Rude lady I think she was Chinese or Flipina with glasses not showing respect to my mother nor to myself. We came here she and was being extremely rude to me and to my mother. Didn’t have any proper manners. Please don’t waste any time here people who work here are disgusting and HELLA rude! I don’t suggest anyone coming here to do blood tests or any other type of works at this location. They don’t want to work and they have the worst clientele ever. Please talk to your staff to give the proper manners and proper education cause they show 0 respect to others.

Nurses at this brunch can't draw blood from children's vains, lack patience and tend to be quite rude.

Within the hour, I was out. They have a very friendly staff that works well together. They are great with their clients, very polite. Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. My wife almost fainted at the clinic during blood work as it shoddily done by the staff.

I did a blood test here and Sandra was the one who took my blood. It was the most painless and extremely pleasant experience i have ever had.

5 stars if you have time, patience, and you are not too hungry that day. One hour + wait when I walked in. I rated 5 stars because of the technicians, and people in the front desk are mostly nice and on top of everything (considering the number of people they serve). Parking is a pain.again due to the number of people and also the Tim hortons drive-thru. Shame on you for parking like that. Mercedes-Benz

The wait time is exactly they predicted. Amazing! The nurses are kind and very professional.

I do not recommend this place. Even though I do net-check in and go there earlier, still got to wait quite a while. Because the workers are not organized. On the waiting list, my waiting is 2 min, then becomes 7 min. People behind me go in but I am still waiting. Then my waiting is 2 min again and becomes 5 min. All because they misplace my requisition. Terrible place.

This was the one of my best experiences! No wait, Daisy was very welcoming, and efficient, the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this place:)

Vaughan (Maple) best blood lab I've been to - and I have 2 teenage children with anxiety and mild needle phobia - all of the staff so friendly, caring and efficient!

Walked in during off peak hours. Very quick service, clean facility and most of all, the lab technician, Peiminder was super careful when drawing blood as my veins are hard to find. Stress-free, no multiple tries to get to the vein, no bruising!

Cristelyn was AMAZING! I’m extremely nervous when it comes to getting blood work done, and she did an incredible job making me feel comfortable and ensuring the procedure was quick and painless. As soon as I sat down, she knew I was nervous and brought me to another room where I could lie down. She laughed at all my stupid nerve-induced jokes, and she even told me to take a deep breath before inserting the needle. I honestly barely felt a thing when she did it, which is rare. This woman is awesome! Thanks Cristelyn?

I went in for a 2 hour glucose test so they had to draw blood 3 times. Two times it was fine but the 3rd time another lady took blood on the side of the inner arm rather than the middle and it left my arm bruised. Today is Monday and Blood was drawn last Thursday. My arm is still bruised as seen in the attached picture which I took today. Please teach the ladies at your clinic how to draw blood properly so that bruising doesn’t happen. This is the first time in my life I got bruised after giving blood.

Brought our four year old son to get blood work done. We were not sure how this would go since it was our first time doing this with any of our kids. Cristelyn and Daisy were very friendly, engaged with our son the whole time and were able to draw blood on first poke (impressive on a squirming kid being held still).

I usually go to LifeLabs for blood tests, but, when I tried to book online, the nearby lab was fully booked for 10 days. I decided to try a Dynacare lab and was very pleased with my experience. Nice and friendly staff and very efficient booking system with online check-in, so I was able to book for the same day and had to wait for less than 10 min when arrived.

This place is close to home and I have been satisfied with it for many years before I met DAISY.
She put the needle into my mother's arm to get blood. My mother tried to open her finger.
She told my mom not to open it and did not loosen the rubber band on my mother's arm. When there was no blood, she swung the needle and my mother was in pain.
My mother asked if U had to loosen the rubber bands, she said this very nervously "Are you a doctor? I'm doing what I've been taught. "
Although she realized her mistake, she did not admit it and continued to do the wrong way.
Everyone knows that it's impossible to draw blood with a rubber band wrapped around your arm and holding your hand tightly, because blood doesn't flow.
She saw my mother's pained face, she said it's a needle.it was natural to get pained.
And then she continued to move the needle more than three or four times while collecting only two cylinders of blood. I couldn't stand this behavior, so I asked another employee if this was the right way to do it, and she was absurd and politely apologized and told me to call the manager or the company to complain. I'm sure you all know what this means.
Daisy was unprofessional, stubborn and rude all the time. -Don't open.open.push etc.
My mother's arm was so swollen that she had to put ice pack for two days. If you want to be the main character in a horror movie, I recommend going with DAISY.

Always had a good experience. First time on a Saturday walk in and the attendants are very courteous despite being very busy. Many thanks to the staff today, February 12/22!

To anyone plans to visit dynacare. Don't trust their online booking as they don't honor their promise to allow you register online.
Just go there as early and stand in line to secure your spot

Wonderful and courteous staff. Net check in option works great and they have an email address to fwd requisition to so I don't need to print each time for my biweekly blood work. Truly appreciate all their hardwork.

Wait time was over 1 hour (you can collapse if you can’t eat before the blood test), and the manner of the nurses was bad! They recorded my name wrongly even though it’s just right there on my health card!

