I went there to do blood work on May5th. I had a glucose test and I needed to wait 2 hours in the lab. After an hour someone came and draw some blood and told me I can leave. I let them know that it has not been 2 hours yet and when they realized they made a mistake, they asked me to stay another hour and finally they draw my blood after 2 hours. When I went to see my doctor, he said they didnot send the results for the 2 hour glucose test. I went to the lab again to follow up, on Jun 8th and they told me that there was a lab mistake and that the manager will contact me on the following Monday which they Did not! So disappointing.

The receptionist was so impolite that it was beyond belief. Didn't even bother looking up while talking, deliberately ignored questions on how long it will take - when repeated followed it up with a condescending "look at the screen" again without looking up. We repeated that your screen is not functioning only to be ignored. The nurse was polite but all we wanted to do by then was to get out of the building. The behaviour repeated with the next customer while I was sitting there waiting.

If anyone who runs Dynacare is reading this, receptionists need to be better trained, at the bare minimum be more polite.

Horrible service, employees are so rude. Don’t waste your time and money! Me and my wife waited for 1 hour and we were on the first person on the list. They do what they want to do. They are rude to everyone!

I have now gone here twice for ultrasound and X-rays. Pretty quick and efficient staff. For X-rays, there are no appointments, walk ins only so go around 11 and check in to get early slots. They have wifi if you have to wait too long and need to work on your laptop.

Both receptionist are not very friendly. I forgot to bring the mask and requested if they can provide one but they just don’t want to help someone and maybe always in a bad mood. She even refused to accept health card and phone and wrote on my requisition that I didn’t bring the physical health card. She told me it will be on profile forever. LOL. Kinda impression of an unhappy immigration officer

I took a blood test there yesterday. The procedure itself was fine, and the nurse was friendly. The problem was that the front desk service person made me wait standing outside for 25 minutes, just because I didn't have a mask (and they don't give out masks, she said). Blatant discrimination. Plus, they tell you that you can easily check your results online without saying that you'd actually need to pay $10/month to do it. Highly misleading.

Went for bloodwork and ecg, it was quick and painless.but also at the time I arrived there wasn't anyone else waiting (9am). Too bad this location has so many 1 star reviews. I guess the main issues have been linked to interactions with certain staff. No problems with my experience.

Horrible reception staff experience. Woman has no clue about the difference between 10 minutes or 40 minutes! Checked in online and still made to wait twice as long as what the original wait time was without the check-in! Not sure how that saves anyone’s time or why I bothered with that step ‍️

Update: Unable to access my results - not even to view unless I pay $10 for the membership! Complete thuggery and no one informs you of this when you’re there to get the test done! After paying $60 to get the test, I ought to be able to access my report without anything more.
Have to wait for the doctor now to get any results! Not happy.

Wait time is terrible and people who "make a fuss/don't have all of their paperwork " get put ahead of people who came prepared and just want to get in and out. The wait time posted are just for show, they don't track anything.qqmllllĺ

Like most medical services, Completely inaccessible to new coming immigrants. You need to be tech savvy to make the acquisitions online and you do not have the option to book online for some of the locations.calling them meant you would go on an automated message, and their representative does not answer. There is nothing smooth or accessible about the process.

You have to PAY almost $20 to view your result otherwise you'll have to wait and discuss the result with your doctor. Done labs at other places never encountered this issue.

Friendly staff and very efficient process. Been here a couple of times and was in and out much faster than other places I’ve been to. You can even check in online.

Very helpful staff particularly Lorna and George that helped me a lot for a test which is only done in Quebec it called PCA3 urine tests that men can do it to find out if they have prostate cancer NOT covered by OHIP and cost $385. As long as this is new test so Lorna and George contacted several places until everything has been settled. So I hope other people appreciate the hard work of staff Complaints is not really productive but a simple Thanks and writing a good review many times give staff more energy to work in which customers get benefits. While I stepping out i saw a black lady waiting to give blood. I told her " it really very painful " She broke into a big And said thanks for making me happy

Super disappointing experience today.
On their website, the wait time was posted as 9 minutes. I did online check in, but once I got there I had to wait 35 minutes to be seen. The seat I was directed to for waiting was tucked away from the waiting area, but there were constantly people passing directly in front of me without much space, and staff completing tests on urine samples right next to me, both of which made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't see any sanitizing of the blood-drawing chair arms between patients, which also made me feel uncomfortable. I had to provide a urine sample in their washroom, which had no toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper, but it seemed that the toilet had already been blocked by previous patrons using the paper hand towels as an alternative.
The staff were very friendly though, but this doesn't make up for the rest of my experience.

One of the easiest and nicest staff there. It was so easy in and out. I usually have a hard time with blood work due to baby veins but the nurse was efficient, fast and kind.

Zero clues why the bad reviews. This is Aug 2020.

We went there for a test with our baby and the staff was absolutely adorable! They offered to put us on a private room while we were waiting, to avoid any contact between the baby and other patient. That was so helpful for us. Big thanks to all the staff because they took really good care of the three of us.

I have been going this location for a few years now and I never had any complaints. The waiting time is fast. I arrived there today around 10 am and there were already 6 people ahead of me. I only waited about 12 mins. The staffs are also friendly.

Had to do blood tests and 24 hour urine test, went to pick up urine container on 5th December 2019 around noon and front desk said they don't have one. Disgusting place. Very disappointed. Shame on managers.

How can they stop accepting patients at 4: 40 pm when there is no one waiting and it’s supposed to be open until 5pm? I understand that staff want to go home early but it comes accross that they are extremely LAZY employees and don’t want to do their job. The closing time should be when they stop accepting patients.

Edward is an amazing human being. He shows understanding and he is very tactful. A helpful human being with an amazing personality. This guy has the qualities that every healthcare worker should. Diana is also a wonderful technician. A very welcoming place with these individuals.

Really pleasant staff and this was my best blood draw experience to date! I’m not the best when it comes to needles and the individual working today I believe his name was Edward was awesome! He distracted me through great conversation and I ended up getting some awesome food tips from him to top!

If you want to see your results online, you need to sign off to their DynaCare app and you are asked to pay around 20 dollars a month. I was not told about the payment. I can get my results online for free somewhere else. They do not give you an option to only see your results and not join thier program. Not fair.

Friendly staff. Very quick. The longest I've waited to be seen is 20 minutes, but hat was during lunch hour. Usually in and out in about 10.
