It's my first time to come on this location to have my blood work done, upon entering to this lab I was greeted with a friendly smile her name is Melchora she help me with all my papers I waited in waiting area the screen was amazing I am able to see my waiting time by chance Melchora again help me and took my blood work it was easy and painless, I appreciate a lot when she help and explain to me the result online. Thank you for all your help.

I hate getting blood work done; I always get lightheaded and nauseous. As I was approaching the lab, I heard the nurses very hospitably welcoming other people and laughing amongst each other, which made me feel a lot less nervous. Overall, this visit was the quickest and most comfortable blood test I have ever done. I told the nurse (missed her name, a very friendly Southeast Asian woman) that I tend to feel dizzy and queasy during blood draws and, upon hearing that, she distracted me with constant conversation to the point I felt so relaxed that I hardly had any reaction. Props to her! Plus, there was zero wait whatsoever. I definitely recommend this place!

Well organized and efficient. Once the clinic opened, Beverley had all waiting patients organized in a matter of minutes. She was pleasant and good-humoured, and once things were organized, she was shuttling back-and-forth between taking samples for tests and helping to check patients in at the front desk. Wait times were very reasonable for a busy clinic, and staff were respectful, helpful and kind.

Sonal is the one of the best nurse ever that has the softest hand. If you have a phobia of blood, you have to find her.she’s awesome.

Most, not all of the staff is friendly. There's a board that counts your current estimated wait time. You are also notified via text.

I have been in this location a couple of times and staff have been friendly. But this weekend was different Melchora i believed her name is was not. At 8 - 8: 30 in the morning she's in the bad mood already. I understand people might have stupid questions and its annoying but you chose to work on the weekend and it's still early to show the attitude. Don't seat in the front if you can't be nice to people.

Mhel was very helpful in processing my blood request for blood works and explains options viewing results online and as well as follow up with family doctor. Swen was the medical tech who took the blood from me and process was very smooth and no pain at all experience with the needles. Shout for the entire staff and keep up the good work.

Friendly courteous staff even when busy and training, a bit of a wait but worth it. The technician Nicole was professional, kind and completed the blood work without it hurting, stinging or bruising! Gold star Nicole.

My wife had a blood test at your Albion location and she has a blood clod in that.
Patients should be dealt with patience and care

This is one of the worst Labs that someone could ever visit.
Wait time is insane, and the team is not organized at all.
Avoid this place if you value your time.

This place never pick up calls. No matter what time you call or how many times. Ive done lab work more than 2 weeks ago but still havent got my results. Been calling them many times.

Always have a pleasant experience at this location. Their online check-in helps ensure I do not have to wait long - I am alerted when it is almost my turn - and the staff are also friendly, quick, and professional.

I've been to this Dynacare several times. They're very busy on the weekends but service is very fast and efficient. I would recommend checking in ahead of time (however this option is not available on weekends).

I'm rating them 4/5 due to some negative experiences I've had there with a couple of nurses/admin. Also it's very hard to socially distance in the line outside the room but inside everything is very socially distanced and they provide hand sanitizer as well.

Overall they are very friendly and a hard working team. I had the pleasure of meeting nurse Beverley & Jenneth who were very kind and did an excellent job!

2 times this location has lost my son's urine collection, and the doctor didn't receive the result. Had to do it again and again.

I would highly recommend this lab of your blood work, they are fast n friendly and very professional. Ms. Ava is so friendly and have the best hand to take your blood. I am afraid of needles and my arm always hurt, but with AVA I did dont feel a thing. I was very surprised when she said we are done. She very gentle and kind.

Very efficient service. Excellent covid 19 protocol. Flexible hours of operation and free parking at the back. The only downside is that it’s a hit or miss with person drawing the blood. I have been here several times and I have stopped going because recently I’ve had repeated instances of where the staff has to puncture me twice because they forgot to fill one vial or they punctured me in the wrong place and have to do it again. This is too traumatic for me to endure, and fills me with anxiety.

I have been visiting this location for the past 6 yrs on a bi weekly and some times on a weekly basics and have never experienced the level of bad costumer service as I did today, I took my 73 yrs old mother who doesn’t speak English and because of the many health issues she has she requires lots of support, to start the line was wrapping half way around the building, luckily I have a chair in my car so I took it out set my mom by the door and had her sitting down so I would line up, as we kept approaching the lab I kept moving my mom, until we reach to the pharmacy as it was the more space for her to wait, as my turn comes, the employee at the door asked the COVID-19 question, and anything related to the test, then she asked to go to the left and line up to wait until I can go inside that’s when she ask if the test was for me, I said it’s for my mother, she asked if my mother was with me at that point I was making my way right to tell my mom what was happing and to come to the door when she sees me there, the employee turn to me and said “man to the left” she didn’t even let me answer and started telling to leave my mom sitting, no point to get her up cuz I have to line up anyways, when her turn to go in, I told her she didn’t speak English and will need my help, very rude she said you can wait outside I will call you when they are ready for her, so I went and waited by the pharmacy, I heard them calling my mom’s name twice and that’s when I decided to go in, the employee wanted to force me to put on sanitizer (interesting enough she wanted to force me to use sanitizer but she wasn’t enforcing proper mask wearing, which to me is the most effective was of preventing, there were some people with their mask under their nose) I said no I don’t need thank you, she started chasing me to the desk, and she wanted to kick me out, I said no I’m staying tight by my mother side, she said I will call you when they are ready for her, i said just like the same way you call me the first time? No thank you. I get you might be seeing more than usual, you might be working longer shifts and you might be tired, trust me I get as I work in a big box retail and we had gone thru in the past 2 months is unprecedented, understand we still humans, this person at the door today needs to be more patient and whatever frustration she has she should not be allowed to take it on costumers.it happened between 1030am and 12pm, I didn’t get her name but I’m sure it’s on your schedule who was assigned at the door at that time.

