This is one of two places in my life that managed to find my vein from the first time to draw blood. My veins are very difficult, so usually it takes at least 4 pokes to find them - which is painful and frustrating. Technician Fazila was able to collect a blood sample from the first attempt. This usually happens once in a blue moon so I'm super glad to come home with only one extra hole.

Also, I have been to this location 2 times and my experience has been great so far. I am flexible with the time when I come, so I haven't experienced long wait times as other reviewers are commenting about - usually about 3pm is when there are no people and you are the first or second served.

Both times the staff was friendly and professional. The location looks clean and neat too.

I can relate to same experience as some other people before me.
They will not service you here, unless you come long before they close.

Don't meet fulfillment promises on schedule, work is contracted out to Blue Horizon who are not interested in speaking to you if you have issues or are unhappy with the service, overall really disappointing service considering the price paid.

The Two stars are only for the very few hard working staff. This place is seriously understaffed. The announced half an hour wait time is actually 1.5 hours. Had this experience twice in the same week. Only one person at a time works to take blood samples and the three other booths are always empty. I think it is a cheap way for the owners to increase profits at the expense of poor patients who are spending hours in wait time.

I went there this morning. I asked the lady if they can accept the requisition from my phone. She said I need to download to their website. When o tried to download, the system was not working. I told her, the system is not working. She said nothing she can do and refuse me to have a blood test. Thank you guys. Try to have a better tech giy to solve your issues.

Just Don’t go there
It is not a busy location but there is a reason
I was there for a blood test and no one was in line
No idea why, The person was so in rush and did worse blood test and now I have pain in my hand for three days now with lot of bruising.
I am do a blood test every 2 months, and never had this experience.
Do yourself a favour and don’t go there!

To connect to the customer care centre is a nightmare. They don't provide clear information about the COVID-19 testing for travelling, it not clear if they provide QR code witht he results.

Very mixed review ahead.

I was sent to dynacare for blood work from the doctor at the hospital. They faxed over my requisition and asked I be seen at the beginning of the week.
When I went I was checked in and waited for 20 minutes. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t have my requisition although my doctor confirmed they sent it over. I had to leave.
They only are open until 4pm which can make it a challenge.
They also do not take walk ins for the 1st hour of the day at this location. No one answers the phone to take appointments.

Today I waited for about 15 minutes to be seen and rana did my blood work. I was shocked that I didn’t even feel it. I would literally only come back for this reason.

My wife did a blood work on December 11th and, after 25 days, some of the results are still not ready! No one answers the phone in the location.

What's the point of having a phone if nobody answers? Rings and rings and then just hangs up. Online check-in also not working.

I have always had a very positive experience with this location and on Friday it wasn’t any different. I was with my hard of hearing father and they were very understanding and let me accompany him all the time. The lady who greeted us at the door was very nice and respectful despite the fact that they were overwhelmed. I also had blood drawn myself and Maguy was particularly amazing at it, I did not feel a thing.

I've never had issues with this location until today (although I have never found them that friendly compared to other locations). I arrived at 3: 15 with my 16 year old daughter who needed some basic lab work. The sign on the door states their hours are 7: 30-4: 00. Another sign on the door states to wait in the hallway until a staff member comes out to screen you. So we waited. And waited. And waited. About 15 minutes later a staff member came out and told us they weren't taking any more patients today and to come back tomorrow. I told her we had been waiting there for nearly 15 minutes and perhaps it would have been courteous of them to let us know that sooner, and even perhaps put a sign on the door saying they were full for the day (also there were only 3 people inside waiting - and 45 minutes left until close). I asked if they could possibly squeeze my daughter in as she was quite nervous and had worked the courage up to go for the lab work. This employee was quite rude and refused. She also said there was no way we were waiting for 15 minutes and basically called me a liar. Needless to say we left and will be attending a different location in the future.

