Dykeman's NOFRILLS Kincardine

There was a rude, impatient man waiting behind me at the checkout while I was getting 2 items price-matched. Cashier at checkout #6 around 4pm on 7NOV2023 was very patient and kind to help after the man in line made nasty comments. The service at Nofrills is always enjoyable due to the polite and friendly cashiers.

On Monday the cashier was simply arrogant and rude!
She slammed the divider down 3 x and did not divide the groceries between myself and both last and next guest. She was constantly yelling at me about having my vegetables in bags. She screamed to open my bags! I thought she meant what I was bagging. She yelled at me constantly and then berated me for using debit! The time was

Not a huge fan, but like the selection of exotic veges, that are hard to find in the area. Recently installed self checkout. Today they were all closed, and only 2 cashiers were open. I think self checkouts are designed to lower employee costs, but with none open the line stretched back to the freezer and around to the milk aisle. Great foresight on cutting employee hours in favour of automation, then shutting down the automation. Lowered star rating to 1 based on this.

It is OK, but they call it no frills for reason. The fruit is not as fresh as other places, and It doesn't last too long. I also find It is getting quite pricey almost the same compared to other stores.

No customer service whatsoever.
Okay pricing, moderate selection.
If you try to reach the store by phone your wasting your time!
