Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

Everyone complaining that "people just walked in after me and are seen to before I was! "- need to check in online. Takes literally less than a minute, and tells you exactly what the wait time is so you're not stuck in a line just to get checked in. There's signage all over explaining it in every lab. Sorrynotsorry, when MY name gets called- I'm going in regardless of how long YOU'VE been waiting and why. That's my only quibble- there was an older woman melting down over having had to wait for people who were ahead of her in the virtual line and refusing to listen to reason about it.

Anyhow- this location is fast and efficient. Blood draw was accurate and painless, technician was very kind and set me at ease. In and out, from soup to nuts, in less than 15 minutes with online check in and sending requisition ahead electronically. Results were sent to my doctor the next morning!

Would absolutely recommend using this lab.

No one answers the phone after 5-7 minutes the phone keeps ringing and then just disconnects. I have tried many time in case it’s busy or someone is preoccupied but not even once was the phone answered!

I had been to dynacare for the blood work today n my arm is so sore n heavy. I have a bump on the site and the vein is bruised. Extremely bad experience so far.

I have always had a positive experience at this lab, especially with Jennie. I am afraid of taking blood, but she always ensures that I feel comfortable. She takes her time, is so caring, and very precise, I don't usually feel too much. I feel much more at ease going to this location knowing I can request Jennie.

All the services are perfect & faster but the question is why in case we have to pay CAD$11.29 to view online results, it's should be free, hope you care take attention for this point

Went for my bloodwork yesterday, service was fast, and Fritchie was very sweet and professional.

Very clean and nice environment. Jennie was the best. I always face problem giving blood sample due to thin veins but Jennie did in seconds.

Proffessional kind and knowledgeable! Quick and easy. Fritche always has a happy face and postive vibe whenever I go for blood work. She makes its easy and fun!

Despite all the bad reviews, I thought they did the best that they can, given the amount of work and customers/requisition to deal with, while still being friendly. The only downside is the parking, which is not free

First time, I went to Dynacare at 71 King Street West at around 11: 15 am with my 11 Year old son for a blood test. After a 2-minute waiting, I was attended by FRITCHIE who did a fantastic job!

For someone who's afraid of needles, Jennie made the visit easier. She is such a caring individual. Professional, clean place with quick easy service. Would reccomend this Dynacare over other locations because of this and also predominantly because of Jennie. Thank you Jennie!

My blood work was done really quick! I didn’t have to wait and the sweet lady fritchie was super professional and gentle!

Today I went for blood work. Jasmeet was super professional and very kind. I told her that sometimes I fainted when I saw the blood and she took care of me all the time. I will definitely return.

I went to this place had no problem getting my bloodwork done after going to the one, when I left they told me it would take 3 to 4 business days but I got my tests reports the next night, all is good with me there. I will go back to this place again.

I had to go and get blood work and other tests done. They were very friendly and helpful, my experience was great. There was minimal wait time, I booked online but I didn't realize it was for only 30 minutes, the front desk secretary kindly explained that to me for the next time if required. Thank you to the staff.

The staff is very friendly and they did the job very sensitive especially the staff FRITCHIE she took my blood samples very nice that I didnt feel any pain at all. I had very great experience!

A rare and great walk-in lab, no appointment needed, that is really awesome! I did ultrasound test, and i need to do blood test withink 24 hours, which I didn't know before. I thought I screwed it and I could not make it. I went to the Dynacare lab just 15 before closing, and the doctors were very nice, professional and efficient. I felt it only took me within five min.to complete the blood test, no lines ahead of me. I really appreciate it! Thanks a lot to doctor Jasmeet!

I came with my 85 years old mom for ECG on last Friday. The lady was saying I am getting lots of artifacts. I requested her that I could go some other location or other day. She later says I am going send it to your doctor anyway.
My doctor didn’t receive it. They say they do not have any records. Very unprofessional. Worst location

I like to call ahead to make sure they can perform the required diagnostics that day, but they don't answer the phone here. It keeps ringing, and no answer. Same thing months ago. Why don't they ever answer the phone?

I have been here twice, both times the staff was very nice and helpful. I have seen them accommodate people with special needs in a very professional way. Chapeau to all the ladies working there, great job.
