Awful service. It says they close at 2pm but it’s wrong. They actually close at 12pm on Saturday’s like the rest of the locations. Waste of time. They need to update this sort of stuff as it causes an inconvenience especially those traveling from far.

Went all the way heartlandocation at 12.30 to hear from the staff at the front desk "we are closed". She told me go to 2000 Eglinton.well reached there at 1.05 for front desk to tell me "sorry we are closed. " Where is service between posted time in both cases 2 pm on Sat and to their week end convenience when they feel like. Not acceptable!

My friend just told me about her experience there getting some blood work done in the morning, and to hear how the nurse treated her, it made MY blood boil. First, the nurse was HORRIBLE at drawing blood, and puts the blame on my friend. Then, after her horrendous blood drawing experience (which you would think a nurse would KNOW how to do at the very least), makes fun of my friend for almost fainting, and acts sarcastic throughout the entire procedure. This is a godforsaken HEALTHCARE environment. Instead of making fun of your patients and allowing this behavior in your clinic, find better nurses who are actually experienced and have some EMPATHY and DECENCY towards their patients. If that nurse is so unhappy with her line of work, there are so many other careers to pursue if she wishes for people to have a horrible day because of her. So unprofessional and disgusting for no reason. Now I know not to come here myself or recommend this clinic to anyone.

This morning I went there for my…test, there was an old gentleman who was doing the same thing for his test. The operator asked me whether we were together? I felt really embarrassed, How dare you are? Why do you ask this question? There is a lot of people doing the same thing at the same time, were they a family? Hey! Ladies helping people is yours job, and how to make your work better is yours responsibility. Please don’t complain and be patient, and be professional!

Really poor experience today. The technicians double up as receptionists and the lady who did my paperwork completely messed up. My wait time showed 69 minutes, so I decided to leave and return. They confirmed that they would send me a reminder text closer to my slot. The lady clearly didn't click this option for me as the reminder text never came. When I went back, they had taken me out of the que, and misplaced my papers. On top, they spoke to me as if it was my fault. The technican literally just plunged the needle, and I have never bled as much during any of my blood work. Ugh! Please avoid this place if possible

This is the worst Dyna Care location in the entire GTA region. The entire staff is rude, unprofessional, unethical and doesn’t care for the patients need. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes and at the end told me to come back on next business day. Don’t bother going to this location. I repeat don’t bother going here!

Wait was long but saved my time when my blood work quickly done by Manindar, good job, one shot you got it correctly, very efficient and accurate. Usually others take time to locate my deep veins. Lesson learn drink lot of water before getting blood work.

Emmy was really nice and helpful! It is regular for me to faint and she handled it so well. She’s very friendly, I felt like I was in good hands and she made me feel as comfortable as possible. I would come back just for her.

This post and the 5 stars in not for the clinic but specifically for Rawshon who works there.

Rawshon is very welcoming and comforting, one of the nicest employees in this clinic. She knows what she is doing and knows how to comfort you if you fear needles.

All I can say is that she is very very kind and took my blood sample with no pain at all.

Don't rely on their waiting time. I did online checking at 11: 20 am and they told it would be 31 min waiting. I arrived at the location at 11: 40 and then the waiting time was 25 min and it's now 12: 27 and still the waiting time shown is 20 min. They don't have good waiting systems at all. No planning and staff is rude when asked for waiting times

Horrible place! Went in like half hour or more before closing, stood in line for so long and at the end was told that we are too late and they can’t help us! The staff at the desk and manager told us we were lying, despite me telling him that we called a hundred times before coming and firstly they never pick up the phone, ever! And when they finally picked up, we were told to come in and when we drove from so far to go in, we were refused even though there was time before they closed. They are super unprofessional and lack medical work ethic. The manager on duty and the lady at the reception got super loud and rude with me, they really pick and choose who they want to help. Unethical and rude, never been treated like this else where. We will take give our time to a business somewhere else where they actually care and are not verbally rude to their customers.

