The lady at the reception is very rude. She yells at people and has no people skills. She was very disrespectful to a patient who was asking nicely about her wait time.
Be ready the wait time can be more than 2 hours.

Am I calling the white house or the health care center? I'm confused I was called more then 15 times just ask 10 days ago went there for blood test. My clinic said they have not received any reports. Your customers service have to improve.

I usually have good experiences at Dynacare.

They are professional, fast and well organized.

Today a Thursday 1: 30 pm I had a 5 min wait, they took blood and I was back in the car in 18 minutes. Today was very fast.

Dynacare has been my go to for bloodwork for a number of years now.

I attend this clinic about once every 3-6 months. Being a diabetic, it is imperative that I do so.

I have always found the staff here to be both accommodating and very friendly. Sometimes they are busy and have to move through those waiting quickly, but they manage to do so in an amiable manner. 5 ️s!

Arrived at 7: 35AM on a Monday morning. There was 15 people in line already. There is a display with the queue in real time. Blood work takes 5-10 mins per person. There are 3 booths and the staff here keep the line moving. When checking in - staff will ask for your health card and forms. They will ask if you had anything to eat or drink today - water is fine. Staff are friendly - Filipino aunties, no BS lol. I was in and out in 50 minutes.

The facility appears clean and efficient, however there is a serious lack of human interaction, and people skills. Why are you continuing to wear masks? This is a false narrative that you should abandon, and it has a negative affect on human interaction. I would rather talk to a robot. You are a technical facility, true, so you need to practice people skills more. Lose the masks!

Came so far as it was showing 10 mins wait time. Outside put board saying closed for today. Still online it shows 10 mins wait time for walk in.

Always double check whether they make your appointment correctly. Took an appointment for both scanning and x-ray a week before the examination and while at office the young lady receptionist registered for scanning only. Later when I asked about the X-ray, then she simply replied that she missed that out and later asked me to wait for another hour for the X-ray. Just because of her ignorance.

Other old lady at the reception and the Technician were good though.

It is hit or miss at this clinic. The day I came, online check-in was not available. Handed my checking in at the front desk it was another 20 mins before they even entered it in the system. The app said a 10 min wait - I took over an hour.
Technicians are great though!

This location is a hit or miss with the times but I showed up at 11 am on a Saturday and the wait times seemed fine. The place is sanitary and the person helping me was nice. One thing though is that you have to show up at least half an hour before they close because they will stop accepting patients.

Staff are always friendly, professional and very efficient. The lab is clean, santized and I feel safe here. This is a very well managed and run Lab.

This laboratory is clean and spacious. Location is very convenient, a good 8-min walking distance from my house. Wait times can be a lil longer than usual sometimes but it goes pretty fast. Both front desk and technicians are well trained and friendly and professional.

Staff were kind and everything was professional. Don't put much stake in the online check in. Definitely do it! But account for change and that your appointment might still be 30 or 60 mins later than the check in indicates. Also, go to the front regardless of whether there's a line. There's no good system when they get overwhelmed so you have to make yourself big/heard if you have a check in / appointment to get seen before other walk ins.

“Diane” the senior lady in the front line, is the most rude, mean woman. I would lodge a complain against her. Without checking the papers she told me that there was no booking.she is unprofessional.she does not know how to respect patients and she seems to have serious racial issue as well and this is unacceptable

Every time I come here the wait is MUCH LONGER than it says. Checking in online is pointless. Today I checked in online and waited over an hour before going in. I then had to wait 10-15 mins for someone to come do the COVID screening, and then another 10-15 mins for them to let me into the waiting room. It said on the screen that I had “0 min” wait for 45 mins.

Different staff members give different instructions and they all seem angry. (e.g. One person instructed a group of us to wait in the hallway, another yelled at us for waiting in the hallway and told us to go to the waiting room, a third yelled at us for coming into the waiting room.) One staff member was asking people to yell their personal info across the waiting room (full names, birth dates, pregnancy details, test details).

The staff are obviously frustrated with net check-in (they were complaining about it) and they seem mad at you for using it.

I have to get blood tests several times a year. It’s always like this.

Only giving 2 stars because the staff who do the testing are very efficient and kind.

This location is really convenient but it lacks staffing as there is a huge line up no matter what day or time you come, ppl that are working are very nice but just need more support, i hope management do something about it.

If you are using the "estimated wait time" from their website, expect to wait 3x as long as the estimate. Also, be prepared to have people let in before you. I have been waiting about 1.5 hours and have had at least 20 people bypass the line. They say they don't take appointments but somehow all these people cutting in line seem to have appointments. Oh, sorry they are not appointments, according to Dyna they are "online check ins. " I rarely write reviews but I'm sitting in this waiting room writing this one. This place is awful.

