Clean facility and quick service. The sign-in process and ECG was under ten minutes total. Great location if you’re in a rush!

Do not go there; they are extremely rude and ignorant. They do not know how to act with patience or show any kindness whatsoever. When I arrived, not one of the four staff members greeted me. They simply held out their hands for the necessary paperwork and immediately told me to 'go back. ' When I asked the person administering the needle to wait for a minute, she rolled her eyes, sighed heavily, and told me to put my arm down and not move. She then proceeded to insert the needle and missed, requiring her to poke me again. After it was finally done, she didn't say a word, and none of her coworkers told me goodbye. The entire team displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of values. I highly recommend that people avoid going there, and I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to respectfully warn others. 22/08/23

Wow! The number of people there and the receptionists were still able to keep a calm head and answer all my questions patiently. Kudos to them.

I walked in for a blood test, reception area were very professional, took my details ans asked me to wait, I received an sms to let me know the waiting time. 30 minutes later I was called in by Glenda who was the nurse who withdrew blood from me. She went above and beyond to make sure she doesnt hurt me, her work was so light. Thank you Glenda! You’re a star!

I go to the 1849 location. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and empathetic especially when blood needs to be drawn. I've never had a long wait for my appt. It seems to be ruin very efficiently. The space is also very clean.

My go to location for all my blood tests, nice and friendly staff, reasonable waiting times, never had any issues at this place. Special thanks to nurse Glenda for her friendly service and warm attitude!

I was able to book an appointment for blood work and an ECG for the very next day. The staff were wonderful! Very prompt, professional yet still personable and friendly. I'm grateful to have a top-tier lab like this so close to my home!

Clean, well-organized, and impeccably efficient! The staff is attentive and proficient, quite a few times I've had a laugh while getting blood work done, which makes it all the more bearable. This is a popular spot so there is usually a wait (for good reason) but I find going in the late morning or early afternoon gets me in and out very quickly! Longest wait times are early in the morning when folks need fasting or medication-level monitoring (usually 20mins). Use online check-in if you're able before you arrive to get a place in the queue. Fast and efficient. Waited about 10 minutes even with an appointment, but I think that is reasonable compared to other labs I've been to.

I got there at 12: 20pm for my 12: 30pm appt. They service other people who came after me, even a few who had no appt booked. I had asked twice what's taking so long. I waited till 1pm for my turn. What is the point of booking an appointment?

Very professional service, highly recomend! Checked in online arrived got screened was in and out very quickly. Staff was friendly and taking all measures of COVID very seriously. Super easy to access, lots of parking!

After a very bad experience at life labs I came here for a retest. I’ve been here before too and the service is always excellent, the staff is super polite and their systems organized. Highly recommend Dynacare labs and especially this location.

I've come here multiple times for blood work, and today I also had an ECG, which is a new test for me.

I checked in on line, but even as a walk in during Covid19, the clinic is running very smoothly. Before you can enter, you are greeted, asked to read a questionnaire about possible exposure, hand sanitizer is provided, but please wear a mask. After you hand over your requisition and health card, you're guided to a freshly sanitized seat, in the waiting room. The ECG procedure was explained to me, and I had no concerns having it done here.

The newly renovated space is lovely and open, with privacy maintained by spaced out cubicles. I have always been very happy with every part of my visit, and results are quickly sent to my Dr. All the staff are wonderful, and maintain a great spirit while implementing all necessary precautions.

Rude staff, poor social distancing measures put in place for petients, they don't make petients wear masks and they leave you waiting in a hallway next to the entrance to the basement for over an hour keeping the employees safe but put he petients at risk.

I was so impressed with how fast I went through. I got to the lab around 12: 10pm and left at 12: 30. The ladies working there were also quite friendly. I know it’s odd to want to review a blood lab but I was actually quite impressed. Best experience I’ve had.

I have been going there for many years. Clean place, always. Lab reports are sent to the referring doctor promptly. Blood work is done skillfully. Location is super convenient. I disagree with negative reviews.

Excellent service at the lab in the basement. The ladies are courteous and efficient. They always do their best even when it is busy! Never had a problem here. They are always helpful and prompt!
