First time purchase. Perfect service and experience. Order was placed the night before and they called to verify the delivery date requested, and were able to fulfill it as promised.

Delivery was perfect, staff was friendly, and thorough with proper process. Order was accurate.

Overall extremely satisfactory experience from, now, The Hunny Pot.

Friendly staff and overall good selection of flower. However it is easliy the most expensive store in the area and they dont even have a proper phone number to call and ask questions to see if its worth the trip.

I don't know why the employee are so overheating. So much attitude for literally nothing. You should check out your team and train them on how to greet your guest in a good way.

Picked up some cannabis for my wife who has cancer. Store is very well laid out and spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere.

The most expensive prices around. They rush you and actually yell "YOU BETTER HURRY UP OR IM NOT SERVING YOU" (it was 10: 55 and I he already had what I had asked for on the table and I was going as fast as possible). The man working on the 1st of Sept at 10: 50pm was VERY rude and had horrible coustomer service skills. I used to go there all the time but will not return becasue of HIS service.the girl working with him seemed to go with whatever he said in fear of doing otherwise. He was storming around the place all intense natured. It caused me to go into a panic attack afterwards as I did not have my service dog with that one time. Extremely unprofessional treatment. Dw karma will handle it

Normally have only had good experiences here, but today half my edibles were melted inside the packaging (the other brand wasn't melted so it must be how they were stored at your location). Not cool guys!

The friendliest staff of any cannabis store I've visited (and that would be many). Staff are helpful with suggestions and willing to discuss the different offerings. Shoutout to our girl, who is always working when we come in: ')

Went once to buy 2 grams of hash, and there were only 1.8 grams in the package.however, the staff were friendly, and the store looked modern and clean.

Ordered delivery and was shorted an entire package from the order. The store doesn't answer their phone, it is an automated message and the email address provided goes to head office, not the store.
Very, very disappointing, would not recommend ordering delivery.

I always ask questions for product knowledge for cannabis and the other day at the other dispensary they literally gave me little - no product knowledge information and just give me random recommendations and were just not interested to attend and entertain. However at Dutch love, they will give you attention, right recommendations and information on each product which I absolutely love about.

Merivale location never fails to amaze me! Gonna stay with Dutch love!

Fanatstic. Dutch love always has very high quality environments and great staff but the Merivale location is the one I go to. I often change my orders but Im never there longer than 5 minutes. (Depending on how busy it is).

The staff always recognizes and greets me which is really nice I must say.

Bizarre experience. Visited on a sleepy Tuesday. Was barely acknowledged as I entered by the host at the front door. Was not acknowledged as I browsed the displays on the floor. 5 minutes later I walked to the counter and the 2 budtenders were chatting with the employee in the back room with their backs to me.

I recieved the wrong product. However, the manager and staff had gone above and beyond to make it right. Go here and stay away from Stash&co.
Update: I have gone back into this location at Merivale Mall, they have nailed it everytime I ask for what I'm interested in. Live this store, keep up the great work!

I've shopped at all the Cannabis dispensaries in Ottawa and this is by far my favourite in terms of customer service.

Very nice place and very nice employees, I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Aliyah and she let me know that they are helping the homeless youth in our city with every review and I love that this company is giving back to our community. 10 stars

It was all great till they double charge my account for more then 100$ and told me I needed to wait up to a week to get my money back. 1st dude on the phone tells me its a banking issue and that they would revers it's self on 5-7 business days. I called the bank and they confirmed the payments have gone threw and been received by them.called them back with this info but now I'm stuck in limbo waiting for the "admin team" to contact me.

Friendly staff, who are willing to explain things to a new user. Very clean, and modern looking interior.

Good location. Close to home. Decent selection of products. A couple of people even showed me how to open one of those plastic, adult-proof cases. Employees I would be happy to name of they had nametags, but I digress.

Couldn't do better! Aside from the store itself (which is beautifully laid out with attractive displays), the thing that made our experience so positive was the staff. You are welcomed immediately and service is swift and efficient. We were particularly helped by Axelle who, aside from just being a delight of a human being, was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. She was able to find the exact strains we were looking for and made perfect recommendations for great additions. At no point did she try to push us to make purchases, but allowed us to make up our minds and was extremely enthusiastic and empathetic. I would happily sit down and chat over tea for many hours with such a lovely young woman.
Although we haven't had the chance to try all of our products, we did sample her recommendation of Seth Rogen's 'Houseplant'. What a wonderful evening ensued! This weed is extremely powerful (to me anyway) but leaves you with a very pleasing feeling of calm, happiness and joy. As someone who suffers from chronic pain and the anxiety and depression that goes with it, this was a wonderful relief. As well as taking my pain to zero, I experienced feelings of happiness and self confidence that I have not felt for some time. I am grateful to have had such a delightful evening and to feel soothed and relaxed that next morning. I highly recommend pairing this product with the Seth Rogen film Long Shot, they go together beautifully!

Store looks like a spa from outside. Walk inside and the store does not provide a shopping experience whatsoever. Prices not on products and no staff on floor.
Everything takes place at counter and they have very little stock.
No edibles and no menus to see availability. Staff made excuses for non available products.

Store should have more products available to see and touch. Atmosphere is stale and uninviting.
Suprette is a good example of how the store shoukd look and feel.

Great friendly service. Only thing i find really discouraging for me is when you have the THC percentages 15-22% on strains so you're thinking it's going to be high THC since you're paying like 45$ for 3.5 and you get stuff thats only 15% for that price. It happened twice, although the stuff looked good, 15% doesn't do anything for me sadly. I wish the percentage gap was closer, off by a few.

Very disappointed. I was talked into buying silo vaporizer because it was magnetic for easy quick changes. Then I buy a couple of vaporizer cartridges only to find out that some don't fit in it. I called the store and they said ya, some don't fit it. But we have a $20 pen you can buy that will fit it. If I would have known that, I would have just bought the $20 one that fits all of them. Not almost $100 for one that only works on some cartridges. Now I have vaporizers that I can't smoke. Waste of money. Not happy with the service I received especially when I called and was basically told too bad, buy another pen.