Straight forward process. I checked wait times before going and then when you’re there waiting, it shows on a screen you’re place in line. No one picked up the phone when i called but thats alright. You also get text updates for your place in line. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews since my experience was excellent. They may need a bigger wait room though because it gets quite crowded at the busier times. Thanks dynacare for the good service:)

I told a woman who works at Dyncare Lab that I am deaf. I explained her that when someone call my name then she can come to see me. I had been waiting and sat more than one hour. People arrived and called them. I was so upset that they didn't help. They didn't follow AODA policy (Accessibility For Ontario with Disabilities Act). Pls follow update with AODA policy and May I help you from government AODA.

Nice staff. Interacted with Sharmin, she was very helpful in collecting the blood sample from my 6 year old. She engaged my daughter with good talk while she collected the sample.

I interacted with Mandeep another staff member, she is also nice.

I went in for a Mammogram and much to my surprise, it was quick and efficient. All the ladies were very pleasant. It was so well organized.

Went there today for some blood work and a heart test. They were pretty busy but it didn’t take long to see someone. Manisha did the heart test as well as the blood test. She was very kind and help me out a lot.first time I’ve ever gone for blood work and didn’t feel needle. She was amazing

Poor management and customer service: I went there around 3: 30 pm (closes at 4 pm). They took my prescription and asked to wait.about 10 minutes later I am called to pay for some of the tests not covered by OHIP. While standing on the counter to pay, the computer stalled with the lady who called me to pay, she switched to another terminal. In the meantime a manager shows up, overrules another person (that posted sign - no more patients in) by allowing more people who arrived late to lineup. The manager orders the lady that is dealing with me to support a late comer. Now it is almost 3: 50pm (literally standing at the counter for 10 minutes), the genius in the staff lights up. One of the tests requires more time and can't be completed by 4 pm. The manager states: A test can't be completed today, come back tomorrow (STOP) and carried on with some other customers that came in late as if my time is useless and presence there is irrelevant. I told them this is ridiculous and could have saved me and them a big hassle had they told that upon arrived or a few minutes thereafter. Poor management and poor training. I had been to the lab before and had no problem with the medical service they performed.

Update: I went the next day and recieved a much better service from the team. In fairness I believe a 4 star is more appropriate now.

Worst customer service ever! The website online says it closes at 6 PM. But when I reached there at 5.40, they said the last patient they would take is at 5.30! I was sent back! Have never seen such a thing happen in Canada before. There’s no value for customers time. Plz avoid going here if you have other options.

I am a Dynacare plus subscriber member. This app and website is simply rubish. Very difficult to use and when it comes to printing you get lost. They are making no effort to
Improve it. If you call any of their test labs, no one picks up the phone. I think I would send a complaint to the health ministry and the college of doctors

Im not sure why the place have low rating. The service was amazing and the wait time for regular blood tests around 25min from the check-in time.

Really I mean Really… in a time of Covid you keep everyone in a long hallway waiting to get for health tests! Dumb is what this is. Wouldn’t most people here be vulnerable! Went here on a Saturday because they don’t answer phones only to wait in a line that had at least 40 people in it and not 2 meters apart. So when you get to the end of the long crowded hall you are greeted by a very friendly person who does the Covid questions and tells you where you should be going. But the risk of getting void in the hall is high. Why not just have people check in and wait in there cars for a text to come in. This is not safe at all.

Experiences with Dyna Care are always not so positive.
The latest, while the Lab is open till 12 Noon on weekends (and online appointments aren’t accepted) only on arrival are you informed they stop accepting walk-in’s after 10: 30 am.
Considering the reviews, is anyone regulating them!

