Based on experience for my Blood Work on January 6th

Went there without an appointment. I would NOT RECOMMEND this. Being a Saturday morning, I was there at 8: 40 AM and luckily not many people were there for the Blood work.

I submitted my requisition, health card, and waited for like a couple of minutes. And was out of here within 10 minutes.

Certainly a lucky day!

I came here for my blood test. I feel the staff are inexperienced. She first inserted needle in left hand but blood did not came out. Again she did in right hand but the needle almost came out while changing the blood sample tube. If you really want to be in this profession, your hand should be calm/static.

Mira did my bloodwork and was really good! Didn’t feel a thing and no trace on my arm after. This clinic also posts the wait time on a screen so I could step outside and only come in when it was my turn, which was nice.

My experience with Dynacare Laboratory was great. My son and I often come to this location as the services and the staff are so incredible and helpful. They are efficient in their services and they maintain professionalism and respect to their clientele. Parking is free and accessible.

Paid for the plus plan but can not access my tests. No response from the company. I want my money back

Very nice employee especially to Mira and Dovy they’re very helpful kind and hardworking employee that’s why I love to come in this location to do my blood work, place also very clean.

The manager, i think looked indian or som, told me to pay for the app to see my results. Paying for the app will give me access to my results always. Now i found out that the app registration is expired. People in Canada will lie for money, no matter where u go. No ethics. Filipino staff in there is very hard working tho and attention to detail.

My husband and I have been to this location a handful of times and we’ve always received excellent attention; the front desk staff are always kind and helpful and the technicians are great at what they do. The waiting time is reasonable as long as you do their online booking.

I went here to get bloodwork done after the staff at my family doctor could not find my veins. The wait time was reasonable because I went for a walk in but was in and out within an hour. The staff was great, Dovy was the one who treated me, she was professional, pleasant and left me with very minimal pain.

Highly recommend this laboratory!

Tahani did my blood work at this location and she is THE BEST! My veins are really tiny and it usually takes few pokes but i didnt even feel slightest pinch. Need more of such health care workers in canada. Especially GTA.

They never answer phone calls, I was got get my reports I was just given info over the phone! I needed reports in my hand but no answer to phone call neither is their website showing anything!

I did check-in online and done my test quick. Usually when I do my bloodwork they are having a hard time finding my vien but Dovy did it quick and painless and she is very nice and polite.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday morning which was awesome despite there being an estimated wait time of 75 minutes!

I highly recommend checking in online after you have uploaded the requisition the night before (Friday). In the morning at around 8 am most Dynacare locations are open for online booking. If the estimated wait times online are more than 45 minutes, they will not allow you to check-in online.

I chose this location as this was the only one available for check-in after 9 am and the estimated wait time was around 45 minutes but since you can just wait at home, they will send you a text message 10 minutes before you are next in queue which gives you a good estimate of when you should leave your house.

After arriving you can go straight to the desk and check-in and you'll be prompted to go see a technician. They took my blood sample in less than 30 seconds and I was out the door.

I came to this lab a few times for blood test and was fortunate to have Mira drawing my blood very smoothly and painlessly each time. I have a very small and rolling vein and used to suffer with pain elsewhere whenever I was pricked in and out several times before the right vein could be located. I greatly appreciate Mira's skills to find my tiny hidden vein so accurately and pricked me only once without pain to get the blood she needed. Mira is also a kind and patient lab technician who made me feel comfortable and less nervous with blood test knowing that I was in good hands with my very difficult vein. Thank you very much Mira for your great work.
The lab is also clean, location has several parking spots, wait time is not long and the staff is quite friendly.

I could not be happier with the prompt, friendly and efficient service I received at this location of DynaCare! Putting your self on the waitlist ahead of time, online, is a lifesaver! Thank you!

I had been to this place two times and these people are nice but they need more training. First time they hurt me so much while taking blood (lady told me my veins are deep, which nobody told me before, as I had a blood test done few months back at other place) and my arm kept on hurting for a weak. Today I went there first person couldn’t take blood out in syringe so second person came and she inserted the needle again to take blood. And now I don’t know how many days it will hurt. I think they should train people better, it seems like they are experimenting. Otherwise people are helping.

