I had a negative experience with that lab. My son did blood work on November 2nd, but after waiting for a month, I figured out that most tests were incomplete due to insufficient samples. The technicians should be more proficient in determining the required sample amount. They neither apologized nor informed me. Additionally, I've been waiting for stool test results for two months, and the customer service is unable to track the sample delivery to the lab.

This was an amazing experience! I checked in online! The wait time was 45 min. I went to the lab a couple of minutes before my turn! I simply submitted my papers and medical card and 2 minutes after, they called my name for the blood test!
The whole thing took me between 5 - 10 minutes!
I am very happy with their service especially the online check in option!

Rudest staff, maybe 1 decent staff member there. Super busy, rudeness can be due to shortness of staff but that doesn’t excuse the terrible service. Would not recommend going there at all.

The published wait times are more of a 'finger in the air' estimate. Recommend adding a third of the published time to your expected wait.

No too please with today's blood work. I checked in personally only 3-4 people were waiting there. I was told waiting time is 45 minutes. You don't need to wait here. We will send you text when your turn is near. I waited 1.5 hrs home no text. When I went back, I was told we did send text. You should come back after what waiting time you was told.

Worst customer service. Told me to come after 1 hour for blood work, when I reached after 1 hour, they mentioned to wait for another 40 minutes. Front desk was very rude and poor coordination between staff.

This place is tip top. Quality staff. Amazing greeter-desk people. Secret 6: 30 pre-book, start taking patients at7 so they hit the ground running.

Extremely polite staff. They are skilled. Wait times are longer due high traffic. But you can register first and return once you receive a message from them.

I visited on a Saturday and it is one of the very few locations which is open on a Saturday.

Awful, no respect for your time. I received a text message, saying that they are ready for me. And then I waited long time after that. The front staff did not obviously care at all. They called a name and nobody responded. And they waited 15 minutes to name another person. Horrible service

I got blood work done this morning. The staff were so professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was quick and painfree!

It is a wonderful place to do our blood works and ECG test.
On this 2nd day of November 2022 around 9.38 am I went to this clinic. The front desk person is quiet nice and help me to register my blood test request.
Around 11.23 my turn came. One of the pleasant lady called me to come in for the test. Her Name is Mrs. Eugenia, she is so polite, excellent knowledgeable, kind, and very respectable lady. While she was talking with me she took the blood, I did not feel a single pain on my hand.
After that she ask me to go in to the room to do my ECG work. She cleaned up the bed and disinfect the area make sure everything is safe and did my ECG work. She is such a wonderful humanbeen. A big thanks for the great job Mrs. Eugenia.
Eugenia love her job and willing to help her patience in a very kind way.
God bless you Eugenia.
I never see a employee (Technician) like Eugenia.
Eugenia is an asset gem for this Laboratory.

Was told it would be a 90 minute wait. After 90 minutes they told me it would be another 30 minutes (2 hours total). Meanwhile, they are still telling new people walking in that it's a 90 minute wait.

Dynacare is a PRIVATE company getting OHIP funds. This is a great lesson in why PRIVATE HEALTHCARE COMPANIES should not be allowed to do OHIP services.

Oh, and I wouldn't even be at this location if the Spratt location hadn't randomly closed today for "training"

Always very busy with crazy wait times, but the staff have always been very pleasant to me and bloodwork is completely painlessly.

The staff at this facility are very professional and caring. There is a high demand on Health Care at this time. To say everyone is stressed with Covid and life in general is understated. Many people are in need of their expertise. What would it be like to spend a day in their shoes? They are exceptional professionals so the next time you are in need of their services remember to say "Thank you" and most of all, be patient. Look around you, see the number of people who need them, and realize they can only put so many people through the system at one time.

Signed up to online waitlist at 10am for bloodwork. Wait time was listed as just over 2 hours. Throughout the day the wait time kept going up or swingimg wildly for inexplicable reasons. I finally had my turn at 4pm. The wait time estimate was FOUR hours off! When you call to see what is going on nobody answers.

Let just say their online check in system is messed up. I received a text saying wait time is 174 mins. Then an hour later I received another text saying wait time is 0. So I went in, I was told I'm too early, I have to wait 1 more hour. They will text me to come in. I waited outside almost 2 hours and then received a text that says my appointment is canceled because I didn't show up. I never received the another text to come in. Ridiculous! Should get the system fix.
Despite that the technician are nice.

Id say very poor organizing, should have a drop off box visible so you don't have to wait 30 min to drop off in line, Have a bit more information present.

Great experience during the pandemic!

The place is clean and the staff ensures that people are either waiting outside or seated in a safe physical distance within the room. Place is spacious. There is also someone at the front for you to tell them you arrived which is nice, another dynacare location just asked us to wait.

Results are quick. Staff are nice.

Great experience and will return.

Very very terrible experience.got a blood test a week ago by a very unprofessional phlebotomist.now i have chronic arm pain that will not go away.terrible terrible experience.do not recommend unless you want a malfunctioning limb.would give negative stars if i could >: (

Very bad service. Waiting in the cold from 8: 00am till 10: 00 am, more than 2 hours. No appointments just walk in.
That is ridiculous.

Horrible! No social distancing, no customer service, no indoor waiting.

I guess they think that being in the freezing cold just gets rid of covid!

Absolutely horrendous experience, would never recommend to anyone unless they are made of ice and want to wait outside in -20C weather

Please be prepared to wait 4 hours plus for routine blood test. Very Poor management and organization.

If you thought this place took forever to get your blood work drawn before covid, you’re in for an eye opening nightmare. The line was 80% of the way around the building. There are no additional covid cleaning measures visible, for example, cleaning the chairs after one person sits prior to another.

Be sure to leave yourself three times longer than you thought it’d take.

How can we put people on the moon but this takes hours?

I hate getting blood work and can be quiet nervous. The lady who greeted me at the door told me it was about a 3 hour wait, we got talking and I explained how squeamish and anxious blood work makes me so she had a nurse come see me right away so I didn’t have to wait and overthink the process. The nurse Nicole who was doing the blood work distracted me like a pro and made me feel so comfortable. Her customer care skills are impeccable and the level of kindness she displayed is unlike any other. I will 100% be getting my blood work here every time it’s needed. Huge thanks to Nicole

Worst service. Wait time is horrible. Staff is rude too. Receptionist was extremely rude. I checked in online almost 4 hours ago. Got my turn and waited more after going there too because receptionist forgot. Only HALIMA was nice.

By far the worst service I have seen. You sign up on line but why bother. When you get there on time you are not called and asked to go to the back of the line. So disorganized kept waiting people who don't sign up ahead are taken before those that do. One worker trying to manage everyone in line and all the questions. They should assign a number when signing up on line and call your number. Or take a number when you get there. Terrible setup the province should do something with this service.

Absolute shambles! This outfit couldn't run a bath! Long line up outside in the heat. I have back and knee issues and standing for over 45 minutes outside was hard. People who'd booked on line either had lost their time slots or tried to push in front of those of us who'd patiently lined up for a long time. Very slow once we were inside, nothing like enough enough technicians on duty. Young man checking people in was ineffectual. Social distancing not good outside and a crush in the vestibule before checking in. Very poor indeed.

Went on a Saturday where it was walk-in that day, waited for a bit in line but was very organized getting everyone’s paper work set up before they came in. Got blood work done and was very quick and painless by the staff:)
