It’s paid parking but the clinic doesn’t reimburse for it. Therefore why would you pay extra if you don’t have to!?

I went to the lab at 100 humber college dynacare. The lab technician maria and mrunali was fantabulous persons i had ever met. I highly recommend this place.

I love and feel very comfortable using this Lab to do blood work etc.it's very clean and the staff is very friendly especially Maria Mona.
She made me and my husband feel very comfortable.

Watching from out front phone ringing no answers phone rings for 10 minutes then It hangs up tried 4 times 40 minutes wasted, wheb i spoke to reception she is so rude and unhelpful

Went to this location to get an ecg completed for my mom, very poor experience with the ecg technician. She had no compassion for an elderly woman who was fasting and frail. Would not recommend this location to have testing done.

Horrible customer service. I called them many times but no one picked up the call. Happens every time I call. Seems like they just don’t care

Dynacare needs to hire a receptionist at ALL of their locations. Expecting your blood services staff to do double duty is not good for customer service. Longer wait times. I see people walking away when they see the long line ups, and Don’t blame your staff. Blame your cheapness in running an operation for maximum profit and very little investment in Human Resources. It’s a shoddy way of doing business. It shows that you treat your staff and customers like cattle.

Maria and Naci were amazing I didn’t have to wait long and my bloodwork and ecg was done in no time I was very impressed. It was my first visit and I will be back again

Not happy with their service I just came 3: 45 pm, for my test they asked how many week are you pregnant I said 14 weeks, they sent me go back ask dr about weeks, when u came back with in 1 min even dr is in same unit, they shut the door. Seriously very bad behaviour. Even I told them I will back with in 1 min.

Great place, good and fast service. Walk in, was in and out in an hour and shoutout to Mrunali for taking care of me when I felt lightheaded after blood work. Mrinali and Maria are the best!

Doctor working there are very competitive and helping specially Maria, Nali and Leon. Secondly, we don't have to wait long as compared to other dynacare location.

The old lady sitting at front desk on July 27th, 2022 cannot even give a mask to let customers go inside. She said to buy it at pharmacy. HOW MEDICAL CENTRE DOES NOT HAVE ANY MASKS?

They charge extra 10$ if you need your reports for yourself. And if there are couple of blood tests they will take blood in separate tubes. For me they took my blood in 4 tubes.
Their behaviour was very good.
They accept Sunlife OHIP insurance

Maria, Jenneth and Nancy are very pleasant and professional. This is my first time here and had an excellent experience. The lab is very clean and they follow Covid protocol.

I love going to Dynacare 100 Humber College Blvd #105, Etobicoke, ON M9V 5G4.all the staff are supernice especially Nurse Felomino and Nurse Maria. They are both friendly, they explain to me the procedure well and make sure that all of us follow the retrictions for the safety of everyone. They are also fast and reliable. Thumbs up/5 start to this location and all te staff.

I had some problem with other location but staff at this location is really helpful. Maria assist me to get my results ASAP. Without any waiting time.

Its a clean and friendly location but booking appointments and checking in online is pointless and waste of time. They go by "first come first serve" no matter if your appointment was before a walk in client.

I would like to thank Felomina and Janet for their skills and patience. They accommodated our last minute request and took blood sample from our baby in the fastest way possible. I’m simply amazed by their skills and I’m grateful for how friendly they are. Thank you and I highly recommend this location.

I have been going to this location for many years. Excellent services provide by Maria and Felomina. They always make sure customer do not wait for too long. Specially when you go for fasting Blood Test. They always take individual care of every customer who visit this location for any test. Job very well done by MARIA and Felomina.

Today visited Dynacare Lab for my blood test, what a great experience. Staff is very co operative, helpful. Particularly Miss Felomina is very respectful and cooperative.

My son came this morning to this lab for his blood works smiling and for the first time in many years, is a testament to how awesome this people are. They made him feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you Felomina and Maria. Hats off ladies. We went there fast and easy too. They have a great system.

Never ever visit this location. Poor organized lab and rude customer service. The lady called Maria was very rude and unprofessional. She made my 1 year old kid stayed outside even though there was space inside. She don’t even care my kid was crying whole time.

Maria is the professional and very helpful.she always takecare about patient and office excellent customer service from here especially during covid time.

Nicole is excellent. I took my granddaughter there two weeks ago and the experience great. Organized, friendly especially during this time of high stress, professional and experienced as the blood-work experience was exceptionally stress free and painless.

Today I and my spouse went for blood test. The staff (MARIA, ASHLEY and NICOLE) is very good. The service given by them was Awesome.

Also the overall time of blood work got completed in 15 mins.

100% recommend this Dynacare lab! The service was fast, did not feel any pain, Maria and Fel were super helpful and friendly.

Maria and Fel are the two sweetest people in the lab.
I recommend everyone should visit even if you’re afraid of anything.

Honestly, the best lab I have been to. Quick and friendly service. Maria and Felomina especially. I don't go to any other lab. Recommend this lab to all my family and friends. I have tricky veins sometimes and these two always are able to draw my blood with ease, and no bruising. Definitely would recommend.

Honestly it is the best lab I have ever been. The place is very clean. The service is very quick and friendly. I truly love Marta and Felomina to take care of me because they know how to make me feel comfortable, confident and they also make my day every time I am going there. I had blood work and they didn’t charge parking fee if u stay less than 30 mins before, but i jst stayed 13mins and they charge me.its small amount, but its kind of upset without any notice.