2 hour wait times, broken check in process.
Came back 3 times and still did not get all the tests done.computers broken more.than once.high level of disorganization before the actual blood test happens.hope they are being shipped out in time for proper results: (actual techs are ok but the process to get patients in is totally broken with zero communication

Worst Lab I have ever dealt with!
*I checked In online for a blood work to make things faster however I waited two hours to get my blood work done.
* The stuff is so rude!
I have fears of needles and I have fine veins! A young woman called my name after 2 hours of waiting to do the test; first told her that I’m afraid of needles and I asked her if she is comfortable to do the test from my hand because I used to do that! It’s so easy for me I have a very clear veins there.she said “yes I can do that I’m not the one who is getting the pain, it will be so painful ”. She tried two times to put the needle and she was making expressions like” OH NOOO nothing came out! I hurt you! Isn’t it painfull? I told you it’s so painful! ”
I wasn’t feeling good at that time I felt so dizzy because I’m afraid and stressed and she freaked me out more with her words! After that I PASSED OUT! BEACUSE OF HER! She is so rude and unprofessional.

There is 2 women who work on the front desk are very rude and I had to wait for an hour to do blood work.
Very bad lab.

Followed the sign outside the service centre entrance and "wait to be let in". This post referred specifically to that first person "guarding" this service centre entrance. Patients have two methods of booking blood works before coming into the service centre: 1. Online; 2. Walk-in.

Tried online but system was unavailable. Ten, called ahead this morning. Found out there could be walk-in for this centre. Confirmed centre hour before 4pm. Even the phone receptionist repeatedly told to come earlier than 4pm. Arrived on 3: 16pm. There were two more patients behind me outside centre door. This person guarding the door with full PPE who opened door to let patients out, told people outside the door claiming the centre would not accept anymore walk in and should book an appointment online.

I told her that I had tried their unavailable online system and had called ahead to make sure I had followed their rules. Her reply was not letting me in and she could not do anything for me. I told her I have used all their methods and followed their recommended booking methods and should allowed me in within their the office hour. She was mocking me by telling me to come the next day between 7: 30am to 8: 00am, adding, (even with that early time,) it would not guarantee acceptance because it would depend on "their capacity".

We, patients, have right as well because patients were not there to make trouble but they have issues and are referred by their doctors. Even bank will take care of any line up before closing their office. I respect all health care workers and they have worked really hard. But most of them kept patients in their mind first and help them to resolve their medical needs.

Customer service by phone didn't even exist. When you finally get through all the preamble, the phone rings numerous times then hangs up! Going elsewhere.

I tried to reach Customer service and waited for over an hour on hold. Still waiting for a Customer Service Rep.
I signed up for Fee based Online results and unfortunately this paid service is not worth it as results are not available in a timely basis. Other labs provide results in 24 hours.

I was really impressed with the efficient service considering the current covid challenges. Everyone was super friendly and the lab technicians were lovely. This is the only place I'll go now when I need blood taken.

I tired checking online as per the website since early morning and I couldn't, then i drove to this clinic and guess what, they are open. So after asking why I can't check in online if you are actualy open. She said the system doesn't work on weekends, I said then post that on the website da. She said tell that to our IT. That's the level of service at this location. These guys don't smile or look you in the eye. Go somewhere else

I registered online, and waited an additional ten minutes for service, once I arrived at the lab. Understandable under the circumstances. The lab technician was quick and efficient and I was in and out of there in no time. I have been to this location many times and have always received great service.

Made appointment using their app. Waited in line for 10 minutes after arriving on time. Waited 10 more minutes inside before they asked me where my paperwork was? Lady checking in lost it. Finally had my blood work taken 35 minutes after arrival. Good thing I used their app for an appointment. BTW tech that took my blood was awesome, really knew that she was doing.

S6ervice quite good but last time and one time earlier their reported K vaue in blood work were on higher side due to which my cardialogist got concerend and on rechecking from life labs and in hospital it was found that vaues reorted by Dynan care were higher than actual values

Check-in on-line.
If you are a walk-in patient, you may wait in line much longer than you expected, because even if you are first in line, you will have to let everyone who registered earlier online, go in before you.

Despite on line check in Estimated wait times keep changing. Once there instructions are unclear. These are difficult times no need to make it more difficult.

OMG! I got both poked on both arms for a simple blood test. The person was probably new and didn’t know how to take it, plus their hands were shaking. How can you hire someone for blood tests, which is sensitive, whose hands are shaking all the time? Even on the second arm when I was poked I could see it wasn’t correct since filling the vials took super long. The place has done a great deal in check-in and managing queues but you got to hire correctly for the job that is your business! Probably won’t risk coming back here
