We always have a positive experience esp with Preeti. She’s always greets us with a smile and when drawing blood it’s painless.

Most of the staff members were nice. But I found one front desk lady with very curly hair and serving at the middle counter around 10am today to be extremely rude I wish I could note down her name. She treats customers like garbage. Rolls her eyes if you ask for any service. Her voice tone was so rude unnecessarily. I have never met someone this rude attitude in Healthcare industry. This is not how you serve your customers. Very disappointed with that experience.

Busy, busy, always busy- wait times alway greater than 30 minutes! Crowded waiting areas and often waiting outside. The only facility in a very large Under-serviced area.

First time today I don't feel any pain while giving blood for test in last five years at this location. It was done so smoothly by Sukhdeep. Great job done. Thanks

The location is very busy and long wait times but the staff are great. My veins are hard to find and Preeti has been very helpful and gets me in and out quick. Highly recommend using the net check in to save yourself lots of time.

I had a great experience with the staff at this location. They are very polite and accommodating. It is usually very busy but the staff are extremely fast, efficient and friendly and was assisted by Preeti, Riffat and Kavita all provides excellent service, all are very friendly and made us feel very comfortable

I got my blood work done today by Ali he was experienced and polite and gentle didn’t even know when the needle was in my arm and when he took it out of my arm the best person to go to Moreover the receptionist lady was also so nice. Preeti at Dynacare was great! Very professional, explained everything to me and I was good to go quickly. Made an appointment and I was in and out within 20 mins.

I went there last year October and it was great. You just need to go there early to avoid the long line of people.

The Doctors gave me good advice that ended up saving me from dire health circumstances.

I will be going back there again this month for blood work. So I just need to be earlier than the rest so I can get in and out quickly

Worst location. I wish I could give 1 star the staff here is not considerate at all.people are waiting in cold.please never come to this location they say they will call 911 when you stood in the queue since 11 and the store closes at 12.they say they don’t get paid overtime.

It’s about Preeti.she helped me a lot, I have to go to india so I need my reports earlier, she said it takes one week but when I told about my travel she send my reports on second day. I went there for blood test. She is very kind and polite. And I got my turn within 2 minutes. I Highly recommend this clinic.thanks Preeti and the whole staff.

Went for a blood test and checked in online. Waited 20 minutes and saw people who came in after me leave, so I went to inquire my turn in the queue. Was told they just put my paper in the system (after I had been waiting for 20 minutes). They informed me I had a fee to pay as well hence they couldn’t continue. I asked as to why I wasn’t told this before and was laughed at. I asked for my paper and health card back and was told to wait aswell. I did not see anyone change gloves throughout my time there as well. Very poor experience.

Worst system I handed my paper 2 in line and ended up being 10th in line. No system and no one to attend your complains. Rude staff

Truly amazing experience. Visited on few occasions and today’s visit force me to write a feedback. Staff at front really nice and helpful. I went there just after 10 minutes after the closing time to try my luck and they door was open and still staff help me out. Thank you for the prompt service.

My nurse Kavita was very professional. She make me feel comfortable while my all test. She was very nice.

The staff they have is fully untrained. We went there for the blood work and there were bruises (blue patches) on the whole arm the next morning. Please don’t go to this location. Its highly unprofessional and unorganised. They don’t even know how to do the minimal with perfection.

They are horrible. I did my blood work over 6 days ago but somehow my doctor's office still hasn't received it. How is that possible? I don't understand what they are doing. 72 hrs max they should have it yet here I am calling my doctor's office day after day and they still don't have the information.

I went there for my 25 weeks pregnancy blood work. Neelam is very nice and very friendly. She is so professional. Highly recommend this place. Thank you so much

WORST LOCATION! Staff is not organized at all. The phlebotomist are not trained and neither are they professional. The lady who drew my blood punctured my nerve and I am now left with sharp shooting pain within my arm. She also was mixing labels on the blood collection tubes. This place needs to be sued! Please avoid this location.

I would not reccomend going here. They were very unorganized and rude. It also looked like a zoo.

Highly recommend this place. Went for Glucose screening. They understand a person fasting can’t be made to wait so no wait time for me. Generous staff and kudos to the girl NISHA who made me so comfortable with such a difficult test and the whole process was so smooth. Believe me this girl NISHA say with me to made me feel easy when I was drinking that glucose drink, which always have been my worst nightmare.

The blood work was quick for me. There was a huge lineup in front but they indeed did everything quickly and of course there was a wait of 45 mins. But once you get in, they do it pretty fast. However, I was told that my reports will come in 2-3 business days and it’s been five days now but they haven’t sent any reports to my doctor yet. They made my buy their annual subscription for some app with which I can know the results the same day on my phone. If I was able to see my results the same day then why does it take too long for my reports to reach to my doctor?

