Overcharged me for a test I did not do. I also had to pay extra money to see the result online. Sad to see a money making scheme in healthcare.

I submitted some tests to be done for my family doctor. After waiting more than two weeks for the results I inquired with my family doctor who said he did not receive anything. He then inquired with this dynacare location on my behalf and was told they do not have anything that I’ve submitted. I had a feeling something was off when the nurse who took my blood seemed to be confused. I now have to re do the test but I will not be returning to this unorganized location.

It’s my second time here for blood work, the staff is so nice and helpful! I have had very bad experience elsewhere as I have very thin veins but here at dynacare they listen to you and take the blood very peacefully! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The staff is just not great here. I have seen them insult elderly patients who are clearly stressed out and who sometimes are not native English speakers. It's sad to see people treated poorly. Go elsewhere if you need a test.

I was happy with the waiting time! Basically this is the first place that I booked an appointment and get in the examine room right on my appointment time.helpfull staff.

I must say that I'm disappointed in the customer service there today. The environment at the Woodbridge branch seems terrible. Staff shout at each other and they appear disorganized. I expect better instructions such as where to sit to get my test done. I shouldn't be asking around to figure it out. Fix it! Back to Lifelabs for me, I tried here because it was closer.

If I could give this place a rating in the negatives I would. The basement level labs have very rude and beligerant desk staff. The desk staff from both the xray and bloodlab were downright beligerant and disrespectful. There were no masks at either lab (the boxes were empty) and even when I asked, because the mask I had brought with me was broken, I was ignored and dismissed. To make things worse the place looked like it had not been cleaned or properly maintained for a very long time. Don't go there!

I was here today for bloodwork and im very happy with the staff they are very helpful and it was fast i have been here several times and it is always very organized it is a good place to go too

Very good experience here. Booked appointment online and was taken in right at scheduled time. The woman who took my blood was gentle and overall very friendly. I recommend this place.

Unfortunately the wait time is horrrrrrible. I booked an appointment and uploaded my requisition, but still had to wait an hour plus just to sign in. They didn’t have my requisition form so I had to reupload. Not sure why they take in appointments AND walk-ins.that system just isn’t working out unfortunately.

But I mean, after I got signed in and all that - they were very accommodating and did what they had to do!

Very unwelcoming lady at front. Rudeness I can see all over around this pace. Apart from having to pay for parking outside, once you are inside they keep asking you for money they ask me if I wanted to see the results online I had to pay 11$. First and last time for me!

The Filipino ladies (one at reception and the other in the lab) were both very nice and efficient; the lady who took my blood was very good and I barely felt anything. Was in and out in minimal time. Would definitely recommend.

I have been to many Dynacares and I understand handling patients and queues is not easy, however this Dynacare takes the cake away in being extremely inefficient and unprofessional. Julie was yelling terribly at the patients in the queue. Lady from the front store (X-ray) also yelling and insulting patients.ridiculous behaviour! So yes if can, save yourself from the chaos and visit some other Dynacare. Atleast you will have staff that will be polite to you).
Note: Marilou and Janaya do not work at this Dyncare, they work at the one at HWy27, and yes both are fantastic.

If only I could give the staff at the blood test clinic a 0.they are rude and unprofessional. Talking back to patients is one of their specialties. They need to be trained on their customer service. This clinic will loose a lot of patients if they continue with that unprofessional attitude!

I wish i could give them 0 stars, Worst customer service ever. The 2 black ladies at the front desk were super rude with zero sense of customer service. Not sure how a big organization like Dyna Care has employees like these that too at the front desk. I super politely asked them a question on wait times, she didnt respond and right on my face she told the other lady "why is this guy standing on my head and asking questions". Really hope they find a training course on customer service for their employees.

We are in a pandemic. How Is there no safety screening measurs in place
No temp reading
No socially distance seating
No remote check ins to control walk in flows
No real measures put in place to ensure public safety.
This is alarming, a healthcare laboratory who isn't taking precautions to ensure public safety. This is unacceptable.

Please change and become thoughtful of the nature of the service you provide especially because you deal with the population on higher rate who's most vulnerable to the virus.

One of the ladies at the front was very rude and one was nice. They asked me to pay for a test$395 which was covered by ohip and they other one is $40. I ended up doing the test somewhere else and had to pay $40.unknowledgable staff, glad I didnt pay the $395 what a scam.

Marilou and their students are really well experienced in their field and they keep you engaged in conversation while drawing blood specimen. Although Janaya is a student, she does her work like a pro. I went there twice and had an awesome experience

Went today, June 22,2020 and was very pleased starting from the lining up, the nurse setting up very quick & efficient. Not only was she efficient, but very caring. Once inside, even more pleased with Irene, the technician, or nurse who took my blood sample. She was a great professional

There is no option for - or I would I put that Awful service.poor English skills, very disorganized place.there was only 1 person before me once I arrived I waited 30 mins to be seen. I’m not sure where their staff was but I defintaly wouldn’t go back
Lifelab is much better, the provide better service and are less rude

These nurses work hard, HARD ALL DAY, the Amount of ENTITLED people here is outrageous, people thinking cause they have a child or are late for their appointment should be at the front of the line. Its a high salary area and the rich think they are special. Privilege breeds ignorance.

Very rude woman working at the front desk. I was relieved when I arrived to see there was only one person ahead of me at the front desk because I had my toddler with me. Soon after I stood behind them, 3 other patients came and stood to the side rather than behind me. When it was my turn, the woman working said all of these people were ahead of me. I said no they were not, I arrived just ahead and she continued arguing that she had seen me just come in. Meanwhile, NONE of the people waiting behind me said that I was in the wrong. I wouldn't move so she eventually served me, but she ended up being the one to take my blood and was extremely rude during the appointment. I always had great service at Dynacare in Mississauga. I'll be finding a new location in Vaughan next time.

I would like share my experience with this place that might give ppl an imagine ahead before you visit. I have a blood test request must be done at 9 am. I called them 1 day ahead to see how can I make it happen, the lady on the phone was friendly and she said I can and visit them tmr they open at 8 am. I came and arrived at 8: 30 am, however, the address #205 is totally wrong! I spent another 20 mins to finally find the place is on the basement! No at # 205! There is not any sign saying they changed the place. When I call the front desk, the lady who has Italian accent, was really impatient and hang up my phone without any word when I ask for the right address. I came to her desk at 8: 50 am and she did not look at my request form at all, and ask me for the health card etc. I reminded her my blood test is requested @ 9 am (I understand I might not be able to do it today, I am respect to the ppl who waiting before me). Without I finished my sentence, she break my voice and raised her voice said: ” it is your responsibility to take care the 9 am! ” I felt she was so rude and tried to make me embarrassing. I will never come back this place again, it was definitely wasting my time, and I could not believe them hire ppl like such this impatient and rude to a patient. I am young, so I can handle it, how about a elderly ppl? We need patience ppl working in the health care industry in Canada! If you have choose, I don’t recommend you go this place.

The woman at blood lab named Jessica. I was so amazed by you today. You had showed such nasty and dirty attitudes to the senior patient today. I was watching you from distance. Most patients coming to you are seniors, don't have good understanding or have hearing problems. Besides of that, you always covered yourself with a mask, also such bad English accent. You have to have better attitudes and need to improve your communication skills. The patient you treated just like a dirty today could be anybody's mom and dad.
