Amazing Experience, I went there couple of times, the Lady who did the blood work is extremely kind. No appointment was required. Great work

THIS SUCKS IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS IN A HEARTBEAT I WOULD’VE DONE THAT
First of all The tall and slim woman is racist because she talks very politely to white people or people who speak English fluently but when it was my grandma’s turn, that receptionist immediately frowned at her. It’s so bad I personally think it discriminated against old Asian people that doesn’t know English. The receptionist just carelessly poked around with the needle in her arm and even didn’t look at it to find the vein poking in and out several times! It was so excruciating, bumping and bruising immediately! Never go back again! IT SUCKS

Nurses here communicate loudly, yelling across the room. It's noisy, feels like a fish market. Also, the waitlist TV is broken.

I have been to this location couple of times for blood work. This place usually doesn’t have long wait times and staff is nice. I had good experience.

Lab is located on the 2nd floor, and they don’t have a bathroom in the lab to collect urine samples! Bathroom on second floor is locked. First floor bathroom was filthy and didn’t have hand soap. Would not recommend.

I came for a blood test and was in and out in less than 10 mins.staff were helpful and friendly:)

They display a wait list on their screen so you’re able to see how long the wait list is and how many people are ahead of you. Came on a Saturday 10 AM and 6 people were ahead of me but I only waited about 15 minutes. Blood test was fairly quick but worst part is they don’t have their own bathroom to do urine tests for! So you have to use the public bathroom outside the clinic (same floor) and it’s not that clean either, and no hand soap lol. Tried calling days later and no one was picking up their phone.

First time there in walk-in service. I didn’t wait that much for being taken care of. The staff was very nice, they explained everything I didn’t know before waking in and helped me going through paper stuffs.

Terrible client service, clearly overworked staff who start their day off in a terrible mood. I feel extremely sorry for both staff and people who visit this clinic for services. There is no clear written instructions communicated on how the walk in process is supposed to be. Checked in online but was not advised to check in again in person.so sat there watching our name on the TV with the wait time going up. There should be a designated receptionist to handle the admin stuff and let the clinic staff do the blood work and testing. Dynacare, do better. Asking people to email you with our experience but not making any changes is useless. Please see all the recent one star reviews, it's because you don't have enough staff and you're burning out the staff you do have left.

A humiliating experience in this Dynacare center, the receptionist lady refused to service me and asked me to go somewhere else saying it’s about to close in 15 minutes, but she was obviously very polite and diligent to serve another white male at that time. Initially she didn’t find my requisition information with my health card number and I almost begged her to try and find again as I’ve already called Dynacare to confirm my requisition is already in the online data base yesterday, I also explained I took a day off to visit the Dynacare Center and I cannot come back tomorrow. When she tried again she found my information in the online database with complaining I didn’t bring the document myself. And when she was doing the blood work she was very careless in this whole procedure which causes a lot of blood came out, and she again, blamed me that I was not pressuring my arm in a right way. I didn’t know what have I done to make her treat me so differently from the white male as I’m polite in the whole time.she really shouldn’t work in the health care business

The employees were kind. However, I DO NOT recommend paying $11 to see your results online. I was told they would be posted within 48 hours but it has been one week and they are not online. My Dr. Did receive them fairly quickly. So don't waste your money. Also, there are other labs that don't charge for online access.

I'm sorry to give 1 star, because only 1 person working. I call and no one pick up but when I got here the lady always angry and yelling at the asian elderly man for no English, if she is not happy please don't go to work.
I don't recommend anyone to come here.

The receptionist lady kept yelling at customers when speaking to them both young and elderly, you don’t have to yell to speak English.the customer service was so bad. I definitely will not recommend this place.

She also wrote on my documents and destroyed them, now I have to go back to the doctor so they can print a new one.

Stay away from this place, Lifelab is wayyyyyyyh better.
