It's so difficult to book an appointment for one urea breath test. I have called multiple times and it always takes me to the 10 min long monologue about everything except what I need and then the bloody voice message starts over again
And finally it told me that certain branch is closed.shouldn't it be the first thing to say?
When I called the next location the lady was like you need to come in next two days for the test and wouldn't book me for the next week because "she only had limited kits left " after telling me I need to be off meds for at least 7 days for test. Is this professional?
Please people have jobs too and.stop wasting our time if you are not willing to accomodate.worst customer service

Dynacare is nothing but issues. Constantly have to babysit them on posting results. They never post results in a timely manner. Half the time I have to call them and they always seem to have "forgotten" to post the results or send them to my doctor. For a paid service this is ridiculous. Dynacare is run by a bunch of clowns.

Check in system online is wonderful, accurate, easy to navigate. People are helpful and efficient.

I've called 4 times between 4 and 43p today, April 26th and this location refuses to answer their phones. Thank you dynacare for not answering a pregnant patients phone call regarding blood work that needs done. Kudos to you Guys.

My first experience at this clinic was absolutely horrible. I stepped out to sit in my car and make a phone call while waiting the required hour before getting blood drawn after drinking the glucose drink for the gestational diabetes test. I was told not to eat or drink within the hour but nothing else. I was called and left a rude and stern voicemail that I was not supposed to leave. I return quickly, and Immediately after returning I was attacked by both women speaking in a very brash tone as if I was a child in an elementary school… asking where I went, what I was doing and asking why I left.standing up behind the desk and SCOLDING me in front of a room full of people. Not sure where this entitlement comes from, but the level of professionalism and customer service at this location is absolutely ZERO. Will never ever be stepping foot in this clinic again.

Unwilling to accept me even an hour before their closing time. I and my doctor didn't received the result they they suppose to send now more than a month. Such unprofessional and less care for the health of peitients.

Very good experience today to collect a sample of blood from my 2.5 year old. The check in process was fast (provided I used the check in tool on my way there), I didn't have to wait at all. The staff was very kind and patient through this hard and scary process for my baby. Thank you Latha, Sherri, Salome and Yeni.

Not sure why this place has such low ratings, but from my experience today it deserves a 5-star. Checking in was easy and we only had to wait 10 minutes. You also can do it online before you show up.

Big shout out to Yeni for being so professional to get blood sample from a two year old toddler. We were so impressed by her skills!

So unprofessional for radiology… came 30 minutes early for my wife’s ultrasound, go told to leave and come back at the time. Came back half an hour later and have been waiting for an extra hour after our apt. Meanwhile people walking in showing their req and get called in within minutes

Very inefficient even with the Check In app. They revealed to me after that they forgot to take me in the same time as my partner. I was trying to tell them this, but one receptionist and the? Charge nurse were extremely rude and didn’t let me finish my sentence. I know the struggle of working in healthcare but at least have respect for the patients that actually give respect to you guys.

I went there I waited in the line which never moved so I just left.never ever do I want to go back.

I had a great experience today at Dynacare. It was my first time and I plan on returning. Very clean facility, and friendly, professional staff. They had an online check-in system with wait times posted. I was a walk-in and only waited about 10 min.
