My husband went here for bloodwork and had a good experience, was in and out quickly. Today I went in around 11 am for bloodwork figuring the fasting crew would be done but the waiting room was packed.

The person at the desk was obviously busy but at least let the people coming in know there was at least an hour wait since they only had two staff working. I didn't hang around but will go back.

There seems to be many services offered since this is a large space that is bright and clean. It's on the first floor making it accessible and easy to get to.

Friendly, polite and efficient staff. However, giving them a low rating as was completely disgusted by their washroom: urine all around toilet bowl and on floor. Yuch! They need to pay closer attention to keeping it clean given it used by many clients for taking samples and to prevent spread of germs.

Rude staff, particularly the 'big chief' who acts also as a receptionist (reminded me nurse Ratched from "cuckoo's nest").
The appointment system is a joke. The estimate time was 30 mins, the actual time was 1 hr 20 mins!
They must have been embarrassed because the screen with the names and wait time was switched off (so you cannot see the waiting time going up and up and up.).
and then they ask you to pay extra to be a 'member'.
They should be reported to OHIP.

The guy has one job, identify the customer and purpose of the visit for processing. He was arrogant and dismissive. He asked for my driver license when I said that I had an appointment there. I handed him my driver's license and he kept it. I then asked are u sure you need to keep that and he told me "yes! " without further explanation and ordered me to step away from the desk and just sit down and wait. 10 minutes later he comes back to the counter and calls me over and asks me which company sent me. I told him I'm here for routine bloodworks. He became visibly angry shaking his head and tells me it'll be at least an hours wait in a bare undecorated room full of unclean chairs packed with people for that service and that I didn't book an appointment with their office (there's another Dyna care on the same road 1km away).

Not customer oriented at all. Rude and dismissive followed by angry and berating. Avoid this place.

The receptionists are literally so rude here, especially the older woman that works in reception. 3 of them were in and out and quite rude to every patient in the wait area. The man is very difficult to understand, everyone has to get him to repeat everything he says.

This place is WONDERFUL! I highly recommend them. The staff was incredible! I had an appointment for my gtt test at another lab who failed to let me know that they decided to be closed today. I walked into this Dynacare very panicked because I was scared no one would be able to do the test today (and I have been fasting since the night before) but they immediately assisted me! Very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for helping out this pregnant lady today, you made my day so much better!

I've had to go to this place three times for the exact same test because they keep messing it up. Each time they had to poke me four times. Don't go here.

Had had to go for the same blood tests three times, because they keep missing certain tests on the requisition. If this is missed when the blood is drawn or if it's missed in lab, I don't know. This is health care, the quality of work should be better than this. What a waste of resources and time for everyone.

Having worked in healthcare on and off for several years, I SYMPATHIZE with the staff. They’re doing the best they can in a system that is very much broken, during extremely trying circumstances. Their effort shows and I hope appreciation is expressed by the majority of patients. Impatience and rudeness help no one.

Checked in online at 10am. Got there at my allotted time. Still waited 1: 50 minutes.
There was an older lady that came in for blood, she said no she hadnt checked in online. They told her minimum 90 minute wait. She whined and complained. She was in, done and out before I was even called inside. I think everyone waiting learned a big lesson.
NOT the place to go when you are doing fasting blood tests.

Dynacare lab at 150 Montreal rd very very rude received a text after 2: 30 hours of waiting this staff was rude saying they called us when they didn’t I have proof of the text they sent me then she was telling me we have to wait again very very bad service

It may be the local lab, and you want to use it, but you are probably better off going to another location.

This location is very busy and wait times are sometimes quite a bit off what is posted. Also, be aware that the online waiting list will acknowledge you by text that you are on the list but they do not provide an update as to when to show up. So treat this waiting time as a rough estimate - you should still come 10 or 15 minutes earlier and you may end up waiting for 30 or 40 minutes.

If you do choose to come here your experience may be somewhat positive one time or quite negative another. Its pretty hit or miss based on the staff that day. I give it two stars because my experiences have usually been negative.