The service was horrible and everything was very messy! They lost my documents because they were very rush to go home! I was there for 2 hours and after 1 hour they received my wife and after half an hour they received me, even though we came together. And when my wife wanted to pay they didn’t find her documents and they kept asking her if she did a blood test! ! And they didn’t ask for ID at all when I did my blood test.
And when I wanted to ask about my appointment they didn’t respond they just gave me a bad look! I believe I’m not the only one that got that feeling from them! I hope that everyone who felt like that will share it so people will know where they are going!
! Not recommended at all! Worst service ever!

Wife came here for blood test, gave in the file and was told to wait for about an hour, after an hour we came back only to find the file was not put into the queue by their mistake. All they could do was to say sorry please go wait in line again. What a bad joke! Never coming back here again.

This place is awful, there is no online check in and the wait time is more than 2 hours. They literally tell everyone the wait time is 1: 30 and in reality it’s 3 hours. Especially when you are fasting it’s really hard. I am really disappointed and will not come back ever.

Very disorganized process. My appointment that was scheduled online was 45 minutes late. I had informed them 4 times that my appointment was due but they kept on asking me if I had my paperwork and I said no I handed my requisition in at the front. When the 45 minutes approached, I refused to move until the showed me my paperwork. Sure enough the admin inside the clinic had it hidden underneath her pile paperwork. Yes the wrong pile!

Incredibly bad service and management. The receptionist was too lazy come out to the lobby to call for people, after having taken their names. This results in people keep running back to ask “when is it my turn”, and causing a huge bottleneck at the entrance. There were yelling and grimacing. I would suggest they hire an extra person to come out to call for people when it is their turn, if she can’t do the job on her own. The problem is management probably doesn’t care as long as money rolls in.

I went for my blood works first time at this location and I was so disappointed because of the lady who was assists on front. She was very rude and she was not ignoring the old age people. And she was unable to give the response. So disappointed but the Lab was very clean. The lady who took my blood was very good and nice. The location was very accessible to us. Thank you!

The staff is friendly and the service was efficient. I avoided a long wait time by checking in online before coming into the lab (otherwise the wait time would have been 1 hour).

I understand covid brings challenges but why they accept so many people in the lab and pack us all in here is irresponsible. Take less patients and keep the waiting areas clearer. Id rather come back the next day than have people coughing a metre away from me. Their online ETA is also off by an hour.

Huge lineups make this location unusable frequently.

You have to wait 3-4 hours. It's just insane.

I went there for their service, 1st day when I went there he wasn't that nice and polite for whatever reason, may be he was super busy or something. But, when I had to go back for the next visit, he made it, he was on the ball and very supportive, nice and humble I believe his name was Joey. The place was clean, organized and provided good service. Cheers Guys!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Its inside a Rehab facility. This place is big but there are good visible signs to show where the lab is. Its on the first floor in the corner. This place looks like a mini mall. Staff at the lab are friendly and helpful. All were wearing masks and there were sanitizers everywhere. You can check-in online to save time. I did online check-in and I went there 10 minutes before the time and I was first in the queue. Many people were waiting in the big lobby and very few inside the lab. The lady who was checking everyone in was very active and making sure people are getting in and out quickly. You also have an option to wait in the car and they text you when its time. Place was clean and well managed. Nurse was very professional and got the blood drawn without any pain.

This location properly updates their waiting time that can be viewed on their app. Staff are working quick and efficient.

For all who are seniors and who can not wait for long time; please register yourself online in the website before you arrive and you can wait in your car or so to avoid busy area. Every one there try to do the best they can. I also love to share an excellent feedback about Analyn who did all my tests, blood? Test, she was so professional and explained very well all steps. I highly recommend this place for all.

Booked online, was provided with 30 minute wait time. Arrived at facility was told it will be another 30 min, an hour later (total of 1: 30) wait I eas finally able to get the test done.

Fast service but check-in online before you visit any location as you will have to wait but not much if you walk-in.
I visited this place on Saturday Mar 6,2021. Had to wait in line and was done in 1 hour after online check-in.

This lab accepts people without booking the appointment. We found them very expert especially Necita. I recommend this center for kids too.

Five Star！The online check in process was simple. Estimated waiting time was accurate. I arrived at 8: 15 am on a work day. On site check in took one minute and I was placed in the waiting room for about 5-8 minutes before it’s my turn. Friendly staff and well-observed social distancing. Highly recommend this location!

Online booking is BS. Said 16 min and I had to wait 1 hour. Don't offer it if you can't Honor it. If it wasn't for the nice staff u have, I would give a 1 star

Doing the blood test is always a huge stress for me. Finding a vain was a big issue even in the hospital, when different nurses tried 6 times to do my blood test without success.

I am fortunate enough that I have found your lab and, what is the most important, Sarah who is working there.
Last week, on Saturday May 11th for my second visit, she found my vain without any problem, which made me very happy and relieved. Big, big THANK YOU to her! She is doing a great job, supporting her patients with a smile on the face!

I'm coming again for blood test at the end of June, and for sure I will ask for her!

Visited this lab to have blood samples drawn for a research study. Technician was amazing - efficient and extremely helpful. Kudos!
