I was there and the place was exceptionally organized and clean. I had a positive experience with Nilveda, who administered a blood test. She was friendly and professional.

Extremely slow service. How come one blood work takes 10 to 15 mins. Need to hire more staff.

Don’t come.they are very rude especially I was dealt with this Filipino reception.she’s so rude.she doesn’t have people skills.

I have a phobia of syringes, and otherwise terrible experiences during blood work (profuse sweating, disorientation, fainting, vomitting, rapid heart rate). Staff at Dynacare were quick, empathetic, and took care of me from the moment I walked into the clinic. Thank you.

Poor service, despite check in and names list showing on the screen. They don’t call you in order. They are randomly calling people here, people whose name is far down in the list on the screen get called first. You need to wait very long. This happened to me twice here.

They are rude and not professional people. Worst experience ever. They make you wait for hrs. Also my test was not done for all the areas mentioned in my printout. They missed it I had to go again and get it done.

I had amazing experience here, for my first time, I did go early around 7. Was greeted nicely. Then Maureen was nice and gentle with my arm and taking blood out. And we had nice conversation. Hope likes this all the time:).

One of the worst service of Dyna care i seen, i reached @3: 30 pm and their closing time was @4: 00 pm. The lady on reception refuse to do my test and told me come tomorrow we are closing @ 4: 00. Even there was 30 minutes left to close and only 2 patients were inside. I will suggest to everyone be aware from these unprofessional and non cooperation staff.

Avoid this place, It is time waste here with staff they have zero knowledge, un professional staff, they made me wait for almost 2 hours, go to life lab instead of wasting time with Dynacare, i wish i can give them 0 star or minus,

Never fails to disappoint me. This location is the worst. I checked in online and the wait was 45 mins. I waited 45 mins so i dont have to wait when i go to dyna care but even then when i went after waiting for so long, they took other people who did walkins and were not supposed to go before me. Its like if you check in and wait for that long it wont matter because they will not follow rules and take people who are walking in. Waste of my time honestly. So upset.

Check-in feature is followed at this center, so I checked in and arrived exactly 10 mins before estimated wait time. Maureen provided great customer service and seamless experience for the blood work. Will revisit this facility next time as well.

Very friendly and was able to wheel my mother in in her wheelchair. Would highly recommend this lab

Most inefficient and ineffective lab you’ll ever visit. Checking in online is pointless as it doesn’t save anytime. When I checked online wait time was 43 min. When I arrived I had to wait an additional 40 min past my estimated time. When I asked about the delay I was told “things happen” go to lifelabs instead. They may be trashy but they are efficient

I checked online and when I arrived there was only one person a head me. Although it wasn't busy at all they had me to wait half an hour and that was very frustrating.

Needed early morning/fasting bloodwork site that also had ECG and found this location in Oakville. I was greeted with, “Good morning! Welcome to Dynacare. ” Impressive from the minute I walked in. Clean, fast, and technician was exceptionally positive and caring.

One of the most pathetic dynacare locations. Their wait times are insanely long even after checking in online. I received a message that my wait time was 5 minutes and I’ve been waiting for 1 hour even after receiving that message.
I wonder they are still functioning. The staff is insanely slow and it surely seems to be understaffed

I dont understand the negative reviews. The service at this place is exceptional! There is barely any wait time. Maureen was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable through the process.

Waited 30 mins to find out they didnot have the test i needed. Drove all the way here for no reason and they were sending me to another location that had a 80 mins wait. So disappointed in the service and experience i had.

Very rude customer service! I will never come back to
this location. I checked in on line, arrived just on time and had to wait another 40min. When I voiced my concerns, I got very arrogant and condescending response!

This site is extremely under staff which then makes estimated online waitlist useless as you have to double that wait time when you enter the office.the place is street level great light/sun and clean.

The staff are knowledgeable but again people are waiting ridiculous wait times because of under staffing. Whoever manages the staff timetable needs to either learn how place staff correctly or go a different career route.

Made an appointment which was in 30 mins. Arrived on time and had to wait another 1 hour 40 minutes. At least they can set the right expectations on what the wait time is. If you're looking for a quick in-and-out with an appointment, this is not your location.

I am waiting for more than one hour. When I walk in, the screen was showing 20mins waiting time. I don't know why someone jumping the line. Nobody explained that. And the staff is very rude.

No point checking in online. The wait time is incredibly long regardless of when you check in. Staff are not very welcoming either. While waiting an extra 40 minutes after my checkin time expired I saw three other patients leave because they had to go to work. This location just adds stress to people’s lives. I would recommend a different location or a different lab all together.

This locations is abundantly filled with rude staff. No social skills what so ever, inexperienced with babies and online check in is completely a waste of your time.

I entered my name for online waiting and I came when I got the message to come, only to deal with a rude receptionist who was fully engaged with another client for a very long time and didn’t care about me already registered!
What’s the point for check in then? !

Was extremely happy with the short waiting periodic for both my parents getting blood test at the same time paid for the online app to get results. While there we picked up a prescription at shoppers drug mart conveniently for an my parents.

Excellent experience, very well organized, smooth flow of patients, curtious and professionallly trained staff.

Avoid at all cost if you need a blood test for young kids!
I love Dynacare, i ve been to many different locations in GTA, for me or for my kids, but this one, this location, is the worst. They are rude, not experienced, nonchalant,
My kid was fasting (for blood test) and after 1hour and a half and hurting and scaring my kid i still have to find an othet place because the "nurses" were: "you can wait or go somewhere else".
Of course I ll go somewhere else, can t trust the staff in this place.