Does this place ever pickup the phone calls?
I've been trying to call for days! It's ridiculous how the phone rings on and on and then randomly hangs up on its own without ever being answered.

I booked online for my family, by the time I went their, it was huge line up today, Erika was nice and listened to us, accepted the online check in, and it was a quick trip for us.

This lab is great! You can register online or walk-in. They screen you before entering and the wait time is fast! The lab tech (gentleman) was great drawing blood the blood. I’m very satisfied with their service and efficiency.

Terrible place and organization. Waited to register for online check in for half an hour as you can only register at business hours which was fine. But they shut down their app at opening time. People had to line up in the corridor with no physical distancing and no fresh air. The floor space pointers were for about 5 people which was disregarded by at least 15 people who were afraid to lose their space in line. As more people flocked in the space got even tighter. Worst place to be during a pandemic. Shameful.

This place is amazing, especially one lady in whom remembers my name if I haven't been there for a while. My husband also goes there and she knows his name. This particular lady even knows my mom. Keep up the good ladies

I went to get an ultrasound done and the lady named Nusheen that was assisting me was so patient. I neglected to drink a litre of water and had to do so before the ultrasound can be done. I drank 5 cups of water total before my number surpassed 100 and was able to get the ultrasound done. I feel so bad, Nusheen missed her lunch break yet, remained professional!

I recommend her and this location!

Very nice and well managed environment - quite spacious. The safety measures they have taken during this pandemic is really praise worthy. I have been to other labs and this is a far better experience. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because they will charge $10.99 if you want to see your own results, where as, if I am not mistaken, LifeLabs offers it for free.

This place is phenomenal! I have a mask exemption for medical reasons and I have been harassed, abused and treated poorly (by LifeLabs). But not here! Beverly is very professional and kind. She took precautions for me and her staff without sacrificing level of care. I am very grateful for her! Thank you

I've been going here for a while now. Would recommend Antonette if you're able to choose, she is so kind and made me feel calm, the entire test was done very quickly and she really knows what she's doing. 10/10 service at this lab and the technicians are amazing here.

They took more than a day for stat bloodwork. And they were to selfish to at least suggest me to go to somewhere else for faster results as it was absolutely necessary to get it done asap.

I have recently done a blood test in this location and I’m completely satisfied, (this was my first blood test experience in Canada) The location is clean, organized, the staff are polite and friendly. And most importantly, the lady that did my blood test was super kind and I felt nothing! She found my vessel like a pro and it was done in a second!

They move fast and there is a good lady directing flow of incoming patients so you arnt confused when you come in. The blood draw lady was awesome. Amazing. I hope the lab test results come out accurately. I will be waiting on that. Then you will get your five stars. Customer service experience was great.

I told them I took tea in morning and when I get the reports they turn my status to fasting, They should know how important is patient status and how much important is to record it right.

My experience in this particular lab was excellent. However, when bloodwork returned an "abnormal" result, it was retested in the lab and shown as normal. I was expecting the abnormal result based on my condition and need to know accurate information. When I called DynaCare for the initial result, I was told that retesting is protocol and that they would not provide me the initial result. For this reason I must give a 1 star rating. Please contact me if you can provide me the initial result.

My mom just did a blood work 2 days ago at this lab. Now, her Hand is full of blood under the skin! Terrible dark blue and red blood at the spot of the needle! How do you guys work I can't understand?

I have my blood test done today at this location Albion. I'm giving because it's not only that I don't have to wait long time it's also because the staff is so polite, friendly most of all I really didn't feel anything (needle) she's taking blood. She's great, her name is Fritchie.

Walked in after the long weekend around 8am. 30 minute wait to get my blood taken despite a busy office. They worked quickly to help everyone as efficiently as they could. Esther was great! Thank you:)

Came at 7: 00am for blood test, there were 7 people including me. But waited for 1: 30 hour to get to my turn.

I don't understand why they continue to hire people who are more concerned about gossiping than actually helping patients. They also need to be trained on how to properly speak to people because so many of them are incredibly rude and will speak to you with so much attitude and rudeness. Customer service should be a priority, not an afterthought. Finally, they have the tendency to talk down to you or even yell because you didn't know that you needed to fast. They treat you as though you're an idiot even though they are the ones who can barely speak English and don't know how to communicate. A joke.
