Had to post this review. Staff at this location is amazing. Nada and Rachel were very helpful. Thanks guys.

My sister went to this branch this morning with me. Dynacare in Heartland. The technician who did her blood extraction is inexperienced. My sister told her that her veins are small and she should use butterfly, she did not listen. She used regular needle and did fishing. My sister was in so much pain because of this. She is not coming back to this branch, please do a necessary training for this technician, and your technician should ask for help if they will not be able to handle a difficult situation. Please see attached picture of my sister’s left and right arms.

I came here this morning to do bloodwork. I walk in, in a good mood and no "Hi", "Good morning" from the nurses just "Did you eat anything".

I get called to get my blood drawn and the nurse is the rudest nurse I've ever met. I got a phone call and nurses have always told me it was okay to use my phone since needles make me queasy. The nurse says "Pay attention. Look at what I'm doing"

Never have I ever been in such a rude clinic.
I've been here before years ago and everyone was so kind and today was just wild. I understand they work hard and deal with a lot of patients but if someone is coming in with warm energy and being nice I don't understand why it means they have to be rude to them. Let alone say "Pay attention, look at what I'm doing". Why do I need to actively watch you draw blood from my arm. I was still and not making a fuss.
Horrible service. Learn to be kind.

Very professional and efficient reception. I was in and out of this location in 15 minutes although I was a walk in. Rama who did my blood work was very polite and friendly. I really recommend this place for your lab needs! 5 stars!

I had a very good experience at this location. The staff name was Rama & Rachael. I went there with my 2 year old son for a Blood work. They helped to do it in less wait time & also the staffs Rama & Rachael had done in a nice way so that my son was relaxed. Really professional & friendly service. I really recommend this place.

Very neat and clean. Technician was very good, could not feel the pain of needle. Very efficient staff.

People on the front doesn't have etiquettes to talk with the patients. They should have some courtesy towards others, else better to opt for some other jobs. Not even interested in giving 1 star to them.

Had a great experience at this location. Went on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. They have a great system in place. Your estimated wait time is on the screen so theres no surprises. Now of course the time isnt always exact but its not that far off either. You can always leave, run some errands and come back. The staff keep things very light and friendly. Also a huge plus is how clean the lab is.

I Had a blood work and urinalysis done a few weeks ago, waited for more than a hour. Then went to see my doctor yesterday, bloodwork results wasn’t available, my physician office called them and turned out they lost my blood specimens but I got my urinalysis result. According to my doctor this is not first time that they have been having problems with results.

Clean and bright location. Analyn took my blood and she was very professional & welcoming!

Friendly staff, they struggled at first to draw my blood but thankfully when Rama came she was able to draw my blood in one try. Definitely would recommend

Everything is good. We'll managed. The care about Handicapped. The city needs to wake up. The Handicapped parking far and beyond are not at all helpful.

The online wait estimate is way off. I should have had 10 minutes left and was surprised when I arrived there that I have to wait an hour and a half. I was told by the admin to ignore the wait time on the screen. I left without completing my tests. It is also very busy due to its location. I do NOT recommend it.

Tye waiting time is a but long, but they do have text message reminder and big screen showing the wait time and list. I also like the service there, people are polite and friendly, especially Analyn who helped me today. Thank you.

This was the best experience I’ve had for getting a blood test done. I checked in online, and was taken shortly after I arrived. The staff were very friendly. Everything was quick and easy. I was so surprised! So much better than lifelabs! Definitely will be going to Dynacare from now on!

Our first time experience at Dynacare was very good. We were served by two very professional staff. Rama, who took my blood test (Aida Aseneta) did a fabulous job considering that I have very thin and twisted vein. Analyn, who did my husband Ramon Aseneta blood routine and ECG for both of us. Very courteous, helpful, friendly.
Overall, excellent service by all staff. Thank you.

Waited for an hour, seems to be the average waiting time for walking in. I am always nervous doing bloodwork as most of the health professionals performing the extraction had to try multiple times on both of my arms. I usually go home bruised with many needle marks. The last experience I had even placed my arm under running hot water to make my veins show. I don't think that's even necessary nor ethical.

Anyway, I explained it to Cyril as soon as I was seated so he'd be aware my veins are thin and collapse when I am nervous. He assured me he can handle it and easily found the extraction point/vein. He did it so flawlessly and painlessly with one try. I was so very pleased and told him he was perfect and I will do my next bloodworks again at Dyna Care and hopefully he will be the one assigned to me next time. Highly recommend this place because of Cyril's skills and professionalism. Thank you for the stress-free experience!:)

I did my blood test yesterday morning (Wednesday) at the Matheson location. Mona did an excellent job and she is very professional and polite.

The worst service ever received from Dyna Care, Matheson. There is a staff - Gary (most probably Chinese or Philippines) who does not know how to deal with poeple. Not only he misbehave with my wife but I noticed that he was misbehaving with most of the people. I strongly suggest that this guy should be watched and fired.

The staff are really nice but the way they operate is so slowwwww. Also their washrooms to give urine samples don't have an soap. I will not be returning here.

