Amazing experience! I have a fear of needles and the staff were all very welcoming. Felicia was super gentle and patient with me. She made it a pain free and stress free experience. 1000% recommend to anyone! The wait time was quick and they served everyone fairly! Only thing is the paid parking but it only cost me 2$ for 45 minutes. Amazing place for sure will go there from now on!

No one ever answers the phone. It just rings until it disconnects. I was forced to go into the clinic to ask about a question with the test results, yet it could have been easily answered over the phone.

They said that is first come first serve. It was not like that for me. The nurse, didn’t even ask me DOB as this is normal question. I felt out place. So sad. Wonder if is my skin colour. Hmmm.

The online check-in saves time. I had Dana B. As my technician and she was a rockstar. Very little poking and found a vein right away. It was the fastest, most efficient and painless process of taking blood. I often get poked and jabbed and walk away with huge bruises.

Went in about 1: 30 pm, 9 min wait, great service, friendly staff. Was in and out very quickly. Well worth the $2 for parking.

I came here and the wait wasn’t bad at all but the lady who did my blood test was super bad tied the rubber around my arm uncomfortably and without even looking when she inserted the needle the pain was tolerable but every time she change the bottle she would push it deeper and not pay attention it hurt so bad and caused me nerve damage I almost passed out and she was just yelling at me to stay awake

I have been going to this office and have always gotten a mix of experiences. Today was the worst ever. As an adult born with a medical issue, I have had my share of blood tests through my life. Many as a child were traumatic as they had to go to my temple or feet due to my veins. So when I go in and state I need a butterfly needle, I always get told the same story, that they don't have any. I have to assert myself in this and it is always the same game. They always manage to have one, often the last one. Today she told me that she didn't know what they were going to do if a kid came now that I took the last one. I told her ORDER MORE. I do feel for the kids, I was once one that needed this needle, and I still need it! By her logic, what if two kids came? Why are these so guarded? After she was done, she told me she could have done it without that the butterfly needle and said "who told you that you needed a butterfly needle, probably nobody. ") Fantastic, calling me a liar after trying to guilt me.

The online check-in system is broken and useless. Most of the time it’s not even available but when it is, you’ll check in and think you’re ok (the minutes start ticking down), but then you suddenly lose your spot with no onscreen notification when you’re already on the way to the clinic, so you have to start over. After 3 attempts I gave up.

Le système de réservation en ligne ne sert à rien car il ne fonctionne pas et ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive. Il serait temps soit de le supprimer soit de l'améliorer. Il est 7h10 et je vais donc comme à chaque fois devoir aller au laboratoire et attendre une heure, peut-être deux heures.

I've visited this location a couple of times, this was the first time I got treated in such a rude manner.

(1) Very rude staff. My name is a little hard to pronounce but instead of trying or confirming with me on how to pronounce it, she just pointed at my face and told me to come. This is extremely rude.

(2) Skill of staff needs to be improved. I came for a blood test, it took her 3 attempts, on both my arms, to find my blood vessel. I have told her that she should call a more experienced staff who were able to find my blood vessel in a single attempt during my previous visits, she would not listen. Both of my arms are now swollen.

This place is so poorly run. The only good thing about it is the staff themselves are friendly, good at taking blood and accommodating. Other than that this location is terrible. They always open late (and dont activate their online checkin at all), don’t have enough people working, there is no clear direction or sign to start a line before it opens so everyone fights to get in first, the Dynacare Plus membership is a joke. I pay for a membership and NONE of my recent results (MULTIPLE tests on different days) have shown up on my account. My doctor also only received one so clearly they take forever with results. Not ok. Especially when people are getting stat bloodwork that needs to be looked at right away.

Did not read my requisition form correct, almost did wrong test, did not label my samples, gave me wrong drink for glucose test and all the nurses enjoy yelling at one another rather than trying to resolve the problem at hand. Would not recommend this lab, too dysfunctional.

Staff often overwhelmed by disrespectful clients. Saw staff member leave in tears one day. Regular client and tests often not done on Standing Order resulting in delayed treatments.

Checking in was a painful and embarrassing event. The person was rude and demanding. I have been coming here for two years and never had this problem with anyone else He is rude. I have a minor hearing problem and was treated badly. He insisted on addresses that I did not have and told me I would have to get them or go home. Really! The same two Doctor's order blood every month for the last two years.

Have been to this location twice now for blood work. High volume of people coming in but the staff has, both times, been efficient, courteous and professional. Facility is well organized and clean. Hats off to the staff for their patience and professionalism.

Very nice and clean place. Every 5 to 6 week I have blood test for INR it's not easy to find my vin to take the blood most of other nurses tries two or three times, But always with Mr. Jean I had painless extractions of blood, thanks to Jean for the super excellent and professional job and I give Jean double five stars.

Krystelle is an angel, always ask for her when you have an appointment at dynacare.