Nice clean facility everything went very well. Maybe some wait times usually in and out very quickly on off-peak times. Check your phone online they give you and I adequate description if they're busy or not.

The staff called my name and took in someone else. The service was too slow.waited in the booth for more than 15 mins. Two staff at the front desk were chatting in another language about personal things giggling - was very unprofessional.

Very disappointed, made an appointment and rudely told to get in the line. No information. Waiting 20 minutes in just to learn I could go inside. Nobody knows anything.
I blame dynacare.sraff overworked but still no reason to be rude and misinform me. These ladies need to get a customer service refresh. But I guess demand is guaranteed so they don't need to.

The rude and unprofessional staff think of patients as their employees. The yell at patients and disrespect is the norm in this lab. Never go to this lab.

This lab is nice staff is extremely friendly I wish they would hire more staff to help with all the influx of patients. Dynacare needs to open up more blood labs in the area example Brichmount, Victoria Park and Kingston Rd, Warden Ave, Clonmore there are plenty of new developments here that need blood labs in there community please open more labs one lab is not enough,

Very poor policy. I had to wait for hours, because my doctor did not FAX in my requisition. I showed up with a valid paper requisition, but I was not warned that put me behind every person who arrived later than me. I went home with an extremely high blood pressure which could have killed me.

The blood technician that drew my blood is amazing! Her name is Mrs Lita. This women is friendly, patient and she sure knows how to do her job i couldnt feel the pinch of the needle which is rare these days lololo. I hope managment can see this review because shes a very nice lady. Keep up the good work Lita.

Dynacare needs to open up more blood drawing services in the surrounding areas its extremely urgently needed. Thank you

It's run by bunch of elderly phillipino ladies who barely understand or speaks English.
It would be wise to hire at least some people who speak English.
It was a nightmare to deal with this.

What's the point of having an online check in system if you follow the rules and you arrive approximately 10min before my time. Then you're stuck waiting 37 more minutes outside. To finally get screened. The pandemic didn't start yesterday. This place is seems so unorganized and very unprofessional. Last time I get my blood work done here.

Especially with the pandemic situation why nobody answer the phone? Spent 1hr and 34 minutes trying to reach a live person and got disconnected. What kind costumers service is that? This definitely need to change.

If you check in online before leaving to get bloodwork done, you will be seen much quicker! They never answer their phone so make sure you get you PIN number for results before you leave. The intake staff at the front was very kind. Ridiculous that Dynacare charges you to get results online though.other blood labs do not.

I have used this lab before and it was okay. I'm never going back. I arrived at 3: 30pm and got scammed out for coming so late in the day, really rudely. I was almost in tears because it was so bad. Not to mention the delay in getting there. They close at 4, I doubt 3: 30pm is too late.

I have my fair share of blood work done, I know where to poke and what kind of needle to use. Well, the first tech thought she knew better and needlessly poked and moved the needle around while injected. That obviously didnt work. Explained it all again to the second tech and refused anywhere else but my hand, and guess what it worked.

Needless bruising and completely unbearable rude staff. I looked it up and I'm not the only one, they seem to have this problem at other locations too. Never again

Staff is inattentive, abrupt and startlingly rude. This lab is in the same building as my family doctor and I will go out of my way to use other, less convenient labs. Expect a surprisingly dehumanizing experience.

Attended both the blood lab and xray room. Receptionists and technicians in both places were professional and friendly.service was quick. In and out of the building in less than 30 minutes.

Horrible service I've ever experienced at any dynacare lab all these years, they don't even care to read the test requisition from the doctor, they just did one test and told me I'm done. All staff talking Filipino language, laughing and joking around, doesn't care about patients, not professional at all. Please don't go here and waste your time.

They said that they only read the last line handwritten note they thought was the doctor, at the bottom of requisition and assumed that was it and justified what they did was right as humans make mistake.

Why on earth does the doctor provide a requisition if they don't bother to read the full paper. Later I was poked 3 times every half hour for blood work.

The technician didn't even ask me name and date of birth, prior to my blood work. The test required 10-12 hrs fasting, no body asked me if I did fast or not.

Said that the reports would reach the doctor by one week but the other dynacare locations I've been sends it in 1-2 biz days.

No appointment is necessary. When you come in, there is a screen above the reception which lists the number of ppl waiting and approximate wait time. This wait time gets updated every time a new person comes. I love this feature because at least I know how long my wait is instead of wondering.
Staff were courteous, blood draw was painless yet fast.
