Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

It was less than 5 min IN and OUT kind of visit. It was a Thursday afternoon, I guess the less busy time. So rating 5 star for this experience. Some people had bad experiences. So putting up my experience to have a fair Rating for this location.

I only had to wait for 30 minutes to get my blood test. The lab was clean and well-organized.i had my service with rana.she was professional, I didn't even feel the needle. Rana is very skilled and kind.

Visited a few times for blood work. Wait times are not accurate. Staff just sits around and makes patients wait for an unreasonable amount of time.

We love coming here for blood work. And we love all the Staff, they are very nice and we especially like Edna. They are very good and kid friendly, too.

I found them under staffed and slow in working. I Their system said it will take 45 mins upon entry and it kept on increasing. I wonder why? It has been 90 mins and I am still waiting. Save your time and visit other efficient places. They also don’t give you an access to view your results.

I hate needles but the person who did my blood test was awesome at this location definitely way better then life lab.

Great service, friendly staff especially I had a great experience with Edna. Clean and spacious clinic.

I've always been coming to dynacare due to the convenience of it being so close to home ans the last few times I've been here the staff just brutally kept blaming me how the requisition form is incomplete.the wait is already outrageous probably won't be coming back here ever again.

Go online and check in from your phone before you go. This will cut down on your wait room times.

Emda (might be spelling her name wrong) was awesome. She works gretabwith elderly and was very patient with my father. Thank you thank you!

Super clean place and the staff is very friendly as well. They are quick and the wait time is not bad. My 9 year old was scared, Edna did the bloodwork who was fast and made him feel super comfortable by talking to him the whole time. Highly recommended especially for kids.

I got my blood work done two months ago by them for the first time. I called them continuously since then because they haven't faxed my results to my family doctor as requested and didn't tell me how to check my results, didn't give me any code or instructions. VERY BAD.never going back there again. Every time I call, they keep rejecting the calls.

Tried calling in two days in a row and calls continuously were rejected. Moved onto a different lab because I've never had this much of a difficult time trying to ask a question before coming in.

Went in the morning, the wait time was quite less and the staff was good. Noralyn was very helpful and professional.

When I checked online, it says 38 minutes of waiting time. Since then waiting time has increased. It is now 60 minutes and showing 42 minutes of waiting time! Worst Dynacare branch in Ontario! Staff at this location are making use of COVID as an excuse for not to work hard!

The staff are not organized. After being seated, the person who was assisting me got pulled aside and I was waiting there for another 20 minutes and she forgot about me. Also if you want your results, you have to pay for the app which costs $9.99 a year. They will not provide you the stats like Lifelabs does.

Got there 1140 and the had a sign up saying they are now closed. Even though their close timings were noon.

Well these types of premises comments for helping community not for disappointing. I have been calling them 2 days and no one answers for info even receptionist siting there. I have been there few times Staff is not friendly. I have advise for the staff,
" if you don't like the job, please find something else do not put the lab name in bad shape. You playing with patients emotion and putting them in more stress. "
Please management of dyna care if you don't care this now, company will see the consequences

Nice people working there. Why do walk-in it is crazy there. Appointment only especially during a pandemic would be best. Absolutely crazy there people waiting hours on hours during a pandemic so irresponsible. I was 8th in line at 750am in the morning then 759am hit and another 15 people got out of there cars and didn't even line up, I just left. I'll wait a month for my appointment with life labs.

Listed as open until 12 on Saturday. Came at 10am after being disconnected twice when I called to confirm I can come. I was told they do not register more people today. Want to Oakville and completely different experience. Management not company problem!

Got lucky? Everything was amazing. 9: 30 am. Went for blood test. Place almost empty. Super clean. Big. Nice. Full of employees. Nice parking lot. All good. Wait maybe 7 minutes. Then all done. ONLY advice TO OWNER is to invest in customer service training. Is the fault of THE OWNER That the team does not have the tools and practice to make the experience amazing. The OWNER must get involve in customer service training. Don’t blame the employee, they ARE AMAZING!

This blood lab deserves 0 stars.
Extremely rude service. I will never use Dynacare again. Awful customer service.
Find another blood lab otherwise your day will be ruined like mine was.

Lazy staff made my diabetic father wait for 2 hours for fasting blood test. Its life threatening! He went into hypoglycemia. Its SERIOUS!

You get paid for working so WORK!

At first he was told to wait for 1 hour which turned to 1.5 and then 2. Worst location! Never again!

Very clean and the people very nice. Edna got the blood work from my kid nd she was very friendly and fun. 100% recommended

I had really bad experience with my blood work here.they never sent the results with my family doctor and when l followed up the staffs said it is not their responsibility.they said l have to call 1-800 number which never picked up the phone.they told me they are short in staff and Dynacare just think about making more profit that's why they do not add any more staffs to this location.never come back again!

Very bad with wait times. I checked in online and was supposed to wait for 77 minutes. Ended up waiting for 2 extra hours. My blood work was supposed to be fasting. Had to go hungry for very long time. They need to work on their efficiency.

Did my blood work, "Edna" completely suprised me by doing it in one go! (Sometimes it takes more than 2 goes! Or 2 goes and doesn't even work!)

Edna did wonderful job with my 14 years son in the first go she find his vein that has never happened before. Its quite astonishing!

All the stuffs are kind but today our nurse was NORALYN she went behind she is very kind she gave a lot of love and care to my son during taking the blood sample I really appreciate what she has done for me today thank you NORALYN

Pathetic staff members and lazy team… if they say, waiting time is. 120mins, be prepared for 4 hrs to complete your blood work. You will be on time and then wait for another 2 hrs just seeing the staff moving here and there without working on any cases….

This is my honest review and 3rd time I am experiencing the same issue. They could say COVID. It has nothing to do with their lazy working style. Please find different lab for your work.

Don’t trust their online booking system when I tells you your estimated time 130 mins it’s a LIE, when you attend your appointment they will tell you to wait another 130 mins, and they’ve to repeat this with every single patient…. Basically they can report this issue to the management to modify the text messages sent to the clients and be more accurate… and BTW this is not the first time!

Been going there for a while. I used to go to Life Labs but they were rude and never updated my doctor on one of my tests. Been going here ever since. Nice staff, efficient and quick. Able to get everything done in less than 10 minutes. Strongly recommend.

It's a horrible people working over there. The polish lady was very rude. She did my blood work today, but she didn't know what she was doing, just phishing my vein and then too she couldn't reach instead of she was yapping on me. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and unethical. I never ever go to this location and suggesting to any one. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

This location was spacious and clean with a short wait time! Will always return to this location as compared to other laboratories in Milton.

Pro's: Very clean place and friendly staff.
Not a busy place.
Con's: Eventhough there was only one person infront of me, I was waiting about 20-30 minutes. Time management not the best, staff looked a bit confused with the registration system.
