AC unit and I was not disappointed. I got a 10,000 BTU portable unit for under $300 with a 90 day warranty. The same brand (Haier) is sold for $1,000 online @ Walmart. Helpful staff, good quality product, great savings and a best buy.

In the middle of talking to us they walked away to attend to someone else. We called before going in asking if they had ventless dryers - they said yes starting at 599. We drove there 2 hours- they had 1 ventless dryer for -$1000!

Why waste customer time and money just to scam them to come in the store?

Never going there again- worst experience!

Very helpful staff and they seemed to be very open with dents and dings. If you go in knowing your prices and specifically what you want you can get something great.

I purchased a fridge from Dunkirk Appliances two weeks ago and am extremely happy with my purchase! I met with Aly who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the various models and their features. There was no pressure to purchase (unlike many of the big box stores) and the prices were also much more affordable compared to many of the larger retailers out there. I would highly recommend Dunkirk Appliances and will definitely be back for future purchases!

Very overpriced.
For stuff that's not even brand new. If you buy from the big stores you'll get a better deal and new products sealed in the box.

My fridge broke down the first week of the pandemic lockdown. A helpful salesman guided me through a purchase by sending me detailed pictures of all of the fridges that would fit my space and budget. The fridge was perfect! Six months later I had a small issue with one of the shelves. They sent out a serviceman within the week and he located the problem. He then drove back to his shop to get the part and repaired it within the hour. I will definitely be using Dunkirk for any appliance purchase in the future.

Everyone should know about Dunkirk Appliance Warehouse! I've just purchased an over-the-range Microwave from Dunkirk - amazing deal. The staff are incredibly helpful and do not try to push anything on you. More importantly, the volume of appliances they have was surprising. So many to choose from. Love this place & wish I knew about them sooner.

We purchased a refrigerator and had the best experience. We worked with Sean who was lovely, straight up and honest. He went out of his way to satisfy us. Very knowledgeable about the products. The appliances are all new and excellent quality at very reasonable and fair prices. The are new with minor scratches and dents - these are not used or refurbished. I will never shop anywhere else! I’ll be back!

AMAZING warranty service! I purchased my fridge and stove from Dunkirk Appliances 8 months ago. I heard a noise coming from the back of my fridge and called the store. The same evening a technician was sent out to my house and the issue was resolved! I highly recommend buying your appliances from Dunkirk - you can't get better service anywhere else!

Great selection at great prices wish I knew about this place before I purchased most my products. Recently bough a 50 inch electric fireplace from them and they beat the competitors by a mile. Take a look you might find what your looking for and save a lot of money!

I just bought my 5 piece package from Dunkirk. I have to say, dealing with Shawn was a pleasure. He was so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions (even though I had a million of them)! What really got my trust was how he genuinely tried showing me my best options and pointing out ways to stay within my budget. As well, when we got our fridge delivered at home, we realized it was a lot bigger than the spot that we could fit it in. They had absolutely no problem replacing the fridge for a smaller one.