What's this non sense propaganda to scare people with masks? Is it just so people shut up and sit like muzzled animals? Better mandate Hazmat suits!

Mira was so nice, so pleasant, so easy to have take my blood.
It felt painless.
She was also so kind and friendly even though they wanted us to wear masks and I have a mask exemption.
I want to ask for Mira every single time - she makes me smile: 0)

Thank you very much to Mira, Iryna and other staff for their help to calm down my granddaughter Christiana when she was scared of the needle to take her blood test.

I arrived to this location at 8 AM, thinking that was opening time. The internet says that this location opens at 7am but their answering machine says 8 AM so I was one hour late as I wanted to get there upon opening for my toddlers blood test. Regardless, I asked if he could have priority to get his blood test done sooner instead of waiting too long because he was getting anxious. They brought him through about 10 minutes later, and Mira and Nancy were very calming towards him, making jokes and asking if they could come for breakfast after with him, to help distract him. It was his first time, he cried, but everyone took it in stride and we were so grateful for the experience. Thank you.

The nurse hurt my arm while taking blood. I have taken monthly blood tests and it never hurt. The nurse has no skills and shouldn’t be taking blood.

This place! Horrible service. The staff is so careless and rude, its hard to imagine how can they be in medical services. They misplaced an ECG report. When you go to the lab to ask about it they shout and scream and ask you to leave. Oh my god, I wish I could have video taped that women at the reception literally scream we are closed, get out of here! Terrible! I had to get my family doctor follow-up for the report from their head office and NOW, they have sent an invoice to my doctor for this service. Seriously! It will be a great gesture if you could SHUT SHOP, get trained and polite staff on board and come back in this profession. I don't even trust the testing service and results report from them anymore!

Best lab experience of my life. Muna is like the angel of bloodwork. She has such a great energy, was friendly and I didn't even feel the needle go in. She was very steady when changing out the tubes and I'm ambivalent about needles but I feel like if you have a fear of needles she would be a great person to ask for. I was there a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon, it looked quite busy. I signed in and my wait time listed on the board was 15 minutes. I don’t think I even waited 5 minutes which was great. I saw Nada and she was amazing, quick and painless with the blood draw and even though I hate having blood taken I would be happy to go back there.thanks NADA and team:)

Staff is super friendly and helpful, Naeem goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. It is very busy but they are very fast and efficient and your turn comes very quickly. All other staff there is very friendly and understanding as well.

Quite a line up out front, but it moves fast. The order you will be seen is posted on the electronic Board. I electronically uploaded my requisition and you can check in online, too which might save a few minutes. Even in this crowd it only took about 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and efficient. Place is clean. What more do you need in a lab?

Staff are extremely professional at this location. I took my 3 year old son for a test and they kept it fun for him to ensure he is calm throughout. Thanks so much Naeem and Aidrian, and Mira and Nada for your care and attention.

I've had a good experience with Dynacare at this location. Other than waiting in the line if you do not reserve your place online you need to wait for a while to get someone to attend to you.
The place is clean and the technicians are fast and efficient with their work. The people at the reception were very informative and helped us for future visits too.
I would recommend.

This has to be the most quick facility to have your bloodwork done! Friendly staff and super efficient.

Long wait time.slow workers.customer service is garbage.the male that's older gray black hair is rude and condisending in his town.

You may get scared away from see a long line up but they have a system that works and gets things moving smoothly and quickly, friendly staff and helpful!

Did blood work for the hospital and my family doctor, the hospital received, my doctor didn't. Calling them with no response. I don't think it should be that difficult to see you have 2 REQUISITIONS to fill. Now I must go in person to talk, question, do this ALLLLLLL over again. I'm a busy individual with local business. I don't appreciate sloppy work. This is annoying.

We did blood work for my mom at this location and we had a great experience. The nurse Nada assisted us and she was very nice, caring and professional.

Welcoming and trained staff. Big car parking and Online checkin is available and that's why didn't have to wait. I simply entered and watched my name on 1st number on the screen. It took not more than 15 minutes for urine and blood test.

Very friendly and kind staff. Huge THANK YOU to nurses Linda and Jeenaphine. They did great job for blood work with my 2 years old daughter. They were so polite and nice while they took blood from my daughter's vein. It was done professionally. I definitely recommend this place. Don't hesitate to take your kid there.

