Terrible customer service! I am trying to cancel an appointment. Can't do it online, no info how to do it, anywhere on the website. Tried phoning location, 2X, phone was ringing more than 3 minutes, no answer.

Had to go for an ECG today and i was treated very rudely. To start with there was no gown and it was very uncomfortable. The technician was really harsh while sticking the electrodes and didnot allow to cover myself back with atleast with the paper towel provided whilst the test.i have been to the emergency a couple of times and they treated me with manners. Also she barged in while i was changing to confirm my health card number where I could see people standing outside. Would not go back here for anything other than getting blood work done. Also she poked me on the same place where it was sore from my previous hospital visits and she acted surprising while I pointed out how sore and red it was! Seems like she really wanted to be out from there before 6pm.

I walked in to get my blood work, there was a bit of a wait time but the staffs were working pretty much fast. I checked out within 30 mins.

They never pick the calls. I tried for so many times to get some important informations. And secondly they gave me information about Dynacare plus where I can register, pay and see my lab results. But every time I’m trying it first showed that you pin is already in use and now it’s showing that your personal information is incorrect and when I sent a mail to the support team they are not at all checking it. Pathetic services and A true example of careless healthcare.

Not the best. The person at the front desk was unbelievably rude. At one point, they barked at me to give them my form when I already had.:/ They also made a data error, meaning that my results didn't get posted to the account that I PAID for. (Ridiculous that you have to pay in the first place.) This location's phone just rings and rings and rings until you the end of time, but I finally got a hold of someone at, I believe, the main office and they were able to ascertain that it was the data error holding me back. I am now waiting for that to be corrected so that I can see if I am dying or not.

I should note that the person who took my blood was kind and courteous - no complaints there.

If there is 100 stars that I can give to this, I would do it. I'm very much thankful for the immediate attention that they provided for my daughter. She's had an infection and had been having fever and had relapse of it and yet when my daughter and I came in, they immediately didn't let me wait for so long even though they were short staff. Oh my the lady who brought us in with NO question at all, and the gentleman who drew blood for my daughter, and the other staff who held my daughter's arm while they were doing the procedure on her, I'm so thankful! So much! Really that's with great compassion what you folks have done, and immediate attention. I wanted to say thank you so much for the amazing service you provided for my daughter when we needed it! Thank you thank you!

I came to this location twice. Both times they made mistakes in my samples. First time, for my daughter, they missed a very important indicator for blood test that the doctor indicated in the requisites. Second time they lost my sample, because they didn’t date it, label it …. How can medical staff can be so irresponsible? !

Rosalie was wonderful she found my vein quickly and I didn’t feel any poking also she did ECG and I asked what ECG stands for she said excellent caring girl

Bobby is amazing! Usually, there is one vein that others keep reusing to draw my blood, but Bobby was able to find other veins on both arms! No one has ever been able to find a vein they can pull blood from on my left arm! This was very helpful, considering I needed to do 3 blood draws in a short time.
She is very cautious and made sure not to resuse any veins to avoid bruising and swelling. I did not feel a thing when she injected the needles. She was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable during my time at the clinic. I've never been treated so well by any clinic staff. She also understands and respects confidentiality and does not blurt out questions in front of other customers. She was just the person I needed today! Thank you, Bobby!

Had to have a ECG, the technician did not provide a gown, she had a rude tone of voice, after being exposed, she allowed another technician to enter the room without any warning to me. This technician entered and I was startled. The technician laughed and proceeded to finish the test.
I will not go back againThis was my common law experience not mine personally.

Very fast service, was in and out in 10 minutes. Normally it's very difficult to find my veins, Rosalie did an amazing job. She was kind and efficient, thank you!

On Thursday July 28,2022 I had to do a few test which involve taking blood and the though of needle scared me however these amazing the lab technician had reassure me the it will be ok thank guys

The receptionist old lady talk so rude we went there today without appointment and asked her casually is there any slot available ATM.she should say yes or no.if u hav a bad day dont spoil someones day.will never go there again.

Worst customer service, the receptionist at customer service was so rude (I think a Phillpino girl), she asked rudely where is the paper, I said it’s monthly thing and you have in system.she said you need to book or wait one hour. I said it’s ok I’ll come back and give me my health card back, she returned it to me rudely without saying sorry or anything, and just turned away. Very disappointed. I have their subscription otherwise I would never go there. She needs to be trained how to behave. They don’t even deserve one star.

They are fast and very good! I have very difficult veins and they always get me on the first try. Only issue I have is that I don't hear well, and I read lips when I can't understand the speech. With masks I can't read their lips and I have difficulty with accents - not their fault, so I wouldn't lower the rating. The nurse I had today was Rosalie, and she was SO good, I never even felt the needle go in, and she got it on the first try! I have very small, slippery veins and many drs and nurses don't do well. Rosalie did great!