There is an online booking system where you select a time. We though great! We don't have a lot of time in our work day for this stuff so this will help a lot. We booked specific times and came in.then were told to wait in line, regardless of checking in online. I'm sure they are competent staff but what is the point of having a system like that and then completely disregarding it? Just a heads up for anyone who was looking to do the same thing

Web checkin not available on weekends by they won't mention that if you're looking earlier in the week to plan ahead for the weekend!

I got yelled at by 2 staff for not understanding how check-in works (rather doesn't work they don't have one). This is a convenient location for me but I left and will be sure to only visit other locations.

Unfortunately for consumers, my decision to go elsewhere will only make this company happy. They own all the other locations anyway, and this location was clearly too crowded.

I was a walk-in. I had just come from my doctor down the street as he suggested I come to this place. It was only after I was there that I realized you could book an appointment ahead of time. I do not think they really made any distinction with a person that was a walk-in or if you had an appointment, plenty of confusion. I first had to wait in the hallway and then once I got in to their office I then had to wait a further time. Just came back from my doctor and they did not do the test that he required, which means I have to go back again.

Very pleased with how smooth and quick Dynacare is set up. I uploaded my requisition for blood work online, showed up at around 8: 15am and didn't have to wait at all as they aren't busy. The lady doing my bloodwork was great. She wasn't able to find a good blood vessel on my right arm, but found a good one on my left. Even pointed it out and got me to feel the "bounce" of what a good vein feels like. Learned something new!
Anyways, I was in and out in about 5-minutes. Can't complain!

Checked in online. Showed up 10 minutes before the estimated wait time as the website advised.and then the terrible way they bring in people caused me to wait over an hour. Estimated wait time 35 minutes, actual wait time over an hour and 35 minutes.

The staff is unorganized and don't listen. There were walk ins who didnt check in online because the staff was so incompetent with appointments and checking in.

Don't bother online checking in because it means nothing appearently

I checked in online, with a 25 minute wait. When I showed up 20 minutes later, they told me I had a 35 minute wait. Took over an hour and a half from when I checked in to when I was called. Extremely unimpressed with this location, I have never had an issue with wait times exceeding so drastically what was indicated on the Dynacare website.

I went in for blood work. Blood work has never been much of an issue for me. My veins are a little difficult to work with but nurses can usually draw blood without much issue. The nurse I had completely destroyed my vein. It took forever to get the blood out. Instead of just trying a new vein after mine collapsed, she kept fishing for minutes. It was so painful I thought I was going to pass out. I now have a hematoma and have to go to get treated for it. Ridiculous. I will never go to Dynacare again. I don't expect to need urgent medical services after routine blood work.

They couldn't even read the requisition form properly. I needed to verify varicella and hepatitis B immunity, they only checked for varicella. And it took over 10 days to get the results to my doctor. I hate going here.

Do not get your blood work from that male staff who is wearing a very big bead necklace. He is rude and very impatient. While he was taking my blood, the blood was already coming out near the needle. I never experienced taking blood tests like that! When I came home, I've got a big bruise and a long cut with more bleeding which I never experienced before! So disappointed at this place.

The nurses / techs doing the blood work are 5/5 but the bathroom is so filthy its a health hazard. It was not only a covid scare, it was a bacteria spreading scare and there is no other option but to use it to provide a urine sample.

Great place to get your blood work done. I have had no problems with the employees. Clean place.wait times are a bit slow but that is typical during covid now and people have to accept that
all in all a great place to just to get your blood work done and other essential things you need to get done get it done here Updated: just wish I knew when their hours are because I found 2 with very two different time periods.

Super impressed. My doc rang me in the morning to go do some tests, and they faxed the requisition to the lab. Called them half an hour later, and they confirmed they had it. They advised me to register online and then just go. Got there in ten minutes. Waited maybe two minutes. Done! Staff was very friendly and professional. Michelle, who took my blood etc was just very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciate it! BTW, spacious and clean premises, and plentiful parking as well. Good experience!

We booked online and we are still waiting. Why book online if you come in and you still have to wait.