Not impressed with the process, or communication.
1) Upload your requisition in advance (great idea)
2) check in online (sorry, this great feature is not available)
3) line up for 20 minutes to check in
4) did you bring a hard copy of your requisition? No? OK, we will print another for you. (Why did I upload it in advance?)
5) there is a 1 hour wait for your turn.
6) DON'T SIT DOWN! GO TO YOUR CAR UNTIL WE SEND YOU A TEXT! (sorry, no one told me that was the process, you simply told me there was a 1 hour wait)

Staff at this Dyna Care Lab are unprofessional, unorganized, scattered, aggressive, arrogant, impatient, short-tempered, uncouth and all around exceptionally rude, most likely a projection of the deep-rooted inferiority complex heavily subscribed by their employees. If you are squeamish towards needles and expect some evidence of hospitality or a lick of customer service then this is not the lab for you.

The worst lab in ErinMills area. I booked my online appointment at 8: 30 in the morning. Wait time was 41 mins that means by 9: 11am I should have got a txt message. Did not get any, waited another 45 mins and then I walked in at 10am. I was told I still have to wait and will get a txt. Never got one. Waited for few hours and At 2pm, I walked in again. I was told now that my appointment was canceled because I did not show-up.when I argued with lady at door, the lady behind the screen on the other side of the room, who I was not even talking too, started to shout rudely and said come back tomorrow if I want test. What a poor service, I would not recommend this place at all.
I complained Gamma Dynacare web site in feedback section but I don’t think they will contact me.
Walked to close by Life-lab and they took me without appointment.

The woman working there was the rudest and loudest I have ever encountered. She was yelling at everyone and it was disorganized.
They're understaffed and she was obviously very stressed. People were treated like cattle. Horrible experience.

It was a very smooth and friendly experience.
You are given a number and an estimated wait time.
Normally it takes less time than they tell you and you get an SMS message when your turn comes.
Staff were very friendly and professional.

I went there 3 days ago for my pregnancy 2 hour test where technicians supposed to get 3 blood samples. Kiran was the first tech and I barely could feel the pinch.she has very gentle hand and was very professional that i gad to call her again for the 3rd trial as the other tech couldn’t find the vain and left me with lots of pain. Thanks Kiran for accommodating me when I called you again

Had my baby’s bloodwork done by an amateur, she messed up pricking the heel and started hyperventilating while taking the sample leaving blood on my arm, floor and clothes; she had to call in an experienced nurse who scolded her saying she didn’t listen to what she was told. She constantly kept niggling at the heel with the vial instead of pressing around the heel causing discomfort to the baby. Save yourself trouble and Avoid this lab!

Please don't do walk in there even though they accept walkin. The person whom I saw was rude and sorry to say unfit to be in any service industry. I always go to Dyna care and this location is walkable distance for me but will avoid in future. No option to rate less than 1 star.

We came in as a walk in early in the day, did not make an appointment on-line.were told to make an appointment, as we were leaving we were told by another patient to leave your number and they will call you. We did that and they messages us. Once we arrived it was not long, the service was quick and efficient.

Unable to speak to someone before getting their. ON ONE answer's phone. This way I would have known that Certain tests are not done on Saturday, it would have been nice if calls are Answer's. Would not have to Take 85 years old person out for not reason. And the unit if not on the list harder to find.

The Senior blood draw person very superficial showing fake politeness and then jabbing hard anywhere on hands when she cannot find a vein immediately damaging blood vessels. Does not put in effort to find the vein. She exhibits internal anger and finds pleasure when a patient feels lot of pain. No doubt she is otherwise fast. A new person should be hired there.

Omg I never write reviews but firstly, the lady YELLING at the check in is so obnoxious and rude. Literally talks to patients like they're cattle. If you're miserable in life don't take it out on innocent people who are venturing to your lab for the sake of their health. Not to mention they charge you to see results online? The older Indian lady taking my blood was very nice so the 1 star goes to her. But I will only stick to Lifelabs moving forward

I had to go again with in ten days for another blood test. Vheng was the technician who took care of me again I had a very nice experience. Vheng was very professional and friendly.
The whole team at this lab is very professional and accommodating.

