Went in today looking for an item that the website said there were 2 left in store. I looked around the store a bit and could not find what I was looking for. The wonderful sales woman asked if I needed help and she was so nice and friendly. She went in the back to look for my item and didn't find it.then she was searching in the stock on the floor.she found the item I was looking for!
it was a very pleasant experience.the store was also so clean and very well organized. I would definitely shop here again!

The manager seriously mistreats her employees, I was there months ago and heard her talking badly about so many of her employees while on the floor.honestly it was ridiculous and so un professional.

This one star is not for the store but how the store manager “Adriana” treats customers. She’s so rude beyond imagination. She decently doesn’t know what she’s doing. Terrible customer service!

Customer service is bad, approached one staff as she seems to be trying to look busy, she just continues to walk around the shop, she did not even bothered to get back to me after

I normally never write reviews but this experience I had was so terrible I feel the need to warn others. I went in to look for pants.and I'm never coming back. The manager Adriana was so disrespectful, I overheard her bad mouth not only some of her employees but customers as well. I was in shock. No matter where you work you should feel like you are coming into a safe environment, not one where middle age management still acts like a catty teenage girl.

I liked this location. The women were really nice and helped me as quickly as they could. I had to exchange an item through a reference number given to me by a customer service representative. They figured out how much it was worth by calling them so I could get my new items. They were friendly and quick! I would definitely shop here again.

Went in Jan 6/20 in the evening, the cashier was so rude. I just wanted to return something. She never said Hi, thank you, bye, what can I do for you etc. No manners whatsoever. She passed me the receipt, didnt even tell me I needed to sign it. Then expected me to know what to do. Even my mom felt like her service was rude. Especially because we felt like a bother, even though we never gave her a hard time. Hire better staff Dynamite! Square 1 location has friendly cashiers in comparison.

Walked in, no greeting, no help in finding sizes, had to get dressed and walk out to ask for a size, asked them to call other stores to find it which they did but when they couldn’t reach one store they gave up quick, I went in wanting to spend money and these girls didn’t even look at me twice, if I didn’t 100% need what I went for I would not have bought anything. Ended up going to another location and had the complete opposite experience. Will not buy from this location ever again!

I bought something online and setup the delivery for pick-up at the Sherway Gardens location. The staff at the cash register had a hard time finding my package because it was not under my name. The lady at the cash register verified my identity with my phone number instead.

When I walk out of the store to check out my parcel, I find out why they couldn’t find my name. The name on the bag said WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER lmaooo. I put some dumb name down while signing up and totally forgot.

Those two ladies looking for my package are saints. They didn’t care at all about the dumb name- they just wanted to solve the dilemma and they did just that. What good sports. THANKS SABRINA AND FRIEND.

Also their clothes are cute.

I placed an online order June 29th to be delivered to the Sherway Dynamite location. By July 15th I had not received and email or mobile app notification that my purchase had arrived at the store.

No big deal. I just called the store to ask if it had arrived. This is when the bad service started.

A girl picked up the phone by saying “HELLO? ” Very short and angry.that’s it. No greeting and mention of the store. I thought I’d dialled the wrong number. I asked if I was speaking to someone at dynamite and she replied “YEAH” again short and angry. I explained my reason for calling.

Angry girl on phone: did you get an email saying it’s here?

Me (repeating. What I already explained) : no, that’s why I am calling. It’s been a few weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I know from previous purchases that if I don’t pick it up within 12 days it gets shipped back. I just want to know if it’s there so I can pick it up before it goes back.

Angry girl on Phone: well if you didn’t get an email then it’s not here.

Me (angry now at the obnoxious rude girl on the phone) : can you please just check?

Angry girl: one minute

20 minutes later, after waiting on hold, the phone hangs up.

I was to angry to call back because I didn’t want to take my frustration out on the girl, who is probably a 16 year old part time worker.honestly not worth making a scene and scaring her.

Call back the next day. This time the phone is picked up and the girl is having a personal conversation with a co worker and continues the conversation with the phone picked up, and not answering me.

I had to say “HELLO? ” Before she acknowledged me and said “oh sorry”.

Anyways

Me: hi, I was wondering if my online purchase has arrived?

Not as rude girl on the phone: did you get an email?

Me: no-

Not as rude girl: did you get an app notification.

Me: no-

Not as rude girl on the phone: well-

Me: sorry to cut you off but I called yesterday and was put on hold for me 20 minutes while someone “checked” and got hung up on. I know because I shop there all the time that it doesn’t normally take this long and it’s okay if it’s been held up but I just want to check so that if it had arrived I can pick it up before it gets sent back.

Not as rude girl on the phone: oh my gosh I am so sorry I’ll go check right away.

They had it, and said I could come the next day to get it no problem.

Okay.now my actual experience in the store

Walk in and the place is a MESS behind the front counter and this poor little 16 year old is manning the counter alone and cleaning up the piles of close (piles taller than her almost). A woman she is serving is having difficulties using a coupon. She works at st. Michaels and it’s some kind of special coupon from dynamite to employees of st. Michaels.

The girl is unable to use the coupon for technical reason and is asking a manager to come help, over a really loud walker talkie. A manager is replying very rudely that she’ll be there in a minute she is busy.

Do they realize we can all hear them?

The girl tries to help me In the mean time and we go through the entire thing again. No I dont have an email, no I do t have an app notification. But I called and asked and it’s here.

Girl behind counter: oh really? Are you sure it’s here at Sherway?

Me.yes.

She gets back on the walki talkie to have someone check and bring it up. That person also replies like a jerk “I’m really busy right now in the fitting room”.

Someone else replies they can do it and brings up my package. While the girl is scanning it out, a manager has come up to help the woman with the coupon.

She was looking at the woman, who was trying to explain her situation, like she was speaking a different language and was talking crazy.

The manager was acting like it was a MASSIVE inconvenience that she was asked to come up and help.

So many things wrong here. Starting with poor leadership in this location. I received bad service from these part timers because they are following the example of the manager.

This all falls on her. All of it. Do better

Like the look of the shop, can’t recall if anything if I bought something or just went window shopping