I dont know how none of the reviews spoke about their amazing service or maybe their exprience was a long time ago. I'm not a customer but I go next door to the paramed office which shares the same waiting room on the second floor and they literally have the most amazing greeter by the name of krystelle, she is just the kindest human being God has ever created. I'm so sad to hear that paramed is moving to a different location because I always looked forward to seeing krystelle every time I came to my appointments. Dynacare is the luckiest company to have her as the front end. God bless you krystelle and and thank you for being the perfect example of what a first responder should be.

Not professional at all. ECG machine is out of order for weeks and nobody informed me before hand. Staffs are RUDE. On top of it, we need to pay parking fee to do my test! Everything in Orleans is different than other Cities in Ontario.

Rude individual, treat people like idiots, too in rush to get rid of you and get to the next person. It all about money and no real service. I would not recommend this place at all.

It's a shame you can't rate different aspects because this place runs so smoothly. Very impressive Covid protocols and very fast service. Staff are nice and funny too. Only reason I won't give 5 stars is the paid parking. It's the only paid parking around and can't park on the road either.

Online checking is useless, you show up at time posted and they are still checking in people ahead of you. Better just bite the bullet and and just show up and wait, and wait and wait.

Je suis allé ce matin pour prise de sang à votre succursale d'Orléans. Je comprend la situation Covidienne mais 2 heures d'attente.c'est beaucoup trop. EN PLUS, le technicien, tout en parlant avec quelqu'un d'autre, m'inséra l'éguille dans le bras droit, en sorti quelques bouteilles tout en "zigonnant" et me faisant mal. Il décida d'essayer l'autre bras et fini par en sortir deux autres tubes me laissant avec un ecchymose à chaque bras (Voir photos). C"est fini chez DYNACARE pour moi et tous ceux que je connais. Aussi, service très minimal en Français.

It is nice place and convenient to those who are living in Orleans area. The staffs are very helpful too - as they found my requisition which my Dr.has sent virtually to Dynacare after searching for it almost an hour. Good thing- it is only closed on Sunday. Four stars only because of the paid parking.

I decided to leave this review here after my amazing experience today. To give you some context I am horrified of bloodwork. It triggers my anxiety and to be blunt I often cry. (I am 22. This is embarassing for me usually.). I have had some pretty negative appointments elsewhere that we won't talk about. Long story short I avoid bloodwork at all costs because it scares me so much. But today, I did their online check-in via the dynacare website. I arrived promptly to my appointment and was greeted by a lovely woman who gave me their email so I could forward my requisition (online health portal things.). They quickly recieved my document, printed it and next thing I knew I WAS NEXT. (Cue the horror music in my head now haha.) I met with with sweet woman (unfortunately, I forget her name!). She was extremely polite and invited me to take a seat in the cubicle with her. So, the process starts.the mighty search for my nearly invisible and wiggly veins. She was very patient and checked both arms for an ideal vein. (We decided upon the right arm! Haha.) Now this is when I normally start to panic, I know the steps for a blooddraw like the back of my hand. I proceed to look away and close my eyes when she goes to poke me. SHE HIT MY IMPOSSIBLE VEINS ON THE FIRST GO! (That does not happen to clarify.) Throughout the many viles of blood to be collected she continued to check in on me and talk to me, as I previously mentioned to her that this causes me to become anxious. It was over before it began, no tears, no pain. 100% would recommend going here. I have never felt more comfortable getting my bloodwork ever until today. So thank you to the lovely staff and the amazing nurse who made this commonly traumatic experience a calm, positive one.

Useless place, went for a test a few weeks ago and they were gonna do it, but then we found out the test wasn't covered so we left.
Today we went back for the test with the money and after waiting 20-25 minutes, they told us they couldn't do the test because they are not "trained for it or have the stuff for it". IT'S A CHEEK SWAB TEST.

Also even though WE spoke to the company itself over the phone, no one bothered to tell us anything AS USUAL!

Very efficient triage and waiting. Friendly staff. Mato (the person who took my blood) was very kind and super competent. I usually hate having blood drawn but he made the experience quick and virtually painless. Will be requesting him in the future!

Came in for a simple blood test with my baby girl as I could not find a babysitter in time. Was told someone will have to hold her which was fine. The tech asked several of his colleagues for help and finally finds someone to hold her while I have blood drawn. The colleague comes in from another booth after I’m imagining he handled samples. As he reaches for my daughter I kindly ask him to put on gloves. He gets offended, scoffs and asks me why I brought her there with me, why I didn’t leave her home.
Meanwhile the tech taking my blood sample gets flustered, forgets to ask me to make a fist or tie the elastic on my arm tight enough and a couple days later I get the worst bruising I have ever had in my life after giving blood.
This was the worst experience I have had getting a test done. Left very angry, in pain and promised to never return.
