The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, it's worth noting that unlike most other labs, they charge for an annual subscription to access test results, which is typically free elsewhere.
Opt for LifeLabs instead if possible!

They perform services that aren’t covered by OHIP without the patient’s consent. My doctor checked off “OHIP covered test” then I got an invoice in the mail. They said that the doctor needs to write in the requisition that they want the covered test even though it’s been checked. Thieves.

EDIT TO ADD: I spoke with a representative from Dynacare, and they resolved the issue very quickly. It’s unfortunate that the situation happened, but the resolution has improved my experience with them.

Waiting time is an issue everywhere and new staff make mistakes, also everywhere. But if you pay attention to the professionalism you will find it among the staff at this Kent locations. People are people and there will always be unhappy people who rub their moods on working staffs. I have been going their since 2018 and I am very happy with the service even when I have to wait for a long time. They are people and they care.

This place really understaffed, so wait times are very long and the staff isn't the most friendly, and basically kick you out as soon as they remove the needle from your arm. I also wasn't even asked any covid related questions when I arrived today, probably the last time I visit this location

Very disappointing and embarrassing experience here today. Called ahead to ensure all was good to go with my tests. When I arrived, the gentleman at the door informed me that they were all out of the test I required. I let him know I called ahead (in case they'd saved a test), in which he shrugged his shoulders and said "well nothing I can do, we're all out". He was visibly upset by my asking about the test, and then quite loudly, and in the lobby, started going into detail about the other test I required and would need to go to another Dynacare to collect. Having my health information publicly spoken about in such a volume with so many people around is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning my tests here. My experience was both humiliating and beyond disappointing.
