If I could give less than a zero I would. I am travel nurse and don’t live in Canada and only come to visit my family. I had bought a dress in June and decided to wear it on my special occasion. Unaware that the zipper would be faulty. When I arrived to back to Canada, this was the unfortunate store I decided to visit. I had told them about my purchase and the sales associate said that yes there is definitely something they can do, when she went to reverify with her manager everything went downhill. They also had a hiring event that day which meant I had to wait twice for the manager to be spoken to, once by the sales associate and once to tell her I would want to speak to her. Initially she refused to come over and said there was a hiring event, however I insisted. When she finally came over, her behaviour and tone was condescending, without allowing me to speak. She refused and said nope, I am not doing it and that it is my responsibility as a consumer of the product that I should have tested and ensured that the product was working. And then to make me feel incomplete as a female in my 30s with my partner by my side, asked me if I had children and if I had applied wax as she does “to her daughters winter jacket”. And I told her it was un-relatable to me and I watched the wicked rude store manager look through my soul. And then I asked her I had brought the product back within the 30 days of purchasing and had attempted to put wax on the faulty zipper would she take it back with the wax applied and if this was the new standard for Dynamite apparel go home, test the product and if the zip doesn’t work apply wax and they’ll take it back. I think her approach was disgusting, along with her tone, and her in appropriate word robe choice that day. I think it is disgusting that she would publicly ask me if I had children and if I could relate, that is such a personal matter. And from female to female what does she know about other people’s attempts. Anyways I will never be returning to this dynamite again where I will be confronted about my child bearing experiences and I highly recommend others don’t either. I have been shopping my whole life and have never seen anyone asked if they can relate by being publicly ripped apart and it being inquired if they have children. Shame on dynamite and this store for having such a poor secular mind set. It’s disgusting.

Blonde manager is a shrew and completely rude to any male who comes in with a companion who is shopping, hounds you for leaning or sitting on anything since the store provides NO seating. We left without buying anything - will get online

I recently had a deeply unsettling experience at this shop that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the sales representative had made it her mission to shadow me as if I were a potential thief. I was followed relentlessly to five different sections of the store, which not only made me feel uncomfortable but also deeply unwelcome.

This constant surveillance was beyond invasive, and it completely soured my shopping experience. I left the store feeling like I never should have set foot inside. What was meant to be a pleasant shopping trip turned into an ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I even shared my experience with friends after leaving, and they were equally offended by the treatment I received. It's disheartening to think that a store's staff would make their customers feel like criminals.

To make matters worse, I later overheard the same sales representative who had followed me into the fitting room, making derogatory remarks about another customer to her colleague. It's incredibly unprofessional and disappointing to see employees behaving this way.

In my opinion, this store's staff desperately needs proper training in customer service, respect, and professionalism. No one should be made to feel like a criminal while trying to make a purchase, and mocking customers behind their backs is simply unacceptable. My experience here was deeply unpleasant, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

I went there with my wife as she was looking to buy some jeans from them, although she couldn't find what she was looking for but we spend about half an hour and I didn't notice anything negative except one thing which is the overall experience at the store as you will rarely find someone with a good smile in the staff, forget about Greetings or welcoming you. That is why giving it 4-stars and most probably will edit it soon when I visit but it's a great business, serving the community in a busy mall

After a horrible experience at Heartland Dynamite test (review is there) I was pleasantly helped by the knowledgable employees at this location. I believe she was the manager. Hope to get her name next time so that she is recognized. Thank you for blessing my Friday!

Horrible customer service.

I was the only one in the store and I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged in the slightest though there were about 4 workers.
I was blatantly ignored by the 2 workers at the checkout when standing there to inquire about a fitting room, I had to intervene in their conversation before they would acknowledge me, and even then it was as if I was annoying them. When I checked out the girl was very rude, and again acted as if I was annoying her. All of the workers seem to have terrible attitudes and it was a very uncomfortable experience.

If I could give this location no stars I would. I was trying things out in the change room and they have curtains for doors. The associate blasted open the curtains while I was fully topless facing the mirror. And the room I had been assigned was the closet and most visible to the entrance so basically everyone walking by saw me topless. It’s completely unacceptable and a sorry just doesn’t cut it. I will be taking this up with head office.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with MANAGER in store today. Exchange/Return issue, Manager was trying to talk about a policy which is NOT WRITTEN under the actual Dynamite Policy! Just coz she didn't feel like helping with an exchange that I walked in for stating that "I cannot repurchase the item I just returned coz I bought it online & only want that item back as an exchange item"!
Like seriously I have never had such kind of an issue ever before with Dynamite.
Extremely disappointed. Not returning to this store ever again! Rude & a Not fit to be a Manager at all since the job is supposed to posses and implement excellent customer service skills! No wonder this location has most negative reviews! Sad.
Hoping for a better customer service from the customer service team at least.

The customer service at this particular Dynamite store is incredibly poor. Despite the fact that Dynamite is a great brand, the untrained and impolite employees are causing the store to fall behind its competitors. The store manager is particularly inconsiderate and rude, making it unlikely that the customer will return. If Dynamite doesn't improve its hiring and training practices, they risk losing more customers in the future.

I cannot begin to tell how disappointed I am. There’s this young black girl working as a manager who denied my return even though i had called customer service already and had a case number. Extremely rude. I then called the customer service again waited on hold for 30 mins and asked the lady to talk to this manager with 0 customer service skills. I couldn’t believe when she decided to walk to the back with my phone while speakin to the rep and came back after 5 mins basically telling them that she is not going to take it back even though they have approved it. Poor cashier was as shocked as I was. Please change your attitude. I went to another location and walked out with the refund in 5 minutes. Please do better.

I would not even consider giving this store a single star. Store Manager/ staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful to the client. I would definitely not recommend this store to any other reputed clients. I highly suggest corporate to keep an eye on the client related concerns.