This is my go-to laboratory. Very friendly staff. Thank you Linda, Naeem, Mira, Aidrian and Antonia. Best way to check in online to avoid line ups, otherwise they try to accomodate everyone quickly.

Superb service and a very nice facility. The staff is friendly and very warm, special shout out to Naeem, he was extremely professional and thorough and made sure that I am comfortable while getting the blood sample.

Second time I did blood work there, My doctors called me right away and said I had to go to the emergency asap. Got to the hospital only for the doctors to say the lab made an error (mistake). This has happened 2x. I called them to explain why does this keep happening and the lady said she can't give me any information. Sounds like you don't know what you are doing. Will not return.

Lovely people at this Dynacare location, HWY10 and the QEW. Naeem, Linda, Mirave and Aidrian were very kind in taking me in at the last minute for some blood work. Thank you the excellent customer service.

Went today for a blood test very professional and fast! Before arriving go onto the website and pick your location and secure your spot. It will text you when to go in and then you can wait for your turn.

I have deep veins and always have problems when taking blood but the lady today did it so fast and painless. The workers Swilcuili, Jene, Aidwian, Naeem and Mirq were an amazing team! Your welcoming atmosphere and patience is very much apreciated during these tough times!

Completely wasted one hour of my life. I booked online as they requested. I arrived 20 minutes early (3: 40) and they would not let me in as they were so far behind the waiting room was full and the online appointment time was inaccurate. I sat in my car and waited. I went to the window after 20 minutes and saw that my appointment was now 12 minutes away. They would not let me in again. They said they were closed as it was 4: 01 and I had to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment, which I already did. Although at this point with their delays I had already arrived 30 minutes before my new appointment time and was not let in. I left and received a text message saying my appointment was cancelled because I didn't show up for it.
Why have online appointment times if they are not accurate and you do not honour them when you run late?
Why yell at me for trying to show up for my appointment, which is still up on your screen, and refuse to let me have my appointment?
This is a pandemic and you are running behind, which is not my fault but yours. I waited patiently while the staff kept their heads down, refused to let me in, then yelled at me for being there.
Abhorrent, disgusting, disreputable behavior.
If you want to be treated beyond poorly and not taken care of, you've found your place.

Place is so neat and clean. The service is very quick and the staff is so professionals. I always go there since I came to know about dynacare. I really like Jeanephine work. I didn’t feel any pain in bloodwork. She is so nice and very cooperative. Highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff at this location are amazing! Very professional, curious and friendly. And Mira is the sweetest person and best lab technician. Its hard to draw blood from me but I don’t feel anything when Mira does it, she has magical hands. I’ve been there 4 times and they all made me feel welcome. Won’t go anywhere else.

Very unprofessional. Test results were sent to wrong doctor by Dynacare. We are still waiting for the results. Customer service was rude and provided no help. I wont recommend anyone.

Turned Away: I arrived there 10 minutes before closing time (4PM) and I lined up behind 3 other customers. 5 minutes to 4PM, a lab technician came out and approached us. I showed her a requisition for
Blood work and she told me to come back on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday/Labour Day) because they were going to close at 4 o'clock and it would take them 15 minutes to prepare for blood work. I understood the situation but I was disappointed as it took me 50 minutes to come to this place from my workplace, just because it was my favourite lab. However, I found an excellent Lab nearby which is open until 5PM (11 minutes walking, 5 minutes driving north from this place)

Naeem and Adrian assisted my 3 & 5 yr old for their blood work, they both were very patient and gentle. Thank you.

Terribly unprofessional place. Please avoid. My wife's blood test reports were to be sent to our doctor in 3-5 days (we were told at this center). It's been over 20 days and nothing has come from them. We've tried calling at multiple times on multiple days. No one answers the phone. Why even have a phone number?

The experience was excellent and the clinic is very clean. All of the staff are incredibly friendly. I am very sensitive to needles – My veins are often difficult to find so I typically anticipate some sort struggle before they finally get it. Naeem, the phlebotomist, is very fast and efficient. He can get five vials very quickly and I don’t feel a thing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bloodwork. Thank you Naeem for always making my experience pleasurable!