Checked in online and gave me estimate waiting time 40min.arrived after 30min and checked with tech and she told me I have to wait another 45min and they will send me sms when my turn comes.waited one hour and no text.got back and I had to wait inside another 15min.their booking system and customer service is very bad.never going there again

Worst place ever! They did a mistake when doing my blood work, went for a pregnancy test and one week later my doctor called me saying they didn't do the right test, a week after I went again to do the test and the lady at the front put me on the list and at the end they didn't do the test because they were closing, I did explain about their mistake and the lady was rude and just said no, they made me wait for more than an hour for nothing, thanks Dynacare for this terrible experience, never again!

Overall the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and very efficient with the flow of people. But the person that stood out the most was Tammy. She was very nice and an absolute pleasure. She was very considerate and kind when helping me with my blood sample. Amazing human being, especially during times like these, to have someone be a positive light; it just made my day!

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. As I waited in the waiting room I watched as the staff yelled at people in the line and spoke very rudely to them; they clearly didn't want to be here. No signs are posted anywhere indicating to check in online so if you didn't, you will stand in line for hours to physically check in and then a number of hours again for your turn. When you finally get to the front of the line to check in, they may then tell you your wait time is beyond their operating hours and to come back another day, rather than announce it to all the people waiting in the line. There are also no signs to say parking is free on weekends, so you will pay for parking anyway.

We need to understand everything started during the pandemic patient should understand that its a different situation now clinics cannot put more than 8 people inside the lab and we should be thankful that there still people taking the risk and expose themselves during this pandemic. I have a good experience with this location and i understand how hard they struggle with the patients id rather wait for 2 hrs than 1 month.

First ever visit to dynacare but not much impressive.
I am giving 2 stars because of following reasons

1. The old lady had very hard tongue and behaviour although we don't argue on anything (who is accepting the customers, sitting right in the entrance)
2. Parking is expensive as compared to regular public parking. There should be few designated free parking spots for clinic.
3. Positive part is that other staff is fast and friendly. Not much waiting time. Online check-in worked very well.

The staff was friendly. I was lucky that I came in during the times that there weren't many people so I didn't have to wait in my car. I was happy with my experience both times I was here. I've been to many different labs but this one I like.

If I could put zero stars i would.so unorganized. 1 hour wait actually means 2hours and 40 min wait. Online system asks if you want updates to your phone regarding your time and no updates are provided. This disregard for ppls time is actually super unfair we all have jobs and this type of inaccuracy causes a lot of anxiety. Not fair. Not nice.

I came in for covid antibody test Because I need it for international traveling. I told the reception that I did the covid test this morning, and she suddenly got nervous and started treat us like we are infected. But Our purpose was to get the negative results and get on the flight, and I told her. She asked us to change marsks regardless if any other people in the room are infected or not. I told her there are risks for us. And she just ignore my concern and told me if I don't I need to leave. I understand they are being cautious, But I don't understand at all what all the purpose for this show. She spoke like giving orders! Really upset for being treated like this!

Yesterday, there were at least 20-30 of us waiting outside in the parking lot and in the cold weather, for the main building doors to open up @ 7am. Once they opened up, we all lined up outside the Laboratory doors. After the mandatory questions, a lucky few were allowed inside to sit in their waiting area. Details of the rest of us were taken and we were asked to wait in our cars until we receive their text. While all this was happening, their online "Check In" kicked in @ 7am and people who were smart enough utilized it and started turning up. They were given a red carpet welcome and allowed inside. While the majority of us who had turned up even prior to 7am were still waiting and twiddling our thumbs. Let me stop here and not pass any judgment as to what went wrong or why or what needs to happen next. I trust readers are mature enough to decide what is good for them.

I had a horrible experience there. I went for a test and I had to wait for one hour even though I booked my appointment online. The lady who took me in didn’t take a print out of my requisition until I reminded her. I had to remind her like two times. Then she took my
Blood and in the end she mentioned that she forgot one blood test and poked me in the other hand.my arm has been swollen since yesterday. I cant type on my laptop properly and it’s all purple and hurting since yesterday! Word of advice please train your employees!

Waiting time is a nightmare. 3-4 hours wait time. No control of online bookigs. For God's sake Walkin clinics start their own lab services ASAP.
