Long waits, no matter which day of the week you go. Such a large location and yet they seem to be understaffed because there are always people waiting. The staff at the front desk can be rude, depending on the person you get I guess.

Everything is good but waiting for 1 hr to give blood test they should really start taking appointments

First time at this location and it was as smooth as it could be. The online check in is not available the 1st hour of the day so if you’re fasting for the test, its best to come at 7: 45am or 8am. I came at 8: 15am, waited for 36 mins from check in to when my name was called. Your name is added to the cue and they text you your estimated wait time; you can wait in your car until you get the text that its your turn (great for people who don’t like waiting in the waiting room).

Nenita was the lab technician that took my blood and she was the FIRST ever tech that was successful at getting blood from AC/forearm as they usually take it from my hand because im a “hard poke”. Kudos to Nenita, you’re amazing!

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Dynacare Hurontario Brampton for great service. Will be coming here for future tests!

Great! I got excellent service from staff. They are very helpful and good. Even the wait time is acceptable. Well DONA is one of the employee assisted me, she is very well in her job and nice being.

Went there around 11: 25AM walk in for an urgent blood test.closing time was 12PM.they said ready the notice board.we are not taking any more people.there were only 4 people displaying on the display screen. Online checking was closed 20 mins ago. They did allow online check in people. They should understand from patient side as well ; (

What a disappointment service.
Big time lake of customer service.
I have to go with my dad for his sputum sample test on February 16th 11: 15am.
There were 2 ladies sitting and they gave me paper with directions how to collect the samples when I tried to ask the question but they said everything is on paper.

I came home and I collected the samples regarding to directions.
But next day when I went to drop off the samples they have so many questions for me without checking my paper work.
They treating me like I am a slave and very disrespectful and what a disgusting service.
She was asking me questions and questions but not looking at my paperwork.

They need to improve their customers service big time.questions

Not great. Paid for service to get lab result online but nothing was uploaded or released by them. No one is answering the call as well

Great location, good staff, nice seating area. Best part is the waiting screen which displays average wait time and time to your turn. Everyone is wearing mask on the location. But it is not mandatory.

Also remember to upload requisition to dynacare website before visiting, will save you couple of minutes.

Me and my ten 10 year old been for blood tests today. It was very pleasant and painless experience. When we went to receptionist she wasn’t polite at all which puts me little bit down (English wasn’t good). A lady called Dora she makes everything so easy. My son didn’t feel any pain.she kept him busy while she was doing his blood test. She was so polite. I got phobia of needle but she didn’t let me feel that pain of needle. I highly recommend if you want to go for blood test go to Dora. Thanks love

Got blood work done. All the staff was so friendly and waiting time was 10-20 minutes. My nurse was Rusul, she was so good. She explained every step as well as ensure I was comfortable.

Got a blood test and the results are completely vague. I have been calling for 2 days now to ask about it, and it just hangs up on its own after an automated message and ringing for an eternity. Please look into this.

Visited this Dynacare location yesterday to get blood work done, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and kind, its a nice, clean environment, covid protocols were in place everyone inside the building wore a mask. My test was done by a lovely lady named Ms. Nenita she did an excellent job she was very gentle and made me feel comfortable, service was pretty quick in an out in 10 minutes, I would suggest anyone to upload lab requisition online and use the net check in, its not an appointment but it does help for a shorter waiting period. I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at this location. I will definitely keep visiting this location in the future.

This dynacare always has quick results. I got blood work done by Connie and she was very courteous, efficient, and painless. 10/10

What kind of place doesn’t pick up their phone calls? I been sitting on the phone 3 times for over 10 minutes of it ringing, and it just hangs up on its own.

I've had very good experience with this center. The staff were very nice and polite, the indoor was clean and spacious, and the whole test took less than 5 minutes. Definitely will recommend it to others.

This place is a joke, I went there for an ECG 2 weeks ago and my doctor NEVER got my results back. They said I’d get results in a couple days not weeks. I’ve been worries about my heart for 2 weeks because of chest pain and palpitations and Dynacare doesn’t care at all. This place is garbage. You are playing with peoples Heath and it’s not okay to make people wait this long

Checked-in online and got there in 20 minutes. I was the first one on the waiting list so there was no wait time. The queue system literally holds your place. I had uploaded my doctor's blood work request or requisition form on their website. I also had a hardcopy with me so it wasn't particularly troublesome. Simply walked in and had the bloodwork done. They will send the report to the doc in two or three days. You can also download a paid app and see the results. They give you a code for the app at the centre itself. Staff is kind and courteous. The app is 11CAD.

It's rare that they answer their phones here. Your lucky is someone picks up to answer any of your questions.

Went there for Covid test. Arrived few minutes before my appointment time, I was checked in shortly and few minutes later had my test. Lots of people say that’s is so bad and painful when this stick is pushed to your nose, far as it goes …?
This lady there is absolutely wonderful, I didn’t feel anything more then just little nose itch
If you are scared or have nasty experience from previous place, then go there.in this place lady’s will take good care of you.

I visited this place this afternoon for my blood work. I did online check-in so there were no waiting for me.she is so gentle and ensures that I am comfortable the entire time. This place is very clean and they are maintaining all the gov guidelines for covid.

Rude employees, no regard for the web checkin process, and the wait times are actually 8 times longer than than what’s show on the display. HORRIBLE.

This place is the best lab. I went today for blood work and the Online check in made it very convenient, no waiting around. Very clean and organized. The receptionists were very friendly upon arrival. If you have a phobia about needles, like myself, go here! Dora was the best nurse, I didnt feel a thing. Thanks Dora! Thank you to all the staff!
Also, you can get your own results in 24hrs for a small admin fee ($11) if you want. Its NOT a charge for blood work as ive seen 1 person say. Healthcare covers bloodwork.

Germaine is the best! She is so nice and it was such a quick and painless Covid test. My dad also comes here to do his blood work and overall the staff are quick, professional, and friendly. Thank you for all the hard work that you do!

I have good experience with them. Miss Davneet is a very good blood taker. No pain and it’s always difficult for me to give blood but with her she make it’s good for me. Frist time I feel good doing blood work.
