It was a very unpleasant experience for me when I visited this laboratory. The staff here are not friendly. I will not comeback in this laboratory gor any test ever.
Deserve more than 5 star. I always got honoured of being served by Nidia. She is the best. She even took care of my 6 year old with so much care and fun he didn’t even feel the pinch. Thank you so much Nidia and Dynacare copper creek for helping me and my family always.
There is a phone line and no one answers it for hours. Head office needs to hire a full time receptionist for this place as it is very busy! It is unacceptable for a medical clinic not to work professionally.
I and my husband went there at the noon, there are only 4 people including my husband but over the 1 hour. After sitting in the waiting room for a long time, the nurse called my husband to go to a small room, then she went to the counter and use the computer…After 10 minutes, my husband went out to look for what was wrong, she saw him and just remember someone is waiting….
I had a form to get my blood checked for one thing in particular & others just because. The others were there but they failed to retrieve info about the main part of why i got my blood taken. The staff was condescending and apparently bad at reading forms. Literally go anywhere but here
My experience today at Dynacare was awesome. The staffs were very polite. The nurse name sheena who did my blood work and ecg was awesome. The needle didn’t hurt at all she was very gentle.
If you come early in the morning for walk ins, there’s not a lot of people. Receptionist is super nice and they can sent your message reminders when it’s almost your turn.
I arrived at 2: 30 on a Friday for bloodwork without an appointment and was seen right away. The staff were friendly and efficient and I was in an out within 20 minutes
Really Bad service. Most of the time have to wait between 40- 50 mins for routine blood work unless you are the first 5 to enter as soon as it opens. COVID is just an excuse to cover their slow service.
Got my EKG done 2 weeks ago, my family doctor still hasn’t received it - I was told 4 days. I’ve been trying to call them and no one ever picks up.
I can’t start my medication until I get the EKG results and it’s starting to affect my quality of life - because this lab can’t get my report over to my family doctor in a reasonably timely manner. I would’ve understood if it was 1 week, but two weeks and unable to make any contact? Just don’t come to this place.
Horrible and completely uneffececient phone line. No need to hear absolutely garbage general information when it would be better for me to just call in the appropriate department and hear whatever relevant voice messages after.
There was one staff who was very rude to the elderly and told the lady to pay for home visit services if she doesn’t want to wait in line. I heard the elderly lady explain that she is suffering from cancer and that she can’t stand up too long. It was so disheartening to hear this kind of a response from a professional. People like this should be fired.
I have been sitting here more than 2 hours. They have processed 5 people; I counted. They are clearly laughing and having a good time but no one is working. I can't stay, that's all the time I have today. Wasted 2 hours here, Plus an hour drive to get here
So I went here, with my husband, our names are similar, but I am a woman, and he is a man and we do not look alike. They mixed up our blood tests. And we only know because I have a blood condition and the doctor called and was like, oh, your blood condition is gone.but then they called my husband and told him he suddenly had the genetic condition.which is impossible. THEY MIXED UP OUR BLOOD SAMPLES
Avoid this blood lab. Wait times are minimum one hour. The staff are not friendly, sometimes rude and downright ill mannered. The washroom is dirty and never clean. This blood lab is run like a charity. You can no longer book appointments online. Another example of failure in our Health Care system
The worst organized place I have ever seen. Don’t know why you can’t just make an appointment here. Nor if it is just walk in then have a more organized system to take in patients. Your net check in website does not work. The sad part is there is few other options so people have no choice to live with this terrible process
I wish I can give a rating of negative 5! Terrible customer service with extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Also, tried calling all day and not one single answer or voicemail. Never will I go there again!
I took my two toddlers there who were both very anxious, one also gave a hard time but Nidia was wonderful very accommodating, patient and gentle. Very glad I went there.
My husband and I were at the Copper Creek Dyna Care Lab on Monday, Feb. 8th around 12: 30 pm. We had registered online prior to arriving and this always makes the process so much faster. The receptionist AND the one who did our blood work, was MIRASOL; she was fantastic.so polite and friendly.and so efficient handling both jobs so well. This is our only place for any lab work as the staff and service are both excellent. I could not say enough good things!
I was very disappointed with the wait time and finally left before being attended to.i could not get a response when i phoned to see if there are appointments.they should make it possible to make an appointment
They never answer their phones. I would be fired if I just ignored phone calls at my work.this is our tax payers dollars! Go figure! If I could - I would give a zero star!
Nidia is a very professional, gentle and friendly. I'd give a 5 stars for her. However, Mardiana was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She isn't willing to listen to my problem. When I go to bloodwork most of the time, people poke me more than one time. That's what I told Mardiana first. However, she said she has so much "experience" when she insert the needle, she was moving it too much. I didn't respond to her. I'd never complain about people but i don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. If you like the pain, go to Maridiana.
My wife and I tried calling at different times on multiple days during business hours, to schedule a simple blood test. No one was ever available to take our call, there was no voicemail, no IVR menu - NOTHING.