Not just the place but also the people are so well organized and service oriented. Special call out to Nada who was exceptional; her promptness, cheerfulness and compassion to serve is outstanding.

They need to find more friendly staff

I’m at this location at Mathewson. So much depressed. They texted me waiting time 33 minutes and now 55 minutes when I asked at front they were rude they have short staff only two lab technicians and the room is full. Very disappointed

What's the point of allowing you to upload requisition forms to save time if they're going to make you wait because they can't find it on their system?

I had a great experience with Harban. She performed blood test and informed me about the entire process.

Rude staff and showed their attitude in front of their clients. They were very busy but this is not the excuse for showing inpatient to the clients.

I've been here several times and the staff are very polite and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!

Whole process has been very smooth. Easy to checkin online and once you are at the location they verify your health card and my name was called in less than 5 minutes

From my previous lab experience they always take a lot of time to collect blood and take 2-3 trails saying it’s difficult to find my vein but here it was so smooth and so fast, can’t be happier. 5 stars for sure.

I was requested by my Dr.to have my blood works done. So I chose the nearest lab and it was Dynacare. I was worried about the waiting time. But to my surprise, the waiting time was only 10 mins, I did a walk in and the nurse was quite friendly. I went at 2pm.

They are so rude and make you feel your an inconvenience for them, they NEVER answer the phone and then when you call it asks you to type in a remote access code? Then it Just hangs up?
here’s a few suggestions: PICK UP YOUR PHONES, BE KIND, OR QUIT YOUR JOB, people don’t go to your facility to be treated like second class citizens and don’t deserve the rude behaviour, It’s not rocket science.

The wait time was awful. Checked in online and showed up on time, still had to wait over an hour.

Harbhan was very friendly and accommodating for the blood work I had done, when it was finally my turn she was very efficient.

I started my online journey at 11: 20am from home and I was told to arrive to the location in 50 mins. Upon arriving, I waited in my car as per the instructions and got no response for 20 mins. I went and stood in line for 40 mins and got my turn. I was told to come back after 10 mins as the place was full. After 10 mins I came back they got me and my mom a seat. Waited 40 mins and got my turn at 1: 30pm.
Overall this exp took me about over 2 hours. The process and the xp is horrible and I would never reccommend xoming here.

They need to upgrade their management staff and improve on exp.

Worst possible experience. First they try to make me pay out of pocket and ask for the money back from OHIP. Then they loose my results, don't send them to my doctor, won't answer the phone, force me to take time off work again to come in person looking for my results and than when they find my results, they won't give it to me, but rather force my doctor to try abd get them on the phone and request results. Go anywhere but here.

Netcheck-in is waste of time for this location. They have no sense of organization or people's time. Chaos prevails.

There's got a reason there are so many negative reviews. Unprofessional and unorganized.

Worst lab process I've experienced. 10.00am Lined up outside for 10 min, 10.15 I'm told to check in online and wait in my car, estimated wait time is 24 min. I get a text at 11 to come inside. I check in with my health card and wait another hour. The whole process took 2 hours.

Staff is very friendly, the person who took blood samples for my 4 years old was amazing, can't complain about the lineups during this unprecedented times. Thumps up.

Great Experience at this Mississauga location. Rachel is friendly, nice and easy to work with for all my medical needs & questions.

Their online system is so flawed. Instead of a 45 minute wait, I waited for 1h45. The staff are wonderful but so much wasted time. Don't bother going unless you have hours to waste.

There is a line up because of the covid19 protocol but once you get in you turn comes pretty quick, the wait time on the screen is accurate. The staff is kind and the place is nice and spacious.

So bad system. What is the point of check in online and receive a message to come in when you still have to line up long in the cold weather. Will not ever come again

Waste of time queuing online as you have to requeue once you get there. Walk-ins getting processed in 10 mins of them getting there. Makes no sense to me.

I loved being able to submit requisition forms online, and checking in myself and family online. No need to fill out paper forms and have someone type that into the system. Got texts about wait time, didn't have to wait outside too long at all. Make sure you line up right by the glass walls with "Net checkin" sign. Otherwise you're waiting behind a long walk-in line.

The nurse I had was really kind. Clean, well-lit, open space.

So busy, when I checked online I found 16 minutes waiting, but when I visited them I waited more than an hour outside

I booked my Mom's blood work online, and it's easy, and lot's of parking, staff handled my Mom
Very nicely.

It was my first time at this clinic. Very well organized and the Staff is very professional and curtious. Specially the nurse Jennette who was taking my blood has been very patient and understanding because my veins are very thin and its hard find one.

Slow be prepared to wait! The website appointment booking sends you on a wild goose chase. Stand in long lines, the attendant takes your papers and shuffle it to the bottom of the pile. The monitor indicates 10 minutes but you wait 110 minutes. The nurse says arrive early and wait for an hour before they take your papers. Then be prepared to wait another hour. Take a book to read and plan to spend your day lurking around and shuffled around. Good luck!

I haven’t even finished doing to bloodwork yet and I’m so annoyed and the process and how long things take. Line outside only to come in and wait in another line, first get called to register, then waiting for blood work…. I’m sorry but what the hell happened to getting bloodwork done at the doctors, when did this all happen?

