Amazing Staff! I have major anxiety when it comes to needles. They went above and beyond with their VIP service lol! Thank you! Sunny, Cay, and Hamid! I even got a sticker! Hubby got me an iced capp! Thank you for helping our Christmas start on a good note! Thank you for the laughs!

Very friendly staff. Sunny was amazing! I always have issues with getting my vain, end up with so many needles and bruises. She was able to get it in one try and very smooth, no bruises at all.

It took 1 month for my sons blood work results to get to my dr. Those results are needed for an appointment at St Mikes hospital. Not impressed.

I've recently moved from Ajax to Keswick and have visited this location. Very friendly staff and quick service.

You go to Dynacare Keswick branch for blood work then to be told by a lab tech named Sunny that you too fat and need to loose weight is the worst experience ever. Sunny needs to be given training on dealing with people especially for the fact that everyone that walks into your facility is there for a reason and stressed as it is.
I doubt this is the first complaint that you have had about her, she needs to be fired.if I could give a zero rating I would.

Always lovely. I never even feel the needle while getting bloodwork done. The X-ray department is also pretty awesome! Thank you ladies and gentlemen!