Excellent service, they are following strict COVID-19 protocol since the entrance line up. Personnel are very friendly and with service attitude:) Parking is available for free, the place is clean and everyone inside is wearing face mask and shields, gloves and medical gown, you are required to use a face mask too. The location is easy access by bus too.

Came here for blood test and urine sample. My doctor called to say they haven't received results for one of the tests ordered. Public health advised they didn't receive all the paperwork. Definitely gave all the paperwork to Dynacare but think they lost a sheet in the process. Now we have to take another 4 vials of blood again! And the technician there, tall white lady, didn't do a good job taking the blood. She dug in the needle and bruised my arm. So frustrating!

Have been coming here for two years and the experience has been pleasant every time. They are quick to do my test and send the information to the doctor in a timely manner.

The first visit was quick and fast and the technician said to do online check-in next time as it's faster. For the second visit, I did just that except I ended up wasting more time because the techs attended everyone who came in after me. There were no other names on the waiting list except for mine. After the fifth person who came in after me and was attended before me, I left.

Naeem and Linda are INCREDIBLE when it comes to a blood draw! I have small wonky veins and each time I have seen them, they have been able to keep me relaxed and ensure they have found a vein sufficient for a required draw. They are always so welcoming and VERY FUNNY. They are experts at what they do and make me feel at ease each and every visit:)

I take my dad here every 3 months and they are amazing with him. We never wait more than 5 minutes, the staff is very friendly.

I was in dynacare today for a blood test, for me was always hard and not easy for a blood test, but Mr. Naeem did a very good job he was amazing and very kind so I was very happy when I am done. And big Thanks for all the staff for a nice treatment. Rita

It was fine. Cut and dry. They had a screen with our names on it showing estimated wait times. I waited only a few minutes on a Saturday. Service was quick - not overly friendly but not unfriendly either.

Came in with a requisition for a fertility test. Staff looked at the requisition, gave me a cup to fill up at home, and bring it back for the test. I did as instructed and dropped the cup off a few hours later. Cup and requisition were both accepted by staff without any issue.

10 minutes later, as I'm driving away, the lab calls to tell me they don't do fertility tests at this location and the sample is now useless, as it is time sensitive.

Wasted the entire morning. The requisition specifies a fertility test, so not sure as to why I was sent home with a cup and asked to bring in a sample. No answer was given.

Naeem is JUST AMAZING. It is not easy to get blood from me. He did it with just one poke. This is the second time I have seen him and both times he was very friendly, caring and professional.

I did go for my ECG and the girl was using used razor to remove my chest hair very unethical

I took my 2yr old to Dynacare for blood testing and was so happy with how great they were with a small child! They were fast, gentile and super sweet to my daughter.

I've had number of issues with this location. They lost blood samples for time sensitive tests. When we called them up, they just won't receive the calls, even from their customer care. We decided to go to a different location, there they had no records of the requisition. Won't recommend this one at all. If you end up going here, make sure you are asking them all the tests they would do and ensure your blood samples don't get lost. Would have rated it 0 stars if it was possible.

This lab had promised to have my results in a week for a test that normally takes 3 days, even then they didn’t get it done. I’m laying in bed, in pain, missing work while they mess around. Please don’t use this lab if you are sick or in critical need of results. They happily take your money, I paid out of pocket for this but definetely they don’t deliver. At this point I am not sure if I will actually get them done.

Overall very good experience! Fast, friendly, and efficient! It was a pleasure being helped by Naeem. He was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs this type of service. The reception was very friendly as well! Overall a great experience from start to finish I highly recommend this location.

My father had bloodwork taken here, his vein was blown leaving a bruise on his entire lower arm. When he returned to the clinic they gave him no advice how to manage it let alone apologize. Terrible.

Highly professional and friendly staff.
Especially if you have kids of any age, this is the place one should go. They are kids friendly and take their time to make them comfortable, polite don't rush attitude. Make it painless for kids.
We were there on Sunday the 10th March and had a very pleasant experience with our three kids.

It’s open on Sunday’s, that’s a bonus, staff are always pleasant, space is a little small but clean and bright. Try to go early on the weekends to avoid the rush.
