Extremely busy and short staffed, when asked about the long wait and why they’re short staffed they said that it is like this everyday and they can’t help it.

Had another blood test with Marilou. Her and the rest of the staff are so kind as always. Love this dynacare location even though I dread needles! Thank you Marilou!

Keep on changing time estimates, takes minimum 2 hours when you’re told it’s only 50 minutes to begin with so you don’t bother going to a different location. No online check in, no appointments - it’s ridiculous to expect people to take so many hours out of their day… just for a blood test. When my wait time was still 58 minutes after waiting over an hour, I simply left and will use LifeLabs for my monthly blood tests instead.

Not to mention, when I brought my grandmother with cancer for a blood test here they also had her wait hours, then wanted her to sit in the tiny, extremely crowded waiting room for another 2 hours so they could keep an eye on her… She felt really unwell so I just took her home after she threw up (we had to rush her into a room down the hallway). The waiting room is incredibly tiny, it’s an extremely busy location, and the wait times are always ridiculous no matter the time of day.

Had an excellent experience. Wait times were very low as I only had to wait for approximately 2 minutes before being called. Would like to give an honourable mention to Marilou for providing excellent costumer service. Highly recommend this location and would definitely come back. - Rohit

Just had a extremely bad experience with this dynacare. Two nurses tried to take blood sample from my 18 months daughter and they couldn’t find the vein. They injected and moved the needle many times at the same place on my daughter’s hand because of which my daughter can’t stop crying and her hand is swollen now.

They don’t honour their operating hours and stop accepting patients well before they even close

My friend and I are both pregnant and we had our blood drawn from marylou and Mae. The service at this location was exceptional! They are so professional, kind and we shared some laughs! I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer service! Manjot was really helpful. She really went above and beyond the expectations and was very supportive in getting the samples.

Blood work is usually a painful experience for me as my veins are small and hard to find. But Leon found it quickly and it was pretty painless.

Marilou took my blood, she did nice job I didn't feel pain. I always go on this location for my blood work. Neat and tidy place.

Always had a terrible experience getting blood work done because I don’t have the easiest vein to find. Marilou was able to get my blood work (about 12 vials) done in under 5 mins. It was the most seamless blood work ever done for me

The place was neat and clean but the wait times were pretty bad. I was there on a Saturday morning at 7.30am and the wait time showed about 57 minutes which is still acceptable but I was eventually called at 9.35am and it was frustrating. Did not understand what the holdup was and why the actual wait time was double the estimated wait time.
But the good news is that the staff are nice especially Nicole, who did my blood work was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have very difficult veins to work with and had my veins recently injured by the emergency department in a hospital but Nicole did it in one go and so skillfully. She even gave me tips to help me the next time I have blood work done.
Might give this place another shot.

Wonderful experience at this Dynacare. Very warm, friendly, efficient and accurate. Was treated with dignity and care and the staff took our medical readings with speed, delicacy and warmth. The wait time was about 45 minutes however we signed up for text messages to alert us of our spot coming up soon, so just passed time by shopping at Walmart connected to this clinic, took care of a few chores and was back to the collection area in perfect timing with not more than 5 minute wait. Signed up for Dynaplus and lab results were very quick within 2-3 days. We will for sure return to this lap for any future routine health testing requisitions.

I came last minute and was greeted by Manjot with courtesy and politeness. Then Marilou took my blood with ease. Thanks to these two, fears of getting blood drawn is past!

I received quick service at this location. Initially when I went in, the wait times stated 44 mins. I ended up waiting only 10min. BJ was very friendly and professional.

Johanna was very experienced. Didn't feel anything when blood test was done. Only took 20 minutes.

Tweetie was the medical worker that attended to me. She was very sweet and explained everything very well. I highly recommend going this woodbridge location on Hwy27

I must say that the consistency and beautiful attitude of the technicians especially Marilou has got my attention. I'm making this my go- to lab! First time at this clinic, because the one on Weston, the earliest appointment available was a 12: 30 pm, and I need it to be fasting, so I went to this one and I was the first in and out, very efficient and polite staff, Johanna took my blood sample with no problems. Definitely recommend.

No one called me back despite sending my test requisition and no one bothers answering client calls either.

Janaya and Marilou were BOTH awesome. I just love their service every time! This is the main reason why i don’t hesitate to come to this location. During my visit, I have observed that although Janaya is still a student.her professionalism is remarkable and it felt like she is already a pro when she drew my blood. This shows how great she is as an overall student and also Marilou who she is overshadowing for setting the standards high for our future lab technicians. I will miss Janaya when her placement is done. The 2 times I’ve been in this location while she was present was nothing but such a pleasant experience!

This has been my go to location since it opened. Always used to be a short wait time until recently. I have been here more than 3 times in the past month at different times in the day and wkdays and wknds. No matter what time I show up, the wait is more than an hour! Even after checking in online, I am still looking at 20 minutes of wait upon arrival. The staff is amazing but the management needs to take in account the high volume. I have noticed patients getting frustrated and yelling at your staff. I don't blame them, and the staff tries their best to handle the situation. I hope the management hires more ppl soon!

I have visited this dynacare many times, excellent customer service but lately have noticed waiting times have gone way beyond what they have been in past. Staff runs off their feet to accommodate pts.

I been second time at this location. Mari Lou was very professional and helpful. Waiting period was longer than I anticipated. First time I went in July, it was very quick.

Have had numerous good experiences at this location. Quick and easy to check in. Nice and clean and safe location. The best person for blood work is Marilou. She has great skills in working with difficult veins and people who are anxious to get blood work done. Marilou is patient and caring. Thankful to have found Marilou and this location.
