Dynamic Medical Center-Private colonoscopy clinic

I had a lymph node removal with Dr. Naser Aminazadeh, and I was extremely comfortable with the procedure. He is an experienced surgeon with a professional manner and an admirable personality. All the staff members are so nice and helpful. I wish I could give them ten stars

My appointment got cancelled first time without confirming with me. Now for the second time I am here and have been waiting for 1.5 hours to get called. My appointment was for 2: 10 PM and it is now 3: 40 PM. I cannot believe this is happening in Canada.

Avoid this private medical clinic. I was treated horribly by the receptionist. I asked to speak to a manager to rectify the issue but was repeatedly blocked by the receptionist. I will keep trying and update this review accordingly.

The Dr aminazadeh is great, But his receptionist is THEworst receptionist doesn't have any sense of respect for patients, be prepared to get the worst receptionist experience ever at this clinic. Please please change her or at least make sure she passes her training course. Ronak

I had my appointment cancelled on me and rescheduled to a time that I was not available. When I called to reschedule, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I refused to pay since I was never the one who cancelled in the first place. The receptionist did what I asked, but as I asked to reschedule she cut me off mid way and hung up the phone? She said “ok you want to cancel? Here it’s cancelled” then I heard a beep from the line which meant she hung up.

I’ve personally worked in customer service for 10+ years so I know what it feels like in this field. So I made sure to not be disrespectful but also stand my ground. And yet the behaviour from the receptionist was very poor, disrespectful and unacceptable. I won’t be bringing it up to the doctor so I thought I’d leave a review. She needs to get retrained because she is reflecting very poorly as a representative of the clinic.

The receptionist is nice, the nurses and doctors are professional and really helpful! I did the Gastroscopy here, it took around 1.5 hours.

Dr Ali Hazrati is one of the best doctor
Ever I have seen it in Canada.
He is very knowledgeable, well-educated, polite and friendly.
I could give 100 stars to him
If there was an option.
You will never regret seeing him.

Referred by family doctor to them for a procedure. Believe it or not, they contacted me after 4 months to book an appointment in another 3 months! So 7 months to book an appointment. We had to go out of country to get the test done. Poor service. Calling for government to interfere and stop this non sense. Someone must stop their rude receptionists too.

I had a gastroscopy done about a month ago. Minimal wait time as I was the first at 830am that day. The admin staff and the nurses are very kind and caring. If you drive there, make sure you inform them your license plate no.for free parking when you check in. They put me to sleep for about 30 mins. Didn't feel a thing after I woke up. Next, Dr. Chaklader sent me to get an ultrasound examination on my abdomen at another clinic.
I had a follow up call with Dr. Chaklader about a month after. She reviewed with me the biopsy and ultrasound results. She was very patient and willing to answer many questions of mine. She even gave me additional prescriptions over the phone and scheduled another call in 6 months. I am happy with the experience overall. God bless!

Doing my gastroscope on weekend, very nice staff and doctors with efficient process and clear instructions which lessen my nervous and thanks for all the staff working on weekend.

Doctor Aminzadeh is a great and passionate doctor. He did surgery for my fissure ' fistula. Everything went smoothly and healing was great. Definitely recommend

I had a positive experience with the centre and staff. But I’m here to talk about Dr. Aminazadeh, he is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He patiently listened to me and addressed my concerns at every appointment. Every time I left him a message with the front desk he called back shortly, he shows great care for his patients. Dr Aminazadeh has great bedside manner, i was told this by my ob before i knew him (she had operated with him in the past) and I experienced it first hand when I met him. The cherry on top is, I had a smooth cholecystectomy with no complications with him. The incision wounds scars are so minimal and aesthetic. I am finally symptom free after years of misdiagnosis, thanks to him.

Had a great experience with Dr. Hazarti and his staff. The wait was long after my appointment time yet the wait is well worth it since I got the best care. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone.

