This location has a good organization and the service is fast. I was seen by Naaz, these ladies works hard to accommodate and provide an exceptional attention.

I came to do my blood work today with a fear of blood I just couldn't stand seeing it, but that fear soon went away as soon as I entered the room to do my work I explained how I felt and this amazing employ CHENA who was doing g my work immediately understood and. Got Mr a small needle thank tp her I didn't t even feel anything I deifntey recommend this place ro anyone who has a fear like em.

I went for blood work to Ajax Dynacare, Naaz helped me and she was very professional and pleasant. Really appreciated.

Made an appointment online and was in and out of the clinic within 10min. Thank you Naaz for being fast, kind, gentle, and making me feel comfortable.

I'm so annoyed at this place right now. I asked them to do my standing order (every two weeks, the req is on file) along with my other blood work last week. They said sure. They did not. Now I'm a week behind schedule on my standing order. I get it tested every two weeks I can't afford to be a week behind because someone "forgot. " This is people's health you're dealing with. When I told them they didn't seem to care. Plus she hurt me with the needle today. It doesn't usually hurt, as I said, I get these done a lot.

Had my bloodwork done today by Sade. She was so friendly and quick. Very busy lab but the staff were so efficient and moved the line thru very quickly.

They improved their services a lot in terms of reduced waiting time (Saturday is very busy, but was able to finish blood collection in 45 min as walking), efficiently took my blood with no hurts! Awesome!

I had my blood drawn Monday, and they called Friday that I need to go back and get my blood again, as they didn’t get enough blood! Wasting so much time!

Naureen is great! She found my vain right away which is usually a difficult process. She’s great at what she does

Had my blood work done with Naureen! She was amazing and very comforting during the process. She was kind from the beginning and throughout the whole process. I loved her energy and her jokes. Definitely will come back to this Lab because of Naureen!

Worst clinic.terribly rude staff and service! Did blood tests over two weeks ago and my doctor said he still hasn’t received the results which is insane because what am i supposed to do? Just continue to suffer with my symptoms until they get it together? I can’t even receive any prescription or help without these results! Then to make it even better they never answer their phone! The phone lines automated message is so long and unnecessary then the line rings for so long and no one picks up… i’ve called about 6 times and nothing… absolutely ridiculous!

Very rude employees, they don’t care about their clients and made fun of a elderly lady who was in the same area as me. What a waste of a business.

When will I be able to book an on line time slot for the North Ajax location? Says site to book is under maintenance. How much longer?

Terrible place. I would give 0 stars if possible. I went there 15 minutes before closing, and the door was locked. The staff was still inside. I showed them my watch to indicate that they were still supposed to be open and knocked gently on the door. The staff saw me there yet ignored me. They still didn’t open the door, or give me any explanation as to why they could not take me in. If you’re getting your blood work done here, I suggest coming 20 minutes before closing because the staff here does not respect the business hours.
