Worst Delivery company in the world. They state they try to deliver packages and never actually do. This is the second time I am putting this review and they try to wipe it out by asking for proof. So here they are.

DXAMZE8873609 - Delivery attempted after hours
DXAMZE8835121 - Stated delivered and never received
DXAMZE8773294 - Never delivered and stated they attemped
DXAMZE8720103 - After they attempted, a customer found this package in the parking lot on the ground
DXAMZE8684605 - Still waiting for this package. They state they don't have drivers to deliver it. It has been over a month.

Piece of @#$@#$ company.

I ordered on Amazon Prime hoping to surprise my sister for her gender reveal party. We waited out our doorstep because it said it should arrive by 9PM. I would give this company a huge ZERO. ZERO. I hope future delivery won’t use this company in any way. So disappointing and so unprofessional. ZERO.

Worst delivery service on the planet! Every single time I get one day delivery service with Amazon it’s always delayed to another day when Dynamex /T-Force is involved with the delivery.

When they do finally get around to deliver your packages, the couriers can’t seem to follow simple instructions. I live in a condominium and there’s signs posted everywhere letting all couriers to drop off packages to the residents suite door and to NOT leave in the lobby. This is the only company that ignores that and I’ve had 2 packages stolen already because of it.
I don’t know why Amazon uses this company still?
This is one company thats truly worthy of a ZERO star rating!

Had a next day shipment that didn't arrive and will now sit in a warehouse, probably not refrigerated for the better part of a week. I'll sure this comes down to a lazy driver wanting to start his weekend early. Zero excuses for not doing your job.

Really bad service. I expected my package today but it wasn't delivered. I've got a message from the courier saying that the delivery didn't delivered because my address is incorrect!

How can it be possible? I am premium Amazon customer and nobody else had problem before with my delivery (home) address!

I contacted with T Force Logistics customer service (Dynamex) and they told me they will send email for rescheduled delivery for tomorrow.

I would recommend Amazon to stop working with this company, because it offers low quality services and causes indignation to its customers.

Claim they attempted delivery but of course didn't bother to leave a notice, use the call box or make a phone call. Lazy and incompetent.

I have multiple cameras. Twice they said they came, but didn't want to leave the package unattended. They lied. I have proof they did not even drove down my street where my first camera points at and my ring doorbell didn't show anything

Worst delivery service in the country. How Dynamex got the contract to deliver packages for Amazon is beyond me. Every time I order from Amazon is if I see Dynamex as the courier I immediately know my package will come late or not at all. These clowns need to do everyone w favour and go out of business.

They didn't deliver my package. They sent me a message about unsuccessful delivery attempt after their office was closed, so no way to call anyone. I was home all day waiting for the delivery

Absolutely the worst courier company out there.
I can not believe that Amazon would hire a company like this to deliver their packages.
2 days late now and still no packages. Making up fake delivery attempts.
What a terrible thoughtless company

Left my apartment building unlocked so the guy could drop the package in front of my door said he had no access to the front door which was completely false! He never delivered, called him 20 minutes later said he was an hour away.

Worst company ever. I think Amazon must be using them for shipping and they are lying to us (the customers) and to Amazon. The package I ordered said delivered at 6: 02pm, when in fact, it was delivered the following day. They are lying to amazon that they delivered the package on time. They didn't even leave it at the front door while it started to snow. The package was left at the garage door covered in snow. Completely useless and dishonest company.

Incredible service, my Amazon was scheduled to be delivered by 9 pm to my business that closes at 5pm. I received a call from the driver and coordinated a safe drop outside of my business that I easily grabbed the next morning. Wish more couriers would be proactive in there deliveries.

Like all reviews, these guys claimed to drop off my Amazon order but didn't because they couldn't find the unit. I checked my camera and nothing. It was dispatched and again, I received a notification that the attempt to deliver was made but couldn't because they couldn't find the unit again. I checked my camera and no attempt was made.
If you're ordering anything and notice that Dynamex is delivering. Call right away and change it.
Avoid at all cost.

Worst delivery company that Amazon has a contract with. Either they say I wasn’t home or they can’t find the unit. This time they laid my package outside the condos main entrance without even a phone call or photo. Anyone could have come by and picked it up. Unreal that Amazon would use this company.

Bad service! For whatever reason if they’re the ones in charge of the delivery the item is lost or ripped open.

I ordered my dog's bed, it was supposed to be delivered the same day by 9pm, which is 29th of november, 9.15pm i got mail saying, they attempted the dilevery where I got no receipt of the attempted dilevery on my building entrance which they usually stick. They also had our phone number and buzzer code which they could have reached us easily. But, I guess they are lazy or they dont know how to use technology. Today when i called them they say the delivery will be soon, but they didn't give exact time, just kept on saying soon, I never had this kind of experience from other organisations. "SOON" can be a new tag-line for the company.
Edit: today 1st of dec when I called their reason was, their delivery guys have 100's of things to deliver, due to which these things happen. As if its my concern they have so many stuff to deliver. I think they should close down the business and if not hire good management and good delivery guys.

Absolutely terrible in every way.said expected delivery at 9, stayed on a Friday night in the office to wait for urgent packages. The guy drives buy without stopping and marks it as business closed.called them at 830 stayed on hold for half hour then the guy picks up at 855 and say sorry we closed and hangs the line? One of the worst customer service i ever had

Was waiting on a package from Amazon today then when I got it it was opened and my book wasn’t in it just the wrapping of the book

Wish there was a zero stars. Such a liars. They indicated that they try to reach me at 12 at midnight but they can't open the main door. Later on, I learnt from Amazon, my package never even left from the facility. Same day delivery ended up 3 days later. Trash!

What a joke this company is, Amazon find someone new or send a pigeon with the box strapped to it, would be better service.

The worst carrier. It is a shame amazon working with this carrier. Everyday, I receive order from amazon. If carrier is dynamex, there is always a problem. They did not deliver numbers of my orders and lost or damaged many of them. If possible they deserve 0 star

No way this guys will deliver today after 7pm, Sunday.

If they do I'll change my review to 5 star.

Those guys are too lazy to deliver to the door. They left my package in common area. As result package was stolen.

Worst carrier in the province. Regularly no shows deliveries then claims no access to put the blame on customer.
Hopefully losing Amazon contract soon.

Does not read instructions everytime.even though they deliver multiple times in an address.very poor service.

They constantly leave packages in our unattended lobby and then mark the items as delivered, or falsely indicate that they "attempted" delivery when they did not. I do not understand why Amazon continues to use them, they have a terrible reputation.
