No outside signage. When I went the waiting room was empty and there is free parking on the street. Entrance is in the basement.

Took my 9 month old son to get some blood work done. Amazing service! Definitely would go back in the future.

Fast and efficient care; However, extremely annoying old building. I arrived and first had to pay for parking. $1.50 a half hr. Blood work is down the stairs, accessed outside or inside. Outside is more efficient way of getting there, as it's right inside the door to the left.

I mistakenly went upstairs, inside. The stairwell is completely obscured by a wall with no signage to be found. Said L3, but couldn't find a sign that pointed to L3 being downstairs. Would have been helpful to have a sign on the wall that obscures the stairwell, so one might be directed to the opening in the walls where the stairwell was located.

Went at 9am and there was absolutely no one. Was in and out in under 10 mins.

I've been there several times. Sometimes it's busy and I have to wait, so bring a project. Or two. Some tests take longer than others. Once in, it tends to go quickly.
