I highly recommend using Dynacare's online wait list. It holds your spot in the queue and you only need to arrive 10 minutes before your time to check-in (i.e. If the wait is listed as 40 minutes, you are asked to show up after 30 minutes). I have used this service twice and both times I only waited a few minutes from time of arrival before being taken back for my bloodwork.

I had been assisted by Iffat (Staff at Dynacare) when I went for bloodwork. She was polite and immensely cooperative, making my wholesome experience great. Whole staff at Eagleson Dynacare, is active and render needed assistance to their patients. Highly recommended.

I have been to this lab many times. My only complaint to date is their ridiculous hours of operation. It's difficult to get to the lab during working hours.

Had a great experience. Friendly and professional staff. They take your cell # so that you don't have to sit and wait in line. The system will send you messages 10 min before your turn is up.

Nurse was very rough, took blood from an awkward vein for no apparent reason, and 5 days later I still have a big bruise and my arm is tender. Bloodwork has never hurt like this before, will not go back.

This location’s online system for booking a spot in line seems efficient but the related text messages all come from USA numbers and invite you to text QUIT to stop. It’s a surprise when you get your phone bill with a charge for out of country text messages just to stop these messages.

I go to this clinic all the time and they always do a great job. They are kind and respectful and Wahid is very skilled and kind. They are always busy but ever efficient with the system they are given. Thank you for your hard work.

3 hour wait time for basic blood work that took 2 minutes. They absolutely need more staff, it’s not the fault of the people who work their, they were doing their best… but 3 hours is insane, someone beside me waited almost 4 hours. Just rediculous.

The reception’s attitude was horrible. If u have a kid, don’t do the test here! They lost my baby’s stool sample result TWICE, and refused to give me a reason. We’re not paying tax for this kind of health care.

I’ve been to a few different Dynacare locations around the city and have always encountered tremendously nice and helpful staff. This location is anything but that. Quite disorganized and sadly very rude. Not the level of service I expect from a place like this.

Terrible wait times. They do not allow you to book an appointment online. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I had to come in and find out that it was only through there ap. You can't book it via web site? Ridiculous. Then there hours are ridiculous. I thought my doctor's office was terrible. They are worse. Who knew a simple blood test would be so hard to do. I'm really disgusted.

I walked in since the schedule for booking was full for the next 3 weeks. They were letting all the appointment ones before me even if they arrive 1 hour later than me. What is the point of the walk in then? There will always be someone with an appointment… then this means that I will never take my turn or wait for hours… But the saddest thing is that, when I complained about the situation, I was told that I can go somewhere else! Now that’s Canada? A communist state or something without competition? No wonder why you get the lowest ratings, but who cares? By the way please fix your display screens it writes “Waiting Customers”! We are not customers but patients trying to get a decent healthcare!

Usually the dynacares that dont allow appointment booking should start booking appointments like this location as there wait times are terrible and false as you can keep on waiting and waiting and never get a turn but I found this location that lets you do appointment and I got lucky and got the appointment for the next day even though its 15 mins or so drive from my place I was glad to do it as I was in and out in under 20 mins. So 1 star deducted just because they were running almost 5 people behind there schedule and kept on mentioning we are short staffed so you have to wait.

I had an appointment - but it was the same wait time (outside in the cold). What's the point of having an appointment for a given time when the wait is the same? They provide no explanation of the process when you take an appointment.

DON'T BOTHER UNTIL COVID IS GONE. Waited in line for hours without an appointment and left frustrated to book an appointment later. And when I finally got in an hour after my appointment, my requisition form was misplaced and I couldn't reach my doctor so I would have had to wait in line again until I did, like I had never made an appointment in the first place. I'm done trying to get blood tests until this is over.

These days are COVID days we all know it. Even in these days, Dynacare’s person can well organize and be kind. If you don’t have appointment, don’t waste your time with Dynacare. The management obviously need to get more staff, or shut down walk ins.

There is no point of making an appointment in this place because the personnel inside can hold up the line by one hour, they are slow and are often just wasting time.

Very bad experience.lack of communication.
Shortage of staff.
I booked appointment at 9: 00 am
. And left clinic at 9: 40 with half test done.
Staff is overstressed and they pretend to nice but they are not nice.

Staff was friendly and professional however the systems are not working well. Stittsville location closed (not sure why) so I went to Eagleson. Sign says they are closed but they are clearly open. People are waiting in line and occasionally someone comes out and let's someone in. Once inside, there are 6 chairs but minimal staff. They do take walk-ups and appointments. I had an appointment for 1: 50, got in at 2: 25. Some people stood in line for over an hour in 30 degree heat. The net check in is not working either. Dynacare can do better!

Taking an appointment doesn't mean that you can come in-time, you still wait outside in line for 1 hour.

They misspelled my husband's name and health card number and now his tests are lost. He has to redo them again and waste more of his time while he's in pain. Impossible to reach them by phone, had to physically go to another Dynacare location to figure things out. Ridiculous
