2 words - Deplorable Ineptitude! I set up a mailbox for my business 2 years ago. They first lost the only key and I waited weeks for another to be made. Still have not received the second key I was to receive, 2 years later.
Received a notice that a parcel arrived, went in to retrieve it and the parcel mysteriously vanished. Front desk confirmed there was record of a package arriving in my name. They said they would look into it and follow up. 2 MONTHS LATER, still no response. WHERE IS MY PARCEL? !?
Why did fees for mailbox go UP 50% IN THE LAST YEAR!?
Absolutely disgusted. Will be posting this all over tiktok. Dymon should be ashamed of themselves.

Highly professional operation that I have dealt with for years. Pricey, but as a small business owner, it is well worth it.

What can I say? Huge indoor garage with lots of room for various size vehicles, trailers etc. Huge elevators, lots of large carts, large hallways and everything is always always clean.

We had to shred about a 110 boxes today.
They were not ready for us but they help us so much I wanted to think Monica& Dan For helping us get this done.
Diamond storage 1554 Carling

A bit pricey for their storage units however it's always clean and well kept. They offer truck services to bring your stuff on your initial visit. Which is a bonus.

The employees are very nice, guest service is great, girl named sharan helped me as I don’t speak English well, she really helped me throughout the whole process.

DYMON STORAGE has always been outstanding in cleanliness and service. Especially the Carling and Queensway location.

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service. We used the free move in truck service and our driver Ahmed went above and beyond in helping us load the truck and unload all of our stuff and helped us stack everything in the storage unit.

These guys know customer service to PERFECTION! I had 2 moves commercial and residential and they made my life so easy I almost felt bad of leaving my storage.

Great place to store you stuff. Its a very clean facility with amazing staff. All Dymon locations have always been top notch in all my experiences.

Dymon on Carling is the best that Ottawa has for storage facility and movers including customer service. I highly recommend them, they make it easier on us as they have answers to all questions. I have used them 3 times Carling, Bank st and latest Lincoln Fields and would refer them anytime!

It was a pleasure to stop into the DYMON Storage facility on Carling Ave. The Staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. If you need storage; you can't go wrong with this great company!

This Dymon self-storage location is light, bright, secure and very conveniently located, next to the Queensway near Carling and Churchill. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of storage solutions are available for closets, dorms or home offices.

Stellar. I have a unit at one location which gives me conference room access across the city. They've recently upgraded the lobby of every one of their locations with upgraded tech, new chairs, tables, and a clean crisp style.

Loses one star for a loud ac/fan in the conference room that wasn't controlled locally - almost impossible to have a conversation at a regular volume

We were very happy. Our furnishings werestored for 5 months. DYMON driver Ryan and crew were very professional, curteous and exceptionally careful.
Also love their store.

Carling and Kirkwood Ottawa. It is the curse of every business that some of the management have a complete lack of understanding of leadership and customer service. Little things matter.
My company rents space at this location, and as a benefit is provided use of a meeting room. Our staff was asked not to park out front because it is for customers and there is limited parking in front. Notwithstanding the fact that we are actually customers. I do somewhat understand the logic. It is tough to take though when every day the manager parks his car right out front. That’s very poor optics and judgement.
Couple that with standing outside on frigid winter days waiting until exactly 8 am while the staff casually stand around inside with periodic “smoke breaks” out front. Just portrays the image that customers are not important.