Dynacare is worst place to get your covid testing no one picks up their phone at this location. I had to call customer service to find out where my son’s result is 4 days and I still did not get the results called their lab they had the results but was not update the system, on top of that the lab sends it to the wrong doctor. Don’t recommend Dynacare at all!

Is it possible to register? I am not able to view results on app. How do i get a pin or verify myself? It says it cannot verify me on the information i have provided

I visited this Dynacare location today, and was in and out within 30 minutes. There were a few people in queue ahead of me but the attendant at the front and the staff managed everything very well! There is seating inside with dividers in between seats which is also appreciated!

Preety was the nurse who looked after me; she was courteous and highly efficient at her work! She worked diligently in drawing my blood and took care in answering all my questions. Thank you to Preety and all the support staff!

All in all I had a great experience. I'm going to come back to this location for any future blood work!

I checked in online, and arrived according to the instructions. You have to complete the screening upon arriving, and then wait in your car.

However, in reality nothing like that happened. I entered the clinic, and right away, the receptionist rudely tells me to wait outside. I ask about the screening, and she repeats to go outside and wait.

I wait outside, and there's a line of 5 people now. This felt unfair as why would I check in online.

Later, the line started splitting into two, it was confusing as there was no signs indicating what each line is for. Then I realized that I was in the wrong line: there was a separate line for people who checked in. This was so upsetting as so many people who came after me already entered.

Then a lady who has a station near the door came back. So that was the person who was supposed to conduct the screening process, but the receptionist never mentioned her.

I went to talk to her, that I've been waiting outside for 40 minutes, although I already checked in online 40 minutes before I drove here. It was also very cold outside.

She didn't address my concerns and told me to wait outside again.

Since I needed to conduct blood work, I waited longer, and I finally was brought in. However this was very upsetting. The system is so garbage, as there's no proper signs anywhere. The lady at the door also keeps disappearing, so no wonder I ended up at the receptionist's desk before meeting with her. However, the receptionist could have explained the process properly. But no, even she has an attitude problem.

The only redeeming factor is the nurse who took my blood work, she was very nice.

Get your blood taken out by Mandeepak she’s super sweet and when she took my blood out it didn’t hurt a bit definitely go to her for your blood work she’s amazing and knows what she’s doing.

It was very quick for me, I went in and came out in 20 min for a blood work. I saw lot of bad reviews and prepared for a long wait time, but it was totally the other way. Online check-in really helped and I stepped in at 1: 10 PM on Friday and came out 1: 30 pm.

I was at DYNACARE at Cotrelle Blvd on Oct 25 am. Weather was windy, light rain with 6 degrees cold, 11 people waiting in line including 2 kids and few old ones too
Just to drop off the sample I had to wait long in that drizzle…
A request for MANAGEMENT ️ that although staff are doing their best, the wait outside in cold without any cover on top becomes harsh especially for old folks (not everyone can wait in cars coz people take ride, taxi, bus to reach ur lab…)
Infrastructure outside lab needs to be revised to accommodate long line ups

This is the worst blood lab. They are disorganized, the list of wait times on the screen is completely inaccurate, and they don't even follow the order on the screen. Avoid.

Better to drive 15-20 mins to another lab.

Terrible organization. Waste of time to check in online as they don’t follow it. You’ll get seen when they decide which order they want to follow. Have seen people on their wait list after me get seen before me. When called out on it they lie. Waited 1.5 hours for a 30 min wait time. When finally in a chair in the back everyone’s standing around chatting. This is the second time I’ve been here, and it was exactly the same last time.

Today I done with my blood test here.it was good experience my blood sample collected by MARILOU.she is very nice and very friendly. She is so professional. Highly recommend this place. Just its took inside 5 min for the blood sample.

Great experience. Went to visit Dynacare for my blood work. I had a very pleasant experience. There was a long line up but one of the staff collected our information while waiting in line which saved us time. After going inside things were very organized. It took barely 10 minutes to complete everything after I was inside. Staff was extremely friendly and polite.

SCAM! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY USELESS! THEY SAID YOU DON'T HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT YOU CAN COME ON THE DAY FOR AN OUTBOUND TRAVELLERS TEST! WE QUEUED FOR 30MINS, GOT TO THE FRONT OF THE QUEUE AND THEY SAID THEY DON'T DO PCR COVID TESTS FOR TRAVELLERS! IF YOU DON'T DO IT TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE AND STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE!

The lab is good, I had my pregnancy tests done, last week, the person at the entrance was very polite and helpful, towards all.
I was guided alongside as I stayed there for 2 hours. I thanked the lady Mrs mandeep at the doorstep before leaving. It was a good experience overall, I recommended that my rommies to visit here for any tests.

