A V O I D! They charged my card weeks ago, they haven't sent out my package, they aren't picking up their calls, returning their emails, or voicemails.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I've been dealing with DuraFast for just over a year and they were fantastic when I started, super fast shipping and reliable.

Now they don't answer their phones, I place an order and it doesn't even get fulfilled, and not even my emails are being returned.

Are you guys still even in business? What is going on? !

I'm speechless, but it's a good speechless. This company not only helped me and with in a short amount of time I had to work with, but took a huge amount of anxiety accompanied by stress and panics attacks of my shoulder. Their work ethics in point, prices very reasonable all the way around, topped with better communication then the other companies I looked at. Not only do I recommend this company, I will also inform you by hiring them, you'll be doing yourself and your pocket book a big favor.

Great experience I do have whit them.i can't complain for the online order as well as walk in order. I have of what I need and I'll continue get my suplays from them. For me is more like value over price and I recieve that in every step of the way shoping whit DuraFast Label Company Ltd.

Placed order in May 2022. Was told items were out of stock after ordering. Told 12 week wait. Now January 2023. Shows items back in stock but order hasn’t been sent. I’ve tried calling everyday for 2 weeks. No answer. Sent chat messages daily. No response.

Friendly, great service!
i ordered an item that was on back order and it was beyond their control as to when it would be in stock, but they would keep me updated and i was offered a refund right away. They responded to all my emails right away, answered my calls each time and even when they were really busy they would be focused to providing friendly service and took the time to answer all my questions andd even offered helpful advice.i will definitely recommend anyone needing office supplies and much more - this is a great place to meet your needs!

Worst Customer Service Experience that I had with any Company. I have been waiting for months on labels that are already paid and still haven't got my refund. Make sure to check availability of the items you purchase via online chat BEFORE you buy anything, do not believe when item say that is in stock.

We use durafast for consumables for our Epson C3500. Durafast was a great source for these inks which can be quite expensive. They were competitively priced and the order process and communication were top notch. Recommended.

Still waiting on labels that were bought and paid for 31 months ago. Horrible customer service! Next label printer i buy will be a brand that Durafast doesn't deal with so i never have to do business with this scam company again

Not an honest company to work with. They lied about inventories and customer service staff had no idea what he is talking about. I was about to order a printer and they told me they had it in stock here. But they actually don't.

Unfortunately we had terrible experience ordering labels from durafast

They would lie to customer that they have everything you need in stock but they actually don't.

We understand that it is covid so we had been very very patient and waited for our labels from 3 weeks to 3 months. At the end we had to call our credit card company to get our money back.

I can't believe it is 2021 and a unethical company like this still exists in Canada.

Very poor customer communication. On more than one occasion I would order labels and they wouldn't get shipped, then when I ask a week later where the labels are they are back ordered for 6 weeks? Mind you this is all after they take your money. Sometimes if your lucky their website will have an "Expected release date" but most of the time it doesn't and you are led to believe they are in stock when you pay.

I had to call 4 times to get a refund issued as each time I called they had no knowledge of my previous call. Shipping cost is also alot with this company. There are competitors out there beating this price, timing, and shipping cost even with cross border customs.

Website is not truthful about stock status. They will ship from another country to backfill, which takes many more days than necessary for critical orders.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else that has their act together.

DuraFast shipped us curled up labels with the printer we ordered.
The printer would splatter ink all over the insides and make a mess.

They blamed it on the printer. Returned the printer and the same thing happens on the new one after we spent 300$ on customs clearance.
Turns out the printer was okay all along.

They have pretty much ignored my emails since.

Will keep buying my ink cartridges there since I am vendor-locked-in with Afinia but will never spend another dime on their labels.

The tech support team has a fantastic customer approach, the rest of the company is horrible

DuraFAST? More like DuraSLOW.

We purchased our printer from Durafast back in 2017. Labels for our printer (Epsom 3500) were roughly 30$ a roll. (They gave me 10% coupon for labels that worked for about a year) so, 27$, per roll roughly.

The exact same lables today, are 39$ and they removed the option for the 10% coupon. 12$ increase PER ROLL in roughly 2 years. (CRAZY INFLATION)

What's worse? THIS COMPANY NEVER HAS THE LABELS WE NEED IN STOCK. For a company that is literally called "DURAFAST LABELS" there is nothing FAST about this company. I have placed 5+ orders in the past year, and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have had the labels on back order. (Roughly 1 month wait! DuraSLOW!)

Quality: Stickers WERE great initially, but of course with the 44% increase in price (2 years) the quality of the glue has also reduced greatly. Before we were able to remove stickers from plastic/metal and reuse the stickers. Now the adhesive stays on the plastic/metal and the label becomes useless with 0 glue.

Disappointment after Disappointment with 0 customer service.
It's a shame these guys are the only company to offer labels in my area.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Truly. Please save yourself a headache/money and avoid these guys like the plague.

Amazing #service, #prices and quality, if you are looking for the best #printers, #labels, #ink and services with the excellent prices this is the right place to come over and learn how you can save #money in this products.

The attention from A to Z was incredible and so helpful to someone like me who doesn’t know to much about this products, now I fee very confident to buy with them any of this products.

Thank you for the help and the samples to show me how works the printers I need.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a broken printer from DuraFast. They have the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I also purchased labels from them which are horribly misaligned so each one is in a different spot on the sheet. The printer came broken and won't print straight. However, I was told that this was an issue with printer settings, even though the printer manufacturer told me the printer was broken and needed to be repaired. Since I was outside of their 7 day return policy there was nothing that Durafast would do for me. They told me the manufacturer would return the printer which was not true and a total lie. I spent DAYS trying to fix this issue and get a resolution and return a broken printer and misaligned useless labels. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
