Easy to use online booking system (which easily saved over 30min of wait time) and kind staff! Faye was particularly helpful and I would definitely recommend this location!

Um, maybe the person that took my blood samples were new? Is she that group of people that took online classes during covid? I have bloodwork done every few months but this one was so bad.it was swollen after 10 minutes and it hurt on the spot when she did it.

Came in for standard bloodwork requested by my doctor, I wasn’t able to book an appointment for this type of procedure but I went first in the morning and was seen within 10 mins of arrival. I had the paper faxed in so i didn’t need anything other than my health card and the assistant doing the procedure wasn’t able to find my veins however this is a common issue I have they we’re really kind and let me know step by step what’s happening. Super appreciate

Fast, efficient, and friendly service! I arrived 10 minutes before opening on a Friday morning. There was a lineup of about 10 people, and we were all done in under 30 minutes.

I recently had a blood test done and the experience was excellent. Sunny who performed the test was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She explained the process clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

Had a great experience today. Went in for blood work, checked in at desk, my name was on the screen, tells you how long your wait will be. The front staff and technician were awesome. In and Out in 16 mins.

I love the check in online feature. They are very consistent especially this location at 955 Major McKenzie. Staff are very friendly Cristelyn and Marina, Lily and Daisy.

The slowest place you will ever go, very frustrating as there is staff just busy doing other things! Be prepared to wait wait and then wait again!

I went to the Dynacare on a Thursday at 12: 45 pm. When I arrived I was the only person waiting and probably waited for maybe 3 minutes. Then I was seen, had a successful blood draw, and left! It was so quick, my tech was very professional and great at her job. I will 100% be back and am thrilled I had such a wonderful experience here.

I had a great experience. The staff were prompt, friendly and polite. The wait time was only 10 minutes and the staff explained everything to me clearly.

The staff were really polite and friendly. They did my bloodwork quickly too. Just be warned that they have a small waiting area.

Great little location that wasn’t busy during both of my recent visits. I needed to do 2 glucose testings and stayed for 1 and 2 hours each time. Great covid protocols, staff is very friendly. Currently 4 seats in the waiting room. Easy to check-in online in advance to minimize waiting times. Highly recommended!

I got my blood work done at this location today. The reception was very kind and the technician was also friendly and patient. This now is my go-to blood test lab.

The staff in this location is pretty good. However, the phone customer service is not satisfied. The representative is impatient and the I spend approximately 1 hour to reach dynacare plus customer service representative. Hope they can change.

Horrible experience, zero stars if i could. They gave no information and bullied me to try coming in no use

They are not opening the office on time. L8ng line on Saturday waiting for them to open the door. It is 8: 11 and nobody is here to open rhe door

When I arrived there there were maybe 5 people in front of me but I was seen in 10 minutes, so the wait time was pretty quick. They aren't overtly customer service people but the phlebotomist who drew my blood, Inna was amazing at her job.

I went to Dynacare Laboratory twice. Both times no line-up. It is a clean laboratory, professional staff.
But they don't have ”Semenal Ysis” for men. For this test you have to go their branch on Brampton.

Not a company I can trust. I went in for blood tests, asked if all of them were covered by OHIP. I was told yes. A month later I get an invoice for two tests that aren’t covered. They say that they called my doctor and she said that I would pay. No they did not, and why would they ask my doctor that?

Additionally, if you get test A and test B, they will charge you $3 to show you the ratio between the two numbers. Really?

Apparently not a company that cares about their reputation.

I arrived on a Friday at 7: 15am, there were 6-7 people ahead of me, I was processed and out in 45 minutes! The waiting area and blood work cubicles were clean. The person who did my blood was fast and gentle. I would use this lab again.
