This nurse didn’t listen to me when I asked for butterfly needle she went ahead with a normal needle and it burned and killed

The online checkin is the best, check in from home and go closer when its almost time, I got in right away. The lady who did my bloodwork was kind and very gentle.

The ladies working here have always been friendly and helpful. The wait is very minimal every time I have gone in for a walk in. I have had to call in a few times, and my call is always answered. Gina is the best! She is so compassionate and gentle. Always makes great conversation and makes the visit feel very comfortable.

Great new facility. I waited 3 min.and was assited by Ena. She was very professional & fun.

I’ve never met a more unfriendly person than the woman at reception. Literally the rudest person to myself and other patients.

Took our terrified son for bloodwork today and the staff was phenominal. They found a vein right away and had him up and out the door playing minecraft in minutes flat. So thankful for the great experience, I was so stressed!

Visited the location for blood work on June 30,2022. The service was prompt, courteous and most importantly the attending nurse displayed such finesse in her technique that I had to instantaneously acknowledge her high level of professionalim as 'superb', an accolade that was certainly well deserved. Only on two occasions in my 71 years I have experienced such level of finesse in samole collection technique. Thanks again,

This location has very poor service, they do not answer the phone EVER! & casually chalk it up to being busy but have no problem turning people away like you have time to waste

Checked-in online while in parking lot for my son's blood work, had short wait time - very friendly and organized. Was great experience!

I done my blood work on 10th February 2021 but didn't receive my results yet on 19th March 2021.

Used this place because the one that I usually used was so busy.loved this place.easy in and out! Great friendly staff! Now my choice of labs!

This office runs like a well oiled machine! All the staff worked together to ensure people were getting in and out in a timely manner. I arrived at 8 and there was already a line, waited for 10 minutes and was brought in! I have never been good with taking blood and from the moment Danielle walked into the room my anxiety went away. The first thing she asked me when I advised her I was terrified of this process was “ how can we make things better for you” - right there is one of the reasons I will only come to this location to take blood. Thank you to the team and Danielle for making the process easy, painless and shockingly pleasant!
