Terrible client services. Rude over the phone. Even worse in person. Vets seem only concerned with profit. Some of these 5 star reviews are clearly fabricated by family or friends of employees. Huge thumbs down. My Mom will never take our cats here again!

We had a wonderful experience today with the vet, it was our first time here.
Our pup can be very nervous as she is a rescue with an unfortunate history and they were more than patient and understanding of her.
The vet really seemed to genuinely care for our pups pain and try and get her the best answers possible and started on a treatment plan.
Very much recommend! Thank you again & see you soon!

I don't usually write reviews. But I'm so displeased I feel I need to. Today was my first time to this clinic. It started with trying to walk my two dogs into the clinic. I was struggling as I had my hands full with 2 dogs, their leashes getting tangled, my purse and a folder with all their documents. The front reception staff were not very welcoming to me as a new client and they did nothing to help me. I had to ask them twice for assistance with my dogs because I was having a challenging time weighing them.

They did take me in promptly which was good, and the veterinarian attended to us very quickly which was also good. But that's what the visit/exam was too. Quick and in out. The Vet (Dr. Perry) came across as very disinterested. Wasn't friendly at all. Didnt even crack a smile.maybe it's just his personality but it didn't seem like he really wanted to be there. He didn't say hi to my dogs or give them any form of attention as you would think a vet that loves animals would.

He basically just gave them their boosters and said someone "would be back" and left the room. I found out that meant someone was there to take my payment in the room. I did so and she handed me the receipt telling me I could leave out the side door. I said ok.but asked her where their pet passports were? (kinda important) She just said "oh.one sec" grabbed them from another room and handed to me. At that point I said where is their folder tho? I had brought their passports in a folder to the front reception. It had other medical forms and their CKC registry documents in it. She said oh hang on that she would "try and find it". She left me hanging.came back with it and offered no apology for them not returning important documentation to me twice. She could have easily just said "sorry about that"

The best way to sum up this place in my experience is to compare it to a walk-in clinic. Most humans have a family physician that treats them well and they're content with. But on occasion ppl need to use a walk-in clinic after hours or on weekends if their doctor is closed or unavailable The treatment we recieve at walk in clinics is usually quite different then treatment received going to see our own doctor. They don't know you at walk in clinics. You are there for a quick in and out appt. It's not personal. It's just get to the point and be on your way.that's exactly what this veterinary clinic is like. I felt like we were just another number to them

While I agree this vet office doesn't push for extra procedures & services they are not so inexpensive compared to other clinics as some say. Their food and feliway etc may be.but not the cost of exams, surgical procedures, & vaccinations etc. Same as any other vet I've been to over the years

As a RVT I was shocked at the way this business is handled. Definitely subpar. I heard this clinic was reasonable in rates in comparison to other clinics. IT'S NOT. I was charged the same here as I was in Caledonia for exam, vaccinations and blood work for all three of our dogs. Staff are quite unpleasant to deal with also. Huge thumbs down Dunnville Vet. You should do better!

Always great service, the staff are very friendly and considerate. Considering I have a unique breed of cat they have been very knowledgeable and proactive. The prices are reasonable for all the work they put in and you can tell they really care

I have dealt with Dunnville Veterinary since 2016. They have taken care of my dogs, cats, horses, and donkeys. Their services have been outstanding. From farm visits for the larger animals to in office visits for the smaller pets, they always treated me fairly. No pushing for extra services. They always gave me my options and then asked me what I wanted to do. The prices are reasonable and they would try to save me money where they could. Staff is very friendly and personable. Prior to finding them, I would shop around every time I needed a vet.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Kinsley likes going to the vets now and doesn't stress out like he used to.

Best vet clinic I've ever been a client with, the Staff is exceptional and provides excellent care. My senior large breed is hesitant walking into any vet office from past experiences and the Dunnville Staff always goes out of their way to make him feel welcome and spoils him with treats until he is a happy guy. Staff gives their full attention and allows me to ask questions which I find is rare at other clinics. Forever grateful for your level of service, kindness and care for my beloved animals. Keep up the great work!

Dunnville Veterinary Clinic is amazing from helping us out with a pregnant stray with infections; To helping my dog get emergency care from being hit by car. The Staff is amazing.

Thank You.

Very caring and prompt. Just unfortunate they can no longer support emergencies. A little on the expensive side, but the care is amazing.

Absolutely friendly, kind and so caring. From the very first time I called to our first visit we have felt welcome. Our puppy got her shots and they sent a followup text the next day to check on our puppy. That does not happen often.

They also offer different plans for different situations. We absolutely love this vet and would highly recommend them!

My first experience here was very positive. Even though they are very busy, they got my dog in as soon as they could. They brought us right in as soon as we got there. They were running behind, but we didn't have to wait long for the vet to pop in. The entire staff I met was very friendly. I am very happy I was able to find a lovely veterinary that would except us as a new patient (s).

These people are really great so helpful although they couldn’t take a sign they definitely guided us in the right direction most pleasant friendly outgoing and resourceful clinic highly recommend

If you wish to pay to have people disrespect your time and the appointment you made with them and then tell you why it's your fault that you're unhappy, then this is the place to go. As a long term paying client we'll be taking our animals elsewhere going forward. Very disappointing.

Brought my dog in for some antibiotics for a cyst, they tried draining it and he bled to death that night after they made a half inch incision that wouldn't close.

Everyone was very friendly and even though Sydney was very hyper they still got her ear cleaned out and gave her a bunch of snacks. Thank you