This was my 3rd time going there for blood test, had no issues last two visits. Testerday I did on line booking. I went there on given time. Waited for 40 minutes in waiting area. People came after me were done before me. After 40 minutes I was called in, the gentleman, who was taking my blood, his hand was not stable. I was bleeding after and had blue and purple with internal bleeding. It hurts

Omg crazy busy lab especially Saturday, I took chance to take my old parents there first was fully scared to see lines but lady name Preeti made it easy for us. She was so good in organizing different tests in different lines. I gave my cell phone and my parents remained sit in car.we were called close to our turn. It was great experience for my parents. But people now a days seems so careless not following social distancing, getting upset for no reason. Everyone in this pandemic should show some courtesy. It’s hard to manage big lineups. I will definitely come back here best lab.

I don’t know why people gave bad reviews. I have been there first time and they all are kind. I didn’t have my test details in a print form. I was wondering if they tell me to come other day. But She gave me an email and I sent it. The lady who took blood samples was also very polite and experienced. I didn’t feel much pain with needles. It takes few minutes so overall it was quick.

This location is always jam packed but its well organized and perfectly managed by management. I picked weekday to get my blood work done. I was shocked to see long line but it was turned out to be mine best experience. My name is entered in ipad by young lady name Preeti. She is so pleasant and organized. She gave me option to wait in my car. I got text message close to my turn. I was screened before entry. I waited hardly five minutes inside lab. Arlene took my blood very efficiently.lab washrooms were clean. Overall, best organized lab. I felt so safe and comfartable. Kudos to our healthcare professionals. Definately recomend this lab to my family snd friends

They are very good staff I got most of all the time blood work from there also I did my kids blood work from there to my little one only was 3 when he done his blood work from them they are very nice staff and knowledgeable I don’t know why people give them bad reviews there’s so many people then wait patiently and understand when we go to dr then how long we wait why not there.

I went there for my gestational diabetes test and called up 3 times before going there to know if I need an appointment and I was told that it’s just a walk-in for such patients and the test. However nothing like that happened, waited 40 minutes just to tell them that I m here for the sugar test and finally they started the process.

Ive been here about three times and left happy each time.the staff are polite and fast even though they are always busy. The procedure is also painless and efficient. Highly recommend to check in online before you go!

I I’m very disappointed with the service I got this past Wednesday,
I went for a blood test, which on previous time was performed without an issues
This time the technician was a gentleman, that I do not think he knew what he was doing
He pushed the needle too deep to my vein as the result I’ve a swollen, and bruised arm that is in pain and still is not going away

If not in middle of pandemic I would go to see my doctor about.
I’m not going to this group again

Went for my blood test today and the lady who was letting people in (I think she is called Preeti but not sure) was exceptionally rude and the customer service provided by her is very low grade. She has no idea that she is getting paid to serve people not to be horrible mistreating them. The gentleman Cyeril. P and the lady Victoria was amazing. Hope a senior looks in to this and take an action. To be specific today at 19-09-2020 at 10.32 she was checking people in i am complaining about this female.

The lady at the front desk was SO RUDE to my elderly grandfather who is a little confused sometimes. She was rushing him and giving the rudest attitude for no reason.

I’ve had good experiences with Dynacare but believe me when I say I’m never coming back.

Very busy place BUT they should inform people standing in line outside if they can't accommodate more people for long hours tests. Put signs outside so people can read and go to different location. It's very hard when you are fasting and after 1 hour wait you find out they cant accommodate you.

I was at the lab for blood work and the staff were absolutely amazing. The receptionist was polite, friendly and respectful. I was greeted with a smile and she asked how my day was going. When walking into a new environment for the first time, there's always some anxiety but the people at this location helped to relieve my anxiety. Ali (lab tech) was the best! He took time to explain the process AND showed me the washroom in case I wanted to know! From beginning to the end, this location is the best Lab that I have been to so far! Great work to the management and staff!

I go in this lab every 2 weeks for my mother tests and never been more than 15-20 min. Even when there is a lot of people the employees come out to finish the line up as soon as possible. Great customers service too. Sorry I don’t remember the names of the employees but they are all amazing. Good job

Worst customer service ever! I had to bring my mother in law in for blood work. I checked her in on the Dynacare-Network app so that we would get there on time of her appointment and not have to wait long as I would be waiting in the car with my baby.

She went in when the app was showing 2 minutes till her appointment. They made her wait 40 mins while I sat in the cold car with my baby! Her name was showing 2nd in line on the monitor but they kept taking other patients. When she confronted the staff they said the student technicians are careless and that’s why they didn’t consider your name in queue. That’s not acceptable.

Why do you have an app where people can check in and arrive on time when you’re not even going to consider it?

Save your time and go to another Dynacare location.

Staff really need to pick the pace along with the sequence, first come first serve. Need lots of improvement.

I have always had a good experience here. I usually have trouble drawing blood and every person I have come into contact with her has been helpful. They showed me features like a downloadable app that I could use to track my results. I have never waited more than 30 min, albeit I usually go first thing in the morning. The only place I go to get blood tests done for my family and I.
