Hi I want to share my review of the experience I’ve had here with the professional Staff Rupi, Catherine, and Dr Jeremy Beauvais.
Jeremy determined l had a 2nd degree strain of the QL muscle in my lower back. Showed my photos of the exact muscle and what he could do for me, and what exercises i needed to do it at home.
Originally i couldn’t bend down to put socks on, had a hard time to put shoes on and tie them up.
His plan of action was twice a week treatments 4-6 weeks.
By week 5 he reduced to once a week after 6th week which is today I’m finally able to work.
I’m in the Roofing/Siding business and finally got back to work this week pain free.
I still get tired after long standing periods but he has assured me that my exercise regime will rebuild the muscle.

Dr. Jeremy Beauvais is one of the better chiropractors I have had the chance to work with. Being a newer aged chiro he understands how to use timely evidence while prescribing treatments that fit the individual. He does a great job listening to his patients and makes you feel welcome with every visit, highly recommend!

I’m very pleased with my initial visit to the Durham Spine and Sports Clinic.
The visit consisted of a consultation related to past medical and physical histories. Aphysical limitations exam was performed and a treatment plan was presented with expected goals.
The first treatment was also done and am encouraged with the result.

Dr. Jamal treated me post labour of my son. He was able to provide chriopractic adjustments to relieve the neck and shoulder pain I developed from nursing and carrying baby all day. He took the time to assess my lifestyle and gave me practical tips I could use to aid in my recovery. I highly recommend him for his personable approach.

I must say I am beyond impressed and physically relieved after just a few visits with Dr. Jamal and Dr. Drayton. Dr. Jamal is absolutely the best Chiropractor I have seen to date! I have chronic neck/shoulder pain for last 6 years and after having few sessions with Dr Jamal, I am feeling slightly better. He is thorough in his examination and will guide you through a dedicated app that shows you various aspects of human body structure. The staff is professional and very respectful.

Dr. Jamal is so great with babies! He has been treating my 4.5month old since she was 10 days old. Babies have sensitive muscles and joints that affect their sleep, breastfeeding and learning. Seeing Dr. Jamal has helped my baby sleep better, move smoothly and feed effectively. Wouldn't take her anywhere else!

Dr Jamal was great in accessing my concerns with my back. He showed me what the issue was through the computer program he uses, to show diagrams of every layer of the body. From the muscles to the nerves. In the few short visits I have notice a considerable difference.