Worst lab experience ever!

I lined up outside the shoppers drug mart after I booked an appointment online because it said that only advance bookings are done for appointments. However when I arrived there, walk ins were accepted!

The Staff outside a woman with glasses and at the guy at the desk inside were extremely rude and power tripping. Short with the people. Getting excited if people moved the wrong way. Even to a woman walking to the grocery whose mother was in the queue. I think they were Filipino which I am so that was embarrassing. But they were the very rude kind!

I couldn’t even get my lab work done because i was told when I got there that I needed to reply to their email which I did. However they couldn’t read it so they asked me to submit it in PDF form. Really? Since when was that part of lab work? I don’t know how to convert their file to PDF. What a joke! I had another appointment to go to so I had to leave without getting anything done. They did not get any business from me.

Maybe they are trying to be too fancy with their new system but nothing got done and appointments including mine ran at least 1/2 hr late.

What a complete waste of time!

This company is getting too Big for its own good. Must be making a fortune with all the Lab work! Book Appts and they don't honor the time! Place inside is packed, line outside as well. Why should I book an Appt if they are not gonna respect it.

Called this location to ask how I can get a 24 hour urine collection container. Waited on the phone a few minutes as it rang endlessly. Then it hangs up on me. Awesome service! Previously, as directed by the site I made an appointment and showed up early as advised. Someone cut in front of me and gave them a number higher than my confirmation number indicating that his booking was after my appointment. The lady at the door just ignore that little fact and ushers me in. When it was my turn to get my blood work done, I was directed to a cubicle where I waited ten more minutes while they figured out how to process other people's tests.not mine but other people's! I am diabetic and I was there for a fasting blood work. To have to wait for something to have to wait for something not related to me is maddening. It wasn't like this before so I don't know what happened. I am very disappointed. Unfortunately it's the closest location to me and I have no choice but to go here.

I go there all the time. Sometimes It's a bit of a wait outside but once you get in it goes by fast. The staff are friendly and courteous and i love that you can see where you are in the Que on the screen. So far nothing but good experiences. I must add to this because I think this place just keeps out doing itself.

After much procrastinating I finally attended to do my blood work recently. I didn't realise that now you have to schedule an appointment prior to attending. I showed up and the nurse was really nice and very accomodating. She realised that i wasn't aware of this, gave me a contact number for the next appointment and told me that they absolutely will see me. This is what I mean about excellent service. I won't go anywhere else.

There should be a clear rule for those people checking online vs standing outside. I was there in line at 800 AM.and here comes somebody claiming he checked online.and the employee took him inside.clearly any body that has checked online after 800AM should be lining up and not be given priority over those standing in line at 800 AM. I have my phone with me. I could have done the same but I thought priority should be first come first serve.regardless checking online or
standing in line.other than this. This is still a great place to be.the place is clean and highly recommendable.

I am not complaining on any individual person, I am sure they are great people, but rather the lay out of the lab itself, when dealing with the front desk, it provides no privacy in your conversation. The attendants speak very loud for all to hear especially in matters many would like to remain private. These labs should be designed in such a way where the waiting area is away from the front desked and the attendants should tone down their voice a little for privacy.

I'm always happy with the service at this location. Most importantly, the technicians are well-trained. They spend some time looking at where to insert the needle, and when they insert the needle, they get it right the first time! What more do you want from a blood collection service?

Always a great experience when I go here. I mean as good as it can get for getting a needle stuck in you. I've been here multiple times and staff is always polite, it's clean and out of the ten times I've been, there's only been two times that I've had to wait. I always have my phone or a book so it's cool. Every other time I've been in and out.

My physician wanted me to get a (fasting) blood test and this location was convenient for me to get to, plus the hours of operation also made the decision easier.

NOTE: The entrance to this lab is gained inside the Shoppers Drug Mart (at the rear of the store just left of the pharmacy department).

I had the paperwork from my Doctor along with my health card ready for the person at the service counter. Some services are not covered by OHIP and you’ll have to pay upfront out of pocket.

There’s seating for about 20 people. The TV monitor on the wall displays the wait times before you’re seen by a lab technician.

Staff were polite and efficient. I was in/out in 30 minutes.

The wait wasn’t too long but the Filipino lady at the front desk checking you in had no manners. Even her phone etiquette is terrible. Just the way she was talking to every single patient was horrible. She was rude and half the time doesn’t even look up from the computer. Learn some manners. Making Filipinos look bad with your bad attitude and poor customer service.
