The staff were nice, but you cannot access your results without paying, you'd be better off going to a lifelabs where your results are free.

Some people just shouldn’t work customer service. Like most labs, they are only open during the day, so when you also work during the day it’s hard to get blood work done. I got off early to get blood work done and I had called them to ask if they close early because I was coming from work and at the time and cutting it close to closing, I was 5 minutes away from the location 15 minutes till closing. When I had arrived I was told in an unpleasant way that I should have arrived earlier. I told them, on the phone and in person I was coming from work and made it here as quickly as I could and it was the closest lab to me. They complained I should have arrived a half hour earlier because now they would have to stay over the time the clinic closed because of the blood results. At the time this wasn’t something I was aware of, but if this was the case why is the dyna care opened until 4, if really it should be opened until 3: 30 since they don’t want to be there passed 4. Listen I get it, no one wants to stay later than they have to, but it happens to every one sometimes. However my annoyance was the way they went about it in person and if it was an issue to perhaps mention so on the phone. Either way wasn’t impressed. Ps my actual blood work didn’t even take a minute.

Amazing service, online wait stated 14mins but I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Staff is friendly & organized.

Maricar & Jennifer are topnotched staff of this location. Very friendly and accommodating to all patients. If you are looking for a Dynacare location that will pleased your day, this is one the best.

I had really good experience in this location and Alia who did the blood work she was really professional and respectful.

Just went in this morning for blood work and the process couldn't have been more painless! Just have your health card and requisition form ready and you should be good to go. The lady who drew my blood noticed my trepidation (I have very faint veins and was worried this might devolve into a stabby game of hide-and-seek for them) but she used a butterfly needle and quickly, painlessly drew my blood.

I was there for the first time and the service it’s AMAZING! Alva and Marivic are super friendly and makes you feel very welcome there:) I struggle seeing blood lol and Alva was very kind when she did my blood test. Totally recommend this place

I’m new to the city and this was the first lab I have been to. I must say, if you are ever at this location, please see Marivic. She is a Gem is super friendly, & a kind soul. She listens, which not a lot of people do, understands and does all the things that would exceed customer service expectations. She answered all my qs and I knew right away there was a smile behind her mask all the time. Times can get tough and people have their days but Marivic is all they would need to make their day. Whomever the manager is or the employer at this location, please make sure Marivic is recognized for the work she does and the way she treats patients at this location. You’re very lucky to have her. Thank you so, so much again Marivic & staff for making my visit so memorable. Will def come again to only this location.

Why are you closed on weekend at least you should open it on Saturday to take samples only from working class patients on Saturday as they cannot leave their work Monday to Friday.

It was a great experience. Its walk-in lab but not took more than 5 mins to get your test done. Pretty quick service. Staff are polite and helpful. "Alia " assisted me today. She is so good and kind. Thank you for the best service you offer.
Definitely will always go to this location for my all future checkups.

Unlike the Dynacare lab in Burlington, the staff at this location are incredibly friendly. It’s worth the drive from Hamilton to pick my father up in Burlington to go here and then back. The technician Alia is wonderful.

Can a lab person decide not to do reports?

I went there before and the staff was used to be amazing. I went recently and the (new middle aged) lady on 1st counter was so rude and she did not take my blood samples. She refused to take it and said I do not need that taste. She said sometimes clinics do mistakes and I still have paper saying blood serum. I will be going to other lab for this report and what if someone suffering from serious illness and she decides that you do not need blood taste.lol. She thinks she is a doctor. I doubt if she is even high school grade as she can not read what's written. I found her arrogant. Do not go there unless have no choice. I wish they can hire some nice staff like before. She is so germophobic She does not take your health card/pen/documents in hands or return in hands (even when she is wearing gloves). I don't really understand why she is even working in lab if so much germophobic.
