Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

I called this place (1275 Finch avenue unit 217) and Vanessa answered the phone. I mentioned to her that I forgot my wallet at home and she let me know that if I have a picture of it they can go head and look after me. Once I arrived I mer RIZA and again she was very nice and had a smile on her face the whole time. RIZA took my blood and I didn’t feel a thing. Overall I would come back here and would recommend it to everyone:)

I took my blood test without booking appointment and it was fast! Riza and Vanessa was so kind and helpful. From now on I'll go there to take my tests.

The place is very hygienic and they are professional and specially Venessa did the test at their closing time which was really sweet of her.

My husband and I went to Dynacare this morning to get some blood tests done, and we were lucky enough to be helped by Gemma. She was an absolute delight! Gemma was warm, friendly, and made us feel comfortable during the entire process. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience and care. It's clear that she takes her job seriously and genuinely cares about her patients. We left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. We highly recommend Dynacare, and especially Gemma, to anyone in need of blood work or other medical services. Thank you, Gemma!

I have to go to Dynacare every few months. I have really bad veins and they're very tiny. Also, I often need plenty of vacutainers to be fulled up. The nurses here are always able to find my vein and are super good! Overall great experience!

I'm torn on what rating to give.
On the positive side: Online check-in worked great, I went to the front of the line when I arrived and was taken in almost immediately. The woman who took my blood was pleasant and quick.
However, I chose this place because I wanted to see my results online. When I try to look up my results on their website, it can't find them. It says to email their support team, but they don't reply to my emails. I tried calling and it wasn't answered. I submitted a request for help on their website, and they sent me a form-letter response that wasn't helpful from an email address that can't be replied to.
I wouldn't go here again. I'll go back to LifeLabs, where I can easily view my results.

The mask requirements have been lifted for two weeks now. No indication on the website, door or anywhere that you need a mask. I had to wait outside. Only thing is the lady that took my blood was awesome.

This job it not for her, I use come there and the staff they really nice until I saw her, she don’t know how to behave, her name is: Arielle, she so rude

On my previous visit Vanessa was so patient and understanding to my fear of needles. I really appreciate that from her. The character of kindness is extremely valuable especially in the medical field.

It was my second time around coming to this place and had this amazing experienced. Had my sugar test and these ladies (Tessie, Rizalin and Vanessa) were very gentle in doing bloodworks. I highly recommend this place coz staffs were very good in doing bloodworks to people with lightly visible veins like me.

I only ever come here for lab results because the staff are so caring and kind. They take such good care of you and never rush you. They make you feel so comfortable.

Lab is good. Polite staff, very organized and do their best to get people done. Building sucks- must pay for parking after 1st 30mins. Very dark garage, had to turn on headlights. It's unsafe for women and can't even make out the lines. Will avoid coming here unless the lab validates parking and they add more lights in the garage

I checked in online before leaving home and reached accordingly but they still made me wait in the line and kept attending others without paying attention to the process.

Very professional staff and atmosphere. Binta and Vanessa were welcoming and I was in and out for my blood test within 15mins. Getting there is a little confusing. It's in the Tim Hortons drive through plaza, but instead of going into the drive through, you drive down stairs into the Impark parking garage. Take the elevator to the second floor, room 217.

Located at the 2nd floor of the new building. Clean inside. Maybe because it's not known to many yet.

Good staff, but don’t come here if you have to provide a urine sample - the building washroom is disgusting and has pee sprayed all over the walls, toilets, and floors. This is probably out of dynacare’s hands, but nevertheless nasty. I only come to this location if I just have bloodwork.

Completely incompetent here. SIX attempts by two different people and still no blood taken. No issues like this at other labs - Find somewhere else!

Always quick and very efficient. Great staff and they know what they are doing. Always go here for blood work.

Staff is SO friendly and always happy! I have never had to wait more than 15 min even on the weekend.
And I always get my results online super quick in comparison to other locations
