Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

The receptionist needs to improve how to talk to the patient. I read the sign on the wall to improve making environment with courtesy, comfortable, and safe in dynacare Lab. I didnt feel any from one of the receptionist manner. Ruined my day. No welcoming place. Please go to Bay st.

When I was there, this center had only person taking blood work, doing ecg etc, depending on the time of the day and numbers of patients ur wait time will be higher.

I visited this place for the very first time to do some blood test and more. TESSIE was very nice and professional in her work and have great customer service, I appreciate it for all the help and that mean great management staff

It’s insane how unprofessional everyone in this office is. They’re all extremely rude, and it’s very clear that they would rather be anywhere else then at their job working. Your questions will go unanswered, forget trying to contact them via phone because they purposefully do not answer they’re calls. When you have someone poking a needle in your arm to extract blood, you’d rather not have them look like they want to murder you. Terrible service, terrible employees, do your self a favor and go somewhere else

Excellent personnel, close to my home with reasonable hours and they take credit cards unlike other labs that only take cash.

Well, they not only lost my blood work, they claimed that I never visited in the first place.

Very quick service, in and out in no time. However, I later had to spend time on the phone with their head office trying to figure out what happened to the results.
