If you hate the dentist but need to go for a cleaning or checkup, look no further! I used to LOATHE the dentist and thanks to Lojana I now look forward to getting a cleaning! She is the absolute best hygienist who is so gentle and takes extra care in sensitive areas. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and efficient (Meghan is awesome!) Plus there are TV's to watch on the ceiling for an added distraction. Hands down the best dental office I've been.

Dr. Anne is a wonderful dentist. My son fell and broke his tooth and he was being bullied at school for it. She saw him and fixed him right up. She is very compassionate. She has done bonding on the majority of my Families teeth and it’s been life changing.

Great staff and very accommodating. Dr Anne is a true professional and the work she does is outstanding.

Doctor Anne worked magic on both my parents’ teeth. They’ve always wanted to get their teeth done and I’m so happy Doctor Anne was able to provide new pearly whites for them.

Avoid this dental clinic at all cost and whatever you do, stay far away from Dr. Anne if you don’t want to ruin your natural teeth

I was truly disappointed with myself for not researching Dr. Anne's work throughly before going through with my composite bonding experience. I was so mad that I made this choice. It was poor judgment. What a mess. Her Instagram is filled with "Hollywood" white, bulky smiles, which is not me and seems to be the only look she does. I think people are drawn to the fact that it could get covered by insurance so they see it as a financially wise decision that's quick and easy. When I got my teeth done, there was no talk of shade, how much shaving of enamel would actually take place, if any, what pain level I would experience afterwards, how they would feel in my mouth (grainy/gritty/thick) or that I would have a terribly difficult time flossing between the teeth she bonded together. Flossing these teeth made my stomach turn (the sound it made, the way it felt, the floss felt like it was going to pull my teeth out completely). I should have known better when I was passed the form that needed all these intials beside all of the risks minutes prior to the procedure taking place. If that form was given to me prior to sitting in that chair, maybe in the waiting room at least, I would not have gone through with it. If you are considering this procedure, please ask to see this form prior, ask how much enamel she plans on taking off. The cosmetic bonding done by Dr. Anne was extremely bulky (sticking out well past my gum line), which was exactly what I didn't want, was rough around the edges, chalky white (terrible colour), and my teeth were reshaped without letting me know that they would be (this caused me discomfort when I bit into anything with my canine teeth). They also just felt really really heavy, achy, and very sensitive. She also let me know that they may look like "Halloween teeth" before handing me the mirror they certainly did. I was so embarrassed (these looked absolutely ridiculous) and wore a mask from then on as I searched for a professional cosmetic dentist to help fix my teeth so that they actually looked like teeth and not fake, bulky chicklets that were glued on to my teeth. I could not go back to get them "revised" in any way as I hated everything about them (honestly). I did not want to go back. I felt sick to my stomach and very "dumb" for making this choice. The professional dentist that I have found let me know that two layers of my enamel was taken off during the bonding procedure and that I'd have to get 3/4 veneers instead of just regular veneers due to the damage done. I would highly suggest unless you would like everything listed above, to consider going to someone else or getting veneers done by a professional cosmetic dentist, as composite bonding does not last more than 3-5 years and needs to be done by someone with excellent craftsmanship for it to look any good. This review is to help those who are considering this procedure. I do not want to hear anything back from the clinic.

For most people the dentist can be a dreadful experience that most don’t look forward to. However, I found my experience to be very pleasant. Dr. Anne was very friendly and it was an excellent service. I had my cleaning appointment with my hygienist Lojana, will definitely be going back regularly!

I usually don't write reviews on the Internet but decided that this clinic deserves special recognition. They have actually been a blessing to myself and my family. Not only are they professional but they're very understanding and empathetic. Everyone in the clinic is friendly and skilled at their jobs. Special recognition goes out to the office manager, Michelle as she consistently goes well beyond what is expected to help people. She is someone that has made a huge impact on our lives. If you are looking for a new clinic, I strongly recommend that you give this one a try. When we first started going here a couple of years ago, Michelle and Dr Shenouda went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate us in a time of need. Not only did they go the extra mile to fit us into a busy schedule, when they were already booked but they also were very understanding when it came to pricing. This won our business and our loyalty but it never stopped after that time of need. They have continued to provide the same service that you just don't find in too many businesses nowadays. The exceptional care from Dr. Shenouda and Michelle is also backed up by the care from others in the clinic. Dr. Anne is also very sweet and understanding and did an exceptional job with some cosmetic surgery to help other members of our family. Finally, it is also helpful to have someone who greets you with joy and friendliness like Desiree. She is also someone who takes great pride in her job and also is very caring beyond just booking appointments and processing fees. Last but not least, I would also like to recognize Amber as another professional who has a special caring attitude that makes you feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Thank you again to everyone at the clinic for making a huge difference in our lives.

I wish I read these reviews before I booked an appointment for composite bonding with Dr. Anne. You really need to make sure you know who to trust with your teeth. If you get composite bonding to simply enhance your smile, there should be no shaving of your enamel unless you have some teeth that are overlapping and even that would be risky because then you can get into nerve damage.
I had 6 teeth done, she shaved some of my enamel which was absolutely unnecessary. After my appt she didn’t even check to see if I could floss. I looked in the mirror and it was truly horrifying. I had white chicklets for teeth.
I was reassured that this was all normal. But my gut kept telling me no, this is not right and there is no way I could go back there.

I then booked an appt with Center Dental in Richmond hill where they spent half an hour prepping your teeth, X-rays, teeth molding, choosing the right shade and choosing the shape that is best suited for you. No freezing and no shaving. I left with a beautiful smile and my confidence back.

Dr. Anne is truly an expert at her work! I am over the moon and so happy with the results of Dr. Anne work on my hollywood cosmetics dental bonding pearly whites, initially I was referred to her by a friend who had gotten work done with Dr. Anne and was super happy with the results so I decided it was my turn to book with results that great. I setup a video consult which took about 20 to 25 minutes speaking with her which she answered all my questions with no hesitation to assist me I felt confident after the consult and went ahead and booked with her. The experience was great. The atmosphere was very welcoming the staff also made sure I felt comfortable during my first visit to the office.

Had the best experience with Dr. Anne! She was so professional. I love my new teeth! I did 10 composite veneers on the top and 10 on the bottom. They look like my teeth but better! Karen at the front desk and Michelle the office manager made me feel so comfortable and calm before my appointment. I was never a fan of going to the dentist but the whole office made me excited and confident with choosing the right clinic. I’m so happy!

My dental hygienist, Lojana, was the best part of my experience. Excellent work. Very personable and patient. Overall however, next time I will try to pick a less busy time of day. Reception seemed a bit sharp.

Dr. Anne, Has been my Dentist for 12 years, In my opinion She is the Best Dentist in the Durham region, I remember when I didn’t have benefit’s and I needed a root canal, She was so caring and understanding, and gave me a good deal, now that I have benefit, my whole Family goes to the The Durham Dental Center.