Very happy with my experience here. Checked in online which was quick and easy. Their wait time was accurate. Text messages keep you posted on your wait time. Staff was friendly and courteous. Thanks to Rama for being professional and making this process painless. She told me how to sign up online to obtain my results. Would definitely come back here.

Why don't you answer the phone? Your system requires to press # 3 to talk to your staff but when we do it just keep on repeating the same message again and again. I gave you 4 stars because you're good but not 5 stars because your phone system isn't.

I just completed my 4 weeks externship in 600 matheson loaction, and i gained lots of knowledge did clinic experience. I want to thanx Tess, Sheron, Garry, Rama and all other team member, who did warm welcome and helped me each nd every task. All are so polite. Thank you so much for your support.

Worst location ever. Complete waste of time. No one answers phone calls. Online check in serves no purpose and they dont even explain to long line up they have outside whats going on. Ridiculous

The first time I came it was to get my HCG levels because i was experiencing a missed miscarriage. The lady taking my blood told me to "not cry" because it's not good for my body. The next time i checked in online it told me a 42 min wait time. I waited 1.5 hours! I followed every step. Telling the girl at the door my name and I had checked in online. Even the updated text message said "10 min until your appointment" and those 10 min came and went!

I have a very hard time breathing with a mask on. I went to the lab to get my blood work this morning. I saw on the screen it would take at least 20 minutes for my name to be called. I sat on a chair and had no choice but to pull my mask below my nose to breathe. A staff member, REGINA came over to me. In a soft voice she asked if I had difficult breathing with the mask. I appreciated that she did not assume I was an anti masker! She then expressed concern for my well-being first, and also mentioned it is not safe for everyone else. She went to the desk, found my requisition and took my blood work right away. We are 15 months in to this pandemic. I have seen people yell at others and humiliate people over not wearing a mask. This pandemic brought about a lot of "Mask Police. " We should not assume that people who are taking a break from wearing a mask are being disrespectful or against wearing a mask. There are reasons why some people cannot keep a mask on for a long period. Regina was non-judgmental, compassionate, and understanding. We need more caring people like her in the health care field. I appreciated what she did for me today. Again, I was impressed by her non-judgmental attitude!

The staff is super friendly and the lab itself is very clean, however, some of the nurses are a really rough with the covid testing and go a bit too deep, making it painful. I've had to do the test many times for work and most of them have been gentle. Please be more gentle especially for people who are getting the test done for the first time!

The workers at this location was very nice and understanding, it was very quick and easy to do. Special thanks to these three workers there that made the experience way more enjoyable. (Angela, Golde, Fatima)

This place is very organized and health protocol is being observed and followed. The employees are very nice and helpful and I was lucky enough to get this asian woman by the name of Jane. Very nice lady and she had a way of making you feel comfortable. She poked me once and I'm done, didn't even feel the needle going through.

Confusing line up system, online check in not properly identified, people not knowing what line they should be in, should scrap online check ins

Worst experience, says do online check in but after that you still need to wait in long queue. There 38 minutes wait time refers to 2 hours straight wait time

Horrible. Staff is friendly however 1 washroom had garbage over flowing and urine all over the toilet seat and floor. Second washroom had no paper towel or hand soap. They are clearly not monitored throughout the day. Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this medical office during a pandemic.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon. She was PHENOMENAL. I explained I do suffer from vasovagal attacks and she didn't rush me (like i always experience at other places). She took the time to explain everything, guide me thru it, once the needle was in she worked fast and efficiently to make it as least inconvenient for me as possible and ensured i am safe during the entire time. She spoke to me in a reassuring voice keeping me alert. It is very refreshing to see an employee like her.she has the professionalism and the humane nature in her. Would definitely go back to her

There needs to be more clear instructions on how to enter the facility. You have a pile of people just hoarding around the front. It’s freezing negative weather outside. Wait times are not accurate. What do people do if they take the bus? Where are they supposed to wait until they get a text? I appreciate all health workers during this covid time. I just wish the person coordinating appointments would be more cautious and understanding of everyone else.

My experience was amazing here! The lady at the door to do the screening was very friendly. When I arrived my wait time was 5 minutes and it took less than that despite it being a little busier. The lady who took my blood was Val and she accommodated my blood phobia and she was very friendly and reassuring. She took my blood in less than a minute and this was the first time I never fainted from blood work! Absolutely amazing and I recommend.

Super nice staff but do not answer their phones, which as a covid testing center is irresponsible. I had an important question about testing, and I can assume I was not the only one, and I could not get a hold of them after 5 calls through two days. I eventually gave up and went to get a test hoping that they would not turn me away because I could not get my question answered. If you are testing in the middle of the pandemic, you should probably answer your phone.

The experience was excellent and the clinic is clean. My veins are often difficult to find so I typically anticipate some sort struggle before they finally get it. Ava, is very fast and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bloodwork. Thank you Ava for making my experience pleasurable!

Very limited access to facilities, waiting time is almost double than the one given online.
Registered online at 8: 26 and system reported a waiting time of 30 minutes. It is 9: 34 am. I'm still waiting.
