Dymon Storage

Was there for a meeting in the little boardroom they have. It was a nice little boardroom, with a screen we were able to easily connect a computer to and use for the meeting. Nice place as well outside the boardroom

Clean, safe, friendly, accessible and super convenient location. So happy I decided to get extra storage for my business here.

Amazing customer service. Emily had offered beyond standard service. It was 6pm closing time on Sunday. I could not find my locker. He helped me find it first and after I was lost in this maze. She was able to guide me to the main entrance.

Always spotless from the drive - in, store and units. Super friendly staff on site who are quick to fix any issue

This place is amazing! The staff were kind and helpful over email and over the phone before I got there, giving me all the information I needed. When I got there, tha facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the staff was again super helpful and nice. Everything went smoothly and I trust them completely with my belongings. Highly recommend using Dymon if you ever need to store items!

I found a local dymon store and picked up everything I needed. One stop shopping for all your packing and storage needs. The service was fast, friendly and very accommodating.

There is an employee there by the name of Anthony Toffoli that is engaged in receiving packages paid for with stolen credit cards with an Associate by the name of Tan Ngo or that is the person's info they stole. It was for unit #Unit 238 at 323 Coventry Road, Ottawa Ontario. We got ripped off for $1,700.61. When I call or try to contact I get the run around from them or corporate. Need to contact the authorities next. The package was received 11-18-2020.

Very dissatisfied. They fasly advertise free truck services for move in and when I go to book it they told me that they do not do out of city. There advertisement does not say that. This is the last time I use dymon.

Tim Miller and his team at the Coventry Road location are highly professional and incredibly helpful in advising on storage solutions. I have always been greeted with a smile and a professional manner and even help to move things to my vehicle.

I have advised colleagues to go to this location because of the manner in which I have been treated. This is such a pleasant situation to report in today's world where the customer does not usually feel valued.

The guys at Dymon are amazing. My partner and I went in this morning with a complicated and time sensitive moving dilemma. Have money issues and instead of talking with me gave someone else our post office box had for 10+ years.everyone and every government agency had that mailing address.still trying to notify people.

My work needs a storage locker and we have used a few different companies in the past, but once we found Dymon Storage (Coventry), we were home. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Tim, Dylan, Anthony (just to name a few), continue to provide us with exceptional service and they really add to the comfortable feel of Dymon.

From the cleanliness of the facitily inside and out, to the bonuses of renting from them including rental of their boardroom for meetings, the entire facility is warm, comfortable and a game changer in the world of storage locations.

I am so glad our company found Dymon Storage. Thank you. If I ever need personal storage, I know exactly where I will go.

I LOVE the STAFF at COVENTRY! I've been using the facility for a year and will likely be doing so for another. From the moment I first walked in, EVERYONE went "beyond" in order to help me out in securing the space that I was in immediate need of! BTW, Special THANK YOUs go out to TIMOTHY and DYLAN in making it happen! Since I'm in and out of the facility so often, it's become like a second home, and they've both become good acquaintances!
Meanwhile the building is cleaner looking than most Medical facilities and/or Labs! Plus, the climate control has been beneficial in preserving the items that I store. As well, I especially enjoy being able to use the Company's service of accepting parcel deliveries! Quite handy around the Holidays and in bad weather. Not to mention, a relief knowing that my packages are secure!

Dylan (manager) refused to give me a price for a storage unit. I had to ask him 6 times and all he said was that he could price match any competitor if I sign for a 1 year contract.
I stated that all I wanted was a price quote for their services.

After a few moments, Dylan than said that he was going to hang up because he didn't feel comfortable about this conversation.

I told stated to him that he was a business and he felt uncomfortable about telling me the storage prices?

How does anyone rent a storage if your afraid to tell the prices?
He hung up on me!

I still have no idea what it costs to rent a storage unit at Dymon Storage (It's a secret I guess).

I shouldn't have to go to the storage facility just to get a pricing for a storage unit. What are they trying to hide.

I wouldn't recommend this store facility to anyone.