All staff are very kind and warm. Doctors are so gentle, kind and professional. My concerns released after these procedures. I strongly recommend this Medical center.

For the beginning they lost my requisition from my doctor. So, I was waiting for a month for their call. When I went to my doctor and said that no one called me, it took a week for this clinic to call me. They booked an appointment with a gastroenterologist in two months. Today the doctor was supposed to call me, but he simply didn’t do it. They just don’t care about their patients. I assume they still got money from the government to pay for the call that hasn’t been done! I’ve been waiting for almost three months now for the procedure. I guess I have to wait more because of the unprofessional staff of this clinic. Find another place! Don’t waste your time on people who don’t care about their patients!

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and professional in diagnosis and performing medical procedures. Excellent bedside manner in taking time to listen to patient concerns, answering all questions without rush, and provide best diagnosis/treatment.
Very neat and organized clinic with friendly and caring nurses and receptionists.
So far, have had two experiences of Endoscopy and one Colonodcopy, which both went really well from start to end!

Extremally Rude, very mean FRONT DESK. I don't understand why doctors or any higher department don't take action about it. It is serious issue that how your staff makes patients more stress and unpleasant feeling while they are spending time in clinic.
I get headache every time I deal with these unprofessional receptionists. They don't deserve serve community.

This was not my first time.but If i can say this about a colonoscopy.the best time
Ive had the procedure several times before.always with out sedation.
Off the table.into the car.and home.
Never again.
Saves only 30 minutes.andt you cant drive
And most importantly.its the people at Dynamic.who make it more comfortable
From reception.the nursing staff.the anesthesiologist.and Dr Mohsina Chaklader.it was if I can say.in and out. 90 minutes.no waiting
Look.a colonoscopy will never be on anyone's bucket list.as comedian Jeff Foxworhty says.the day before.you'll pass things.you only thought about eating.and at times you'll want to tie yourself to the toilet seat.but its for your own health and well being.

The wait time for my friend was an hour after her appointment time, and while I was sitting in the waiting room, all I could hear was the front desk staff and nurses fighting. They were yelling about files in the wrong place, medical info not filled out correctly, patients in the wrong beds "don't touch my lunch! ". Very unprofessional to hear the staff bickering loudly, and rudeness to the patients asking about their procedure time and loved ones asking where their spouse is. Also the treatment and consult rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everyone's personal information.

You don’t have to wait long if you are the first. Our appointment was at 7: 45. They told us to get there 15min earlier. We were there at 7: 30am. Staff came around 7: 40am and opened doors. After 20min of paperwork and waivers, procedure started at 8am. So if you don’t want to wait long, be the first one there. Note, that you cannot drive after your appointment so arrange your ride in advance.

Took my father there for colonoscopy. We arrived there 10mins earlier than our appointment but we waited 2hrs in the waiting area without know anything or informed why it is being delayed such long time. We literally waited 2hrs on the chair for nothing. I still dont know why. Doctor was ok but nurses were very rude and impolite and slow.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFFS. I've been to clinics in GTA area many times but worst clinic ever. Doctors are nice and friendly but I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THEY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TIME.
My mom arrived there on time and waited for procedure freaking an hour and half.
I asked several times front desk staffs but they are so rude and ignoring us. I am not impressed their service and wait times. I will never get any procedure done in this clinic.

Did my painless Endoscopy here. Dr Sam is very professional and patient. Spent time explaining to me very clearly. Nurses and anesthesia clinician are very nice.

Nurses are extremely loud and made remarks such as "i will cut your hand off" to other staffs loudly that the patients could here. They were also squealing and talking to each other about their boyfriends while we were standing at the till trying to get their attention. Doctora were fantastic.
Edit: wow. Just now someone called in to ask about instructions for preparing before surgery and the nurse was extremely rude and telling the person to stop asking and read the paper. Then she proceeded to tell her coworkers and laugh at the person. So unprofessional. The nurse was an indian or philipino couldnt tell.
