The only reason I’m giving them a 2 out of 5 is because I relatively got out of there quickly. Front reception felt it was OK to *loudly* discuss my requisition form in front of a room of patients where people can hear what I’m coming in for. She had a dismissive and very rude attitude. On top of this they didn’t have the materials needed for my form and sent me to a family doctor on another floor to get it (despite the website saying this lab does those tests). The family doctor was rightfully irritated to have to give up their supplies. Not worth the “time”.

Caring and professional staff. I came to this location after waiting outside their Spadina location for 30 mins from 8.30am to realise it was shut for the day last minute without any signage to indicate that.

Upon arrival at this location, the experience was fluid, friendly and professional. The receptionist was empathetic and I was able to speak to their manager to address my experience in their other location. There were under 10 people in the waiting room and we all were tended to in efficient fashion. I didn't have to wait long for blood work and the person who attended to me was caring and made quick and painless work.

A family member had a mammogram at this location. Clearly there is a need for customer service training in the front and back offices. Poor behaviour, no empathy, arguing with patients over silly matters. Not cool, fix it!

It was quick and easy and usually it's hard to take my blood but she did it in one shot was in and out n very nice people

I waited for a month and clinic still didn’t receive my blood work test.
Turn out they claimed that they lost my blood work requisition form and cancel the order. And they never inform the clinic or me.
Waste my time and blood.
Very unprofessional lab. My personal information probably lost somewhere.
Remember to think twice before going this lab.

Good service, always, from the staff at this location. This morning I was particularly impressed with Paulina, who seemed to be handling all the morning fasting blood draws completely solo, and was quick, efficient, friendly, and very gentle. Completely painless poke! Thank you, Paulina.
