The movers that work here are amazing. However, the staff and manager really lack understanding, openness to different views and beliefs, and tact. There was a worker who was training people and saw that I had let my son crawl on the floor by our storage unit. Dymon is one of the cleanest storage units I've ever seen, so we were not worried about him getting dirty, just a little dusty, not a big deal, and we were watching him closely. The trainer said we could not let our son crawl on the floor. She at first stated it was because of a safety issue, in which we replied we are watching him and can see there are no safety concerns and the floor is clean. She then stated that dymon wouldn't be responsible if he got hurt. And we agreed. However, dymon would never have been responsible since this is not a daycare. The worker became upset that we did not listen to her and went to her manager. To add, there is not a single policy that dymon showed that stated this was not allowed. So the manager came to speak to me and my husband, stating we were rude to his employee and we should not be rude when she is training. We did not yell or swear or do anything rude to this worker. The only thing we did was not listen to her since there was no policy or actual safety issue. When we asked the manager how we were rude, he could not tell us. He said he didn't know, but he knew that she was upset, which must mean we were rude. This is when I explained that just because someone is upset doesn't mean someone was rude, and I would like him to find out exactly what it was that was rude. The manager did compare my son crawling (we were on the second floor by our unit) to a loose dog running around the bay; not even close to the same thing since there was no vehicles on the second floor and my son isn't running around.
I asked the manager to find out what exactly was rude and to call me back. This was back in September or October 2023. I have never heard back from this manager. Because of this incident, I removed my items and canceled my storage. I don't think dymon storage has the qualifications to tell me how to parent my child. I can appreciate them trying to give a suggestion but then becoming upset and stating we were rude because we didn't do what they wanted is uncalled for. Not following up with a customer is just bad business.

Raised my rental fee by 12% this year with a month's notice. No additional services or benefits to justify the change in price and inflation this year is nowhere near 12%. Small increases over time make sense but this is outrageous.

My storage unit rental came with a complimentary one-way move to help me get my stuff to storage. The whole experience was very professional and efficient from the coordination by Danielle to the actual move by Logan and Dwayne. They were punctual, courteous, careful, efficient and even friendly and funny.
Highly recommend.

Damaged a lot of my furniture, proceeded to ignore claims for months just to deny they were responsible for something they were clearly in the wrong for. Do not risk storing anything you care about with this company. No care for your personal belongings and the worst customer service.

Dwayne and logan were really friendly and very professional. Everything was handled with care and not once did I have to worry about anything. Great job guys, definitely will be recommending you both. Dymon needs to keep recognizing these guys for sure. Dymon give these guys a raise

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Left my stuff in storage for less than a week and when returned many large expensive items were significantly damaged. Created a claim, which they promise to resolve in 10 business days. It has now been over 2 months and they ignore all emails and calls. Finally got through on the phone and they made me resend everything, just to be ignored again for another month and counting, not responding to calls or emails once again. Worst customer service imaginable

They went into my unit without my permission and my items were all over the place then they tried to cover it up, the shipping manager promised to call me regarding the issue and never did, they were so rude and I’ll never recommend this place

The place was great for access. I could go anytime day or night never a problem. I took advantage of the free truck and driver on the front end and with the expert help from their outstanding employees found it seamless for my move to the new home address. There was some damage to a painting on the back end move however with the help of the transportation department and my salesperson Geet it was repaired to my satisfaction, thanks to everyone involved from the transport department and again thanks Geet for all that you do.

Great storage facility. Accessible and clean! We also had the pleasure of having movers come to our place and safely move everything for us. LOGAN and DWAYNE were absolutely amazing. They made sure everything was stored securely and safely. Highly recommend this facility and their services.

Buy your mattress bag for moving here for $10 instead of Uhaul and other companies who charge $18 and up. The store is a lot more than you expect! Lots of closet, kitchen, and other organizers.

Amazing service again. Second time using Dymon and they are great. I got the move in service and Logan, Dwayne, and Steve were professional, fast and careful with my stuff. They had carpet runners and treated my furniture with care. Great team of people.

I will tell you my story with Dimon.mid August we got a storage at diamond storage in Oshawa.right from day one when the manager showed us are unit he knew it was broken but said he will get it fix. 2 weeks after we move things in we decided to go and have a look.we got to are storage the door was wide open.we had a lady that work there that had a look.she close it and said she will make a note to the manager to fix it.it's been weeks of trying to reach to someone and no one will contact us back not even main office and they are still charging us for all this.this place is not safe for what ever you put in your storage. I wouldn't recommend to go there at all.

I had my storage unit moved from an old unit to Dymon, I can not say enough how great the service was. I received a call from Logan one of the movers, very polite telling me the arrival time, which was on time, the two hours it took to load my unit into the truck was done with care, then the move into the new Dymon Storage was done with the same respect of my items. The three guys, Logan, Dwayne, and Steve a big hats off to you guys, your work ethics are amazing and you do work hard, I hope you are getting paid your worth.

Little more expensive then the other self storages but definitely makes themselves stand out as a having a higher experience then the others. Alot of perks of you look into it earlier.

Loving this new storage center! Instead of a lock for your unit, you download an app on your phone that controls the door to your unit as well as letting you in the building. Being able to use it 24hrs a day and never having to worry about forgetting a key I'd only use once in a blue moon make this storage center tops in my book!

Good prices and great sales help. We drove into the loading garage, where the sales clerk loaded the items into the van. Once we can fully in store shop again, I will be returning. I only picked up moving boxes, but they offer a lot of other storage solutions.
